The WAG, 40, put on a cosy display with her husband Wayne, 40, as they were spotted together in the crowd while sipping on a glass of fizz.
Coleen wowed in a figure-hugging floor-length cream dress which featured tied ruched detailing around her waist.
Accessorising with strappy gold heels, a matching gold purse and gold earrings, the mother of four appeared in great spirits as she enjoyed the day out with her husband.
Meanwhile Wayne looked suitably smart in a suit, pale blue shirt and tie and sunglasses.
More than 150,000 spectators have descended on the races over the course of the three-day event, which has built up to the showpiece chase on Saturday.

Though spectators are enjoying a full programme of racing during the daytime, all eyes are on the namesake Grand National event.
The electrifying race will see a field of 34 runners take on what is widely considered one of the biggest dates in the international horseracing calendar.
The riders will take on 30 fences as part of the main event, which will near on close out the festival, before a final flat race at 5pm.
The current favourite to win the contest is Panic Attack, at odds of seven to one, according to bookmakers Paddy Power.
And it has been a busy week for Coleen after she celebrated her 40th birthday last week with a swanky bash at her and Wayne's £20million Cheshire mansion.
Coleen threw the huge bash for her closest friends and family as she had an enormous white marquee put up in the 50-acre grounds of her home.

And in the days following the party, Coleen continued her birthday celebrations with a family ski trip.

It is expected the Disney+ series will follow the star as well as Wayne and their four sons Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass.
A source told The Sun: 'Coleen's party was captured in parts as part of her Disney series. Everyone had a fantastic time and some videos and pictures were shared on social media.
'But if fans really want to see the party, they'll have to watch the Disney show when it comes out.'
Coleen previously had a 2023 docu-series The Real Wagatha Story with the streaming giant Disney+.
