She launched the skincare range over 20 years ago with French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh and says using her products makes her skin feel tighter and brighter, giving her the ageless glow people always ask about.
'When you feel good about yourself and feel confident, you hold your head a little higher and that's what people really see,' she told People as she noted a key ingredient in the range is Charentais cantaloupe extract.
Cindy has previously pointed out that she doesn't stray from Meaningful Beauty's sun-protectant moisturiser, which has anti-aging properties, saying: 'It melts into the skin, so it works great under makeup.'
After seeing to her face, she next tends to the rest of her body by donning a Capillus Laser Cap - which uses red-light to support hair growth - while sitting down on a Bemer mat - which uses micro-currents to increase blood flow and improve muscles.
She also gently massages her face with The Wand by Keren Bartov, which costs £1,650 and uses red light to help tighten and rejuvenate the skin.
And at 7AM she bravely takes a shot of Fire Cider apple cider vinegar, shuddering at the stronger taste, before heading out to the stunning beachside backyard of her $10 million Miami Beach home, where she lives with husband Randy Gerber.
After walking barefoot on grass 'for grounding', Cindy then slipped off her lilac dressing gown to take a 15 minute dip in her Jacuzzi.
