The presenter's Amazon Prime series has been a huge success and is due to return for a fifth season on June 3.
According to The Sun, Jeremy is trademarking Diddly Dunkers, a nod to his Diddly Squat Farm and will be part of a product range also including clothes and homeware.
His Hawkstone Brewery is also said to have made trademark applications for new drinks inclduing Arrowhead, Midsummer, Knollbury Fort and Firelight.
Daily Mail has contacted a representative of Jeremy Clarkson for comment.
With a fifth season of Clarkson's Farm coming this summer, bosses at Amazon have reportedly 'signed off' on a sixth season.

Having launched in 2021, the Prime Video documentary follows running a farm in the Cotswolds.
Joining him are right-hand man , partner Lisa Hogan, land agent Charlie Ireland and farmhand Gerald Cooper.
According to The Sun, Jeremy began working on series six after the weather became chillier in January.
In December 2025, Jeremy for the first time in 40 years, but he vowed to get back in front of the camera on his Oxfordshire farm if snow fell.
He told The Sun: 'We've never had a rest, we wrap a series and immediately start again because farming doesn't stop.
'You harvest and you're immediately start drilling for the next year.
'So, but this time Kaleb's gone off to Australia, he's filming down there at the moment, I was doing Millionaire Hot Seat and I really wanted to have a holiday because I haven't had one in ages.

'So we just said, 'OK well let's just actually wrap it.' And then I just said, 'If it snows we'll start filming again'.'
Clarkson went on to add he still has plenty of ideas for future series of the show, adding: 'We'll definitely do six - Amazon want to (do series six) and I want to. I've got a good idea for six ...
'I said I'll stop doing them when there are no more ideas. But I've got two quite good ones, so we'll do six and then we'll see ... '
