The 94-year-old record producer, who was taken to the medical facility in an extra step of caution Friday, was discharged Thursday, sources told TMZ.
Davis was described to the outlet as being 'in good spirits and happy to be out of the hospital,' following the health scare.
A spokesperson for Davis previously told the outlet that the music mogul was initially expected to leave the hospital within 24 hours.

The record executive - a former president of Columbia Records and a chief creative officer of Sony Music Entertainment - has been a prominent figure in the music industry for decades.
Davis had been seen with at New York City's Cipriani 42nd Street on May 19 at the Gordon Parks Foundation Awards, prior to his recent stint in the hospital.

'First of all, I enjoy it. Secondly, I like feeling informed, so that when I meet the new artists or we spend time together, they're not talking to yesterday's maven, so to speak.'
