The Nashville star was seen wearing a ring on her left-hand ring finger on October 24 as she and David shared a kiss at LAX Airport in Los Angeles.
Britton previously gushed about Windsor in March, saying she had found ‘true love’ in an interview with Parade.
She was previously married to John Britton from 1991 until 1995.
