She said at the weekend on the ITV show that she, Wayne and the children often go on caravan holidays in Wales.
‘We go a couple of times a year. They used to have a band on called The Hut. You used to all take your own ale. You all used to get up and sing along.’
She added that she took the kids to Butlins in Skegness one time which had been a huge hit. ‘It kept coming on the TV, Butlins, Butlins. So I went and it was Diversity that was on, it was the May half term I think.’
Continuing, Coleen told how son Kai ‘loved it so much’ upon returning to school after the holidays.

When his teacher asked what everyone had done, he replied: ‘I’ve been on the best holiday I’ve ever been on.’ When the teacher enquired where he’d been, Kai replied: ‘Butlins! Skegness.’
Coleen, 38, also reminisced about the caravan which her dad Tony bought for £200, which was so basic that it didn’t have a toilet.
In a picture unearthed by MailOnline she can be seen as a kid showing off a gymnastics pose at the caravan park in West Kirby.
She said in the jungle: ‘We used to have [a caravan] when we were kids. My dad bought it for £200 and it didn’t have a toilet, so we had a dunny and we used to call it the p*** pot.’
The star joked: ‘We got £50 when it got scrapped, so we got our money’s worth.’
Astonished campmate Melvin Odoom said in the Bush Telegraph: ‘I think I’m more bouji than Coleen!’
In Coleen The Autobiography, she wrote: ‘We visited my mum’s cousin’s caravan one weekend, and Dad spotted one for sale on the same site, so bought it on impulse.
‘Situated in the town of West Kirby, it was pretty basic, but some of my best childhood memories are the time we spent there.’

Looking back Coleen recalled in her book: ‘Some of my friends and I went through a phase of camping out overnight.
‘The thing is, I never let on to my parents that I was outdoors all night under canvas; instead, I told them I was staying at a friend’s place.
‘We had some nerve back then. One of our friends lived on a close built around a green; sometimes we’d set up our tents there.
‘The funny thing was that the friend whose house it was wasn’t even allowed to go with us. She’d have to go up to bed, face like thunder, while we were all camping on the grass in front of her house having a whale of a time.’
Coleen has been slowly winning fans in the jungle and is now among the bookies favourites to win the show.
She’s taken on tasks including being covered in insects and has told how Wayne writes her love poems on hotel stationery when they are apart, and how she met Donald Trump when the family was living in Washington. ‘He was very orange,’ she said.
