A country music legend has fans worried after a shocking photo of him holding a cane in Denmark went viral.
The uproar began when Grammy-winning superstar Tim McGraw, 58, shared a sweet snapshot on Instagram Wednesday featuring his wife of nearly 30 years, Faith Hill, 57.
The pair were pictured sitting at an outdoor cafe in Copenhagen where they were supporting their daughter Audrey, 23, on tour.
‘Hangin’ with my baby in Copenhagen to see @audreymcgraw on tour with the fabulous @brandicarlile,’ McGraw captioned the post.
While fans were thrilled to see the notoriously private couple enjoying a rare outing together, many were quick to voice concern over McGraw’s appearance — particularly the cane he was seen gripping with both hands, even while seated next to his radiant wife.
Despite a slight smile, the country icon appeared somewhat frail, prompting a flood of worried comments.

‘Beautiful photo. Why do you have a cane? Are you ok?’ one fan asked.
Another wrote, ‘@thetimmcgraw praying for your recovery.’
A third follower was more direct: ‘Need the full story on the cane, my man.’
Others commented on his seemingly altered appearance, with one blunt remark reading, ‘One thing for sure … doesn’t look like you.’
McGraw has yet to address the cane, but he has previously opened up about ongoing back and knee issues.
In May, Tim told Bobby Bones, “I had had a back surgery before tour last year, and that sort of went south on me at the beginning of the tour, and sort of compensating for that my knees went out like three weeks into the tour.”
He returned to the stage last month after taking a year off but was once again forced to cancel shows.
According to his official website, McGraw’s next scheduled performance is set for August 2 at the Bristol Motor Speedway

The viral concern comes nearly a month after Tim got candid about how Faith saved him from self-destruction — saying she turned his life around during his wild, out-of-control years.
The star has long praised Hill for being a grounding force and inspiring him to get sober.
He’s previously admitted he ‘would have ran my career into the ground’ if he hadn’t married the Breathe singer.
He’s also credited her for helping him grow into a better father to their three daughters: Gracie, 27, Maggie, 26, and Audrey.
Now, in a recent appearance on Tracy Lawrence’s Road House podcast, McGraw laid it all bare — saying Hill didn’t just change his life, she saved it by taming his reckless streak and silencing his darkest demons.
‘I’ve been lucky. I’ve been very fortunate. First off, meeting my wife saved my life. I was a wild man. I was having fun,’ he shared.
‘She turned my life around,’ he continued.
‘I couldn’t have found a better woman. Not only beautiful and talented, but just a good, good person. And then having our daughters. It’s life-changing. They make you a better person, and they certainly calm the demons in you.’

McGraw also got candid about life as a girl dad, reflecting on the years he spent raising his daughters Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey with Hill — from coaching their teams to cooking breakfast before school.
‘Fatherhood changed everything about my life,’ he shared. ‘It changed my perspective. It changed the way I thought about what my future would be. It certainly took me out of myself.’
And while he’s racked up countless hits and accolades, McGraw didn’t hesitate when asked what he considers the true highlight of his career.
‘The Soul2Soul tours with Faith,’ he declared. ‘For a couple of reasons — because it’s rare that people get to do that in this business, that a husband and wife get to go on tour at the pinnacle of their careers and get to do stuff together.’
The power couple’s joint tours, especially their last run in 2018, have become legendary in the country music world.
But for McGraw, the magic of those shows wasn’t just about ticket sales.
‘More importantly, she makes me a better artist every time I have to sing with her,’ he added.
‘I think Faith, when you listen to her music and you listen to her albums, is probably one of the best singers in the world. She just really has such a soulful voice, and her musical taste is just so incredible.’
