After the show concluded, Brittany continued to act, starring in movies and TV shows like Dawson's Creek, That '70s Show, White Chicks, and more.
As for Cynthia, she decided to step out of the spotlight after the show came to an end, so that she could focus on starting a family.
'I always thought I'd be the first to get married and start a family,' Brittany admitted. 'But I was serious about my career, and I was having a good time.'
Brittany hit a roadblock, however, in 2011 when she was diagnosed with cancer. At the time, Cynthia recalled wondering, 'Am I going to lose my sister?'
She added: 'She was so strong, but it was so hard to watch.'
Brittany went through six months of intense chemotherapy and fully recovered, however, after going through that she said her outlook on life changed.

Unfortunately, she was told that due to the chemo, all of her eggs had been diminished so she could not get pregnant on her own.
But then her twin sister, Cynthia stepped in, and offered an egg.
According to Cynthia, it was a no-brainer to donate her eggs to her twin sister, who she already 'shared everything with.'

'We are so intertwined. Everything that's hers is mine and everything that's mine is hers,' Brittany added.
In October 2021 Brittany and her husband Adam Touni welcomed a daughter named Hope Rose .
Brittany said the entire room was 'bawling' after the baby was born because they all 'knew what they had been through.'
'I wasn't sure how I was going to feel at first, what emotions would come up,' Cynthia admitted. 'But I just felt like the aunt. And that is really special.'
