The WAG, 37, who has recently stepped out of Wayne’s shadow with a bombshell Wagatha Christie documentary, a tell-all book and Vogue cover, caught the eye in a glittering black gown.
The couple enjoyed a night mingling with a whole host of stars at Old Trafford Cricket Ground.
Coleen looked typically glamorous in the figure-hugging black maxi dress which featured rhinestones all over and long sheer sleeves as she posed for photos.
The mother-of-four teamed the number with towering black open toe heels and dazzling earrings and toted her essentials in a black clutch bag.

Her husband- and Birmingham City’s new manager – Wayne looked smart in a black suit and tie, with suede shoes.
Meanwhile, Gemma Owen, daughter of former footballer Michael Owen, turned heads in a black roll neck gown which featured a chic belt that nipped her in at the waist.
The business owner, 20, who appeared on Love Island in 2022, looked effortlessly glam in the skin-tight gown which she teamed with a black and gold clutch bag and coordinating heels.
It was a strong night for Love Island favourites as former star Kady McDermott, 28, who appeared on the show in season two and 10 was also in attendance.
She also pulled out all stops for the evening, wowing in a one shouldered silver mini dress.
The TV personality opted for a nude pointed heel and styled her hair into retro waves.

Speaking ahead of the event Peter said: ‘It is great that as footballers we are able to use our platforms to help young people through Football For Change.
‘I couldn’t be more proud to be involved. This major fundraising event will help us to continue some amazing work in communities that need it most.’
Football For Change was launched in 2021 by Liverpool FC star Trent Alexander-Arnold, Leicester City’s Conor Coady, Jamie Carragher and Real Madrid icon Jude Bellingham in a bid to provide life-changing opportunities in education, employment and sport for school leavers affected by poverty.
It is a major social mobility initiative backed by football superstars, including Gary Neville, Jude Bellingham, Steven Gerrard, Anthony Gordon, Lucas Moura, Peter Crouch and Alan Shearer.
The charity has helped hundreds of young people in disadvantaged communities since its launch.
This year’s gala event was sponsored by the online fashion and retail giant SHEIN and Swinton Insurance, supported by real estate developer Legacie and international property investment specialist RWinvest.
The guests at the swanky bash were treated to a four-course dinner and glamorous champagne reception before the big name music performers took to the stage.
Auction prizes up for grabs included a glamorous ladies lunch with Coleen and a meet and greet with David Beckham at his Miami based football club.
