The Weekend Today veteran, 43, shared a gallery of photos to social media on Saturday, revealing his beloved grandmother had died.
One sweet picture captured a dashing Clint and his elderly nan dancing together at a formal event, while another showed a much younger Clint sitting on her lap.
He captioned the gallery with some sad words: 'An icon left us today. Love ya, Nan.'
Many of Clint's celebrity friends took to the comment section to offer their condolences.

He had announced his resignation from Nine in a statement, adding he would continue to focus on his role at Nova's Jase and Lauren breakfast show.
Clint appeared on his radio show and told listeners his decision had been a long time coming since he was no longer as passionate about the position as he had previously been.
'I'm relieved, I've been thinking about it for a while now. I needed to make a decision, because looking back on how I was feeling and where my head was at, I was burnt out,' Clint began.
'I walked into Nine in January 2001 as an 18 year old. That's near on 25 years. I made a really tough decision.'
Clint added he had developed an enormous passion for radio since joining Nova in March 2024, upon leaving Nine at the end of 2025.
