Rebel Wilson turned up the heat at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday, amid a controversial legal battle with the producers of her directorial debut The Deb.
The Bridesmaids actress, 44, who is being sued by the film’s producers for defamation, posted a gallery of fiery photos to Instagram in which she rocked her best angles in a black figure-hugging Versace dress.
The stunner’s luscious blonde hair was tied in a ponytail and a radiant layer of makeup and smokey eyeshadow gave her appearance that extra oomph, as she showcased her slender figure and incredible weight loss.
She completed her incredible look with matching high heels and accessorised with a designer clutch.
The Sydney-born star exuded style and confidence as she rocked her best angles in the jaw-dropping photos, taken from the TIFF’s Director’s Dinner event.
Rebel looked to be having the time of her life at the exclusive film festival, where she has been seen having fun with a host of her A-List pals, including Selena Gomez and Robbie Williams.
The blonde beauty is currently in Canada attending the festival for the world premiere of her Australian musical comedy The Deb, due for general release later this year.
It comes after Rebel fired back at the producers of the movie in an expletive-laden rant after they filed legal action against her.

The actress made her point of view very clear after it emerged she was being sued for defamation by the producers of her movie in a shock fallout.
Producers Amanda Ghost and Gregor Cameron, and executive producer Vince Holden launched a lawsuit after Rebel accused them of blocking her movie from premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.
Last month, the trio filed an amended complaint, prompting Wilson to hit back in a fiery statement aimed at Len Blavatnik, the billionaire whose company AI Film financed the coming-of-age musical.

‘Len Blavatnik, please stop funding and protecting Amanda Ghost, Gregor Cameron and Vince Holden,’ Wilson wrote in an impassioned post on Instagram.
Labelling the producers as ‘f***wits’, she continued her tirade, also abusing them for being ‘vile and disgusting’.
‘Clearly these recent press articles and constant retaliations against me for speaking the truth on my small Australian movie are FALSE,’ Wilson continued.

Prior to that, the producers of The Deb branded Wilson a ‘malicious bully’ in a defamation lawsuit launched against her as the fallout from the movie’s bungled premiere continues to deteriorate.
In their amended complaint, The Deb producers claimed Wilson defamed them in an Instagram post in which they describe her allegations of embezzling money from the film’s budget and also claimed that Ghost sexually harassed one of the lead actresses as false and without ‘an iota of evidence to support such claims.’
Meanwhile, Rebel’s lawyer Bryan Freedman claimed ‘the number of people who back up Rebel’s experience is staggering’ in a statement given to Deadline.
