Claudia created her production company in 2003 and it is listed as ‘amusement and recreation activities’ with Companies House.
As well as presenting Strictly, Claudia hosts The Traitors for the BBC, currently one of the highest rating television formats on screen.
The show will return next year for a fourth series, while the BBC green-lit a second instalment of its celebrity version.
Earlier this month it was revealed bosses at the broadcaster were ‘fast-tracking’ Claudia’s chat show to start before the next series of The Traitors.
Claudia has recently cleared her diary by not returning to host Channel 4’s quiz One Question.
The new show will see Claudia interview a number of A-list stars and will air on Friday nights starting as early as March next year.
The BBC have yet to decide on a working title but are hoping the talk show will air for at least two months.
A TV insider told The Sun: ‘If ever proof were needed that Claudia is now very much the BBC’s golden girl following the huge success of The Celebrity Traitors, then this is it.

‘Given that Strictly started in September, it means that by the time her new chat show concludes she will have been on our screens almost constantly for eight months.
‘And they’re some of the biggest TV successes the BBC has ever seen — with the chat show expected to enjoy equally huge ratings when it debuts.
‘Work is hugely picking up pace, although the Beeb have yet to fully form the plan and announce it, though they’re expected to reveal more details next month.’
