Joey King has opened up about filming her new Netflix hit A Family Affair.
Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Joey, 24, gushed about what she learned from her co-stars Zac Efron, 36, and Nicole Kidman, 57, and revealed how the experience transformed her into a gym enthusiast.
‘They’re both like so hot and they’re like the fittest people I’ve ever met, so, I was inspired by them. So I became a bit of a, you know, tubular gym rat on the set,’ she confessed.
‘She (Nicole) taught me like the most epic, awful butt workout I’ve ever learned in my life. It was so intense,’ she said.
Joey admitted she struggled to keep up with the Academy Award winner.
‘I was like, ‘I’m a youngster. I can hang… I’m agile.’ I thought I could hang, but I couldn’t hang,’ King admitted.
‘It was all these donkey kicks, and the rainbows, and you know, the fire hydrants.’
‘But you have to keep your leg in the air for like 12 years. It’s so hard,’ she continued.

Kidman previously shared her fitness tips during an interview with the Los Angeles Times, explaining: ‘Variety is the best way [to become fit] I’ve found.’
She added: ‘If you think you are going to wake up and run five miles every morning for the rest of your life, you’ll get bored and hit the snooze button after a week.
‘So I try and mix it up with sports, running, yoga and even just going for a walk with my husband and the kids.’
A Family Affair dropped on Netflix on June 28, but Nicole recently revealed that the age-gap rom com was originally given a much more explicit title.

She recently revealed to People: ‘Originally, it had a different title. It was called Motherf***er. Beeped out. Somehow that didn’t make it onto the Netflix title.’
But Zac said the bold title drew people’s attention to the script, adding: ‘That made the script stay at the top of the pile. It’s like, what on earth could this be about?’
Nicole and Zac’s on-screen reunion was hotly-anticipated after they previously starred as lovers in the 2012 crime drama, The Paperboy.
However, their new rom-com has divided viewers, with fans expecting more steamy scenes and romantic action from the flick.
