Coleen Rooney Celebrates 40 with Stunning Throwbacks!

rang in her 40th birthday on Friday with her husband Wayne sharing a series of throwback snaps in tribute of her big day. 

The footballer, also 40, hailed the WAG the 'best wife and mum' as he uploaded a series of photos of her in bikini's to his Instagram. 

The couple are set to throw a huge bash for Coleen at their £20million mansion this weekend, with preparations underway after an enormous white marquee was spotted in their garden. 

Wayne shared a carousel of family photos from over the years with Coleen and their four sons, Kai, 16, Klay, 12, Kit, 10, and Cass, eight. 

The update included pictures from the beginning of their relationship to more recent snaps of them at and an Oasis gig. 

Alongside the photos, he wrote: 'Happy 40th Birthday to the best wife and mum we could wish for. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and love you all the world.'

Coleen will host a series of 'beautiful and boozy' celebrations at her Cheshire home to mark her 40th birthday. 

The WAG reportedly has hundreds of bottles of champagne on ice for the bank holiday weekend marking her milestone day. 

The star is set to throw a huge bash for her closest friends and family as she has an enormous white marquee put up in the 50-acre grounds of her home. 

Wayne's footballer pals, including Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Darren Fletcher, are all on the guest list for the huge bash, along with Coleen's WAG pals such as and .

Caterers and staff will keep the party running smoothly, with insiders saying no expense has been spared for Coleen.

A source told The Mirror: 'They were originally going to go to Barbados themselves but Coleen decided they’d do a big 40th for everyone at home.

'The guest list is obviously going to be A list and very football related. There's going to be all of Wayne’s old teammates, the ex-Manchester United squad and everyone that's played with Wayne, including David Beckham.'

Another insider told The Sun: 'Coleen loves a good knees-up. She can afford a lovely lifestyle and everything at the party will be classy and beautifully done. But for her, plenty of booze, good music and her family is all she will want.'

They added: 'There's going to be live music and you can guarantee Wayne will be getting up on the microphone.

'He loves to sing and will be keen to give everyone a tune or two.'

Ahead of the bash, Coleen said: 'I'm looking forward to it, I love a birthday and a celebration.

'I have decided to enjoy a couple of different celebrations with family and friends over the year, and with my birthday falling over Easter weekend, some friends are away — so any opportunity to extend the celebrations…'
