The legal saga between the It Ends With Us co-stars, which began in December 2024, took a dramatic turn on April 2 after the New York judge's ruling, with now just three out of 13 claims remaining: breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting retaliation.
Although the news quickly made headlines, one of Lively's former Gossip Girl co-stars appeared to have missed the latest update.
Speaking exclusively with the Daily Mail, Kelly Rutherford, who played the 38-year-old's mom 'Lily van der Woodsen' in the hit CW series, revealed she has not been following the case.
'I don't know that much about it, to be honest,' she said when asked about the legal proceedings.
'I know it's in the news. I just don't know that much about it, you know.'
