Clint Rice Roasts Ex-Wife on Today Extra

Married At First Sight star Clint Rice took a cheeky swipe at his TV bride, Lauren Hall, as he and his legal wife Jacqui Burfoot . 

Jacqui, who was , ended up leaving the show with intruder groom Clint.

Clint, 43, and Jacqui, 30,  

It wasn't long before co-host Sylvia Jeffreys 

'It was so nice to be able to look down the aisle and see Jacqui... and know her intentions are good!' Clint said.

He added that getting married in real life felt much more special than doing it on the Channel Nine dating experiment. 

'It wasan amazing day, it felt like the MAFS wedding was a bit of a run-through,' he said.

He also took a snide dig at Jacqui's TV husband, Ryan, claiming that she had upgraded from 'a Kia to a Ferrari.' 

But Clint insisted that he and Jacqui look back fondly on their time on MAFS, because it was how they met. 

'It would have been hard to meet if it weren't for the show. It strengthened us!' he said. 

The pair said they wanted to recreate their first dance as husband and wife, set to Alex Warren's romantic ballad Ordinary. 

They were then asked to perform a somewhat awkward dance routine live on television.

Last month, Jacqui and Clint officially  

'It was unreal and [we] celebrated hard [and] invites were hard to come by,' Clint told Daily Mail after the nuptials. 

Jacqui was born in New Zealand and her family own a property, the HawkRidge Honeymooners Chalet, in Lake Hayes.
