Claudia Oshry has been taking GLP-1s to lose the baby weight.

She welcomed her first child, son Reuben, with her husband Ben Soffer in May 2025, and began the medication in December of the same year.

Before she was pregnant, GLP-1s helped her lose 70lbs, so she is a fan of the medication.

The 31-year-old influencer told People that it was a relief knowing the medication was there for her after she gave birth.

'As I was pregnant and as I was breastfeeding, I was like, "That is waiting for me on the other end." And I feel like it actually really helped me be present,' she shared as she announced she has now partnered with Dulcolax for their new Daily Gut Support Gummies.

The star, who is known for her Girl With No Job social media account, said she is happy with her choice to use GLP-1s.

And GLP-1s have boosted her self confidence. 'There were times where I used to look in the mirror and literally hate my body. And now I look at it and I just feel really proud,' she told People

'People say you start to feel like yourself after three months, four months. It's really like eight,' she adds. 'And I think now I feel good.'

She then shared: 'Nobody's perfect. But I will say, becoming a mom definitely healed a little part of that. Now I look at my body, I'm like, "Okay, well, slay."'

And GLP-1s have boosted her self confidence.

'There were times where I used to look in the mirror and literally hate my body. And now I look at it and I just feel really proud,' she told People.

'I've done a lot and I don't feel so critical of myself anymore. Obviously, I have my moments, I can't lie, but for the most part, I feel really well,' she noted.

'I go through eras. And I feel like I'm in a bit of a slower era since I had the baby… just not focusing so much on me,' she said.

'Even when I'm not in my health girl era, I try to drink a lot of water, I try to drink a lot of electrolytes, and I try to get a lot of sun,' she told the site. 'As long as I'm feeling good and having my energy up.'

She added, 'But I know myself, I know my limitations. Low-lift really works for me.

'I'm never gonna be one of those people who's, like, writing down everything that they eat ... I'm just so primarily lazy.'

And she is looking out for her digestive system. That's why she's now partnering with Dulcolax for a new campaign inviting women to enter their Gut Girl Era.

'I've taken their products many times over the years. And so to work with them is like a dream partnership,' she said.

She liked the brand's new Daily Gut Support Gummies, a magnesium-based supplement.

'Like I said, I am a big fan of low-lift wellness hacks,' she says. 'For me, I can't better myself if it's not easy. And I feel like integrating the gummies into your everyday routine is easy, and that's why it personally works for me.'

She also said she does not want anyone to criticize her for taking GLP-1s.

'I feel like it's popular to hate it. Sorry, that's never gonna be me because I have such a positive, life-changing experience with it,' she allowed.

'I feel like people love to focus on the people who abuse the drug — skinny people are taking it and they shouldn't be. That's so not what's really happening for the majority of people though.

'We're not talking about the people whose lives are changing who can, you know, for the first time in years go take their kids to the park.'
