Cindy Crawford was the image of the statuesque fashionista when she was seen dashing around New York this week.
The 58-year-old, who shot to stardom as one of the reigning Supermodels of the 1990s, emphasized her willowy frame in a ensemble that exuded relaxed elegance.
She draped her lithe torso in a biker chic black leather jacket over a flowy black blouse, tucked in to emphasize her trim waistline.
Her luxurious mane of oak brown hair tumbled around her face in light waves, casting a slight shadow over her cloven-in-marble features.
Balancing expertly on a pair of black leather high-heeled boots, she emphasized her vertiginous legs in a fitted pair of high-waisted jeans.

A few years ago, Cindy gave an interview to Elle and offered up some of the diet tips that have allowed her to retain her extraordinary figure.
She advised the public ‘to stop mindless eating and focus on portion control. If you sit on the couch with a bag of chips, it could be gone very quickly.’
Cindy clarified: ‘I’m not saying don’t have the chips – put however many you think is an appropriate serving in a bowl and eat that. We’ve gotten so gluttonous. Mindless eating is not good. You’re not even enjoying the food at that point.’
As regards her own personal eating habits throughout the day, she emphasized that ‘It’s really important to start the day out right.’
She explained: ‘It’s very easy to control what you eat for breakfast, for the most part, if you’re home. If you start with a good foundations it sets you up well. I start out with a protein shake. That gets me through with very even energy.’
As the day rolls along, she opts for ‘a salad for lunch. I feel better with protein so I like a salad with fish or chicken. And have snacks. Allow yourself the snack. Keep feeding yourself and then you make better choices.’
The Illinois-born clotheshorse said: ‘I want to go out for dinner, but don’t let them bring the bread to the table and don’t go totally hungry. Keep your blood sugar level all day. That allows you to make better decisions.’

Cindy’s daughter Kaia Gerber has followed her footsteps into the modeling business, drawing frequent allegations of being a ‘nepo baby.’
‘I won’t deny the privilege that I have,’ Kaia told Elle in response to the criticism. ‘Even if it’s just the fact that I have a really great source of information and someone to give me great advice, that alone I feel very fortunate for.’
Kaia remarked: ‘My mom always joked: “If I could call and book a Chanel campaign, it would be for me and not you.” But I also have met amazing people through my mom whom I now get to work with.’
However she insisted that a whole separate ethos is in place when it comes to her burgeoning acting career, which includes the new Apple TV+ series Palm Royale starring the comic heavy hitters Carol Burnett and Kristin Wiig.
‘With acting, it’s so different. No artist is going to sacrifice their vision for someone’s kid. That just isn’t how art is made, and what I’m interested in is art,’ Kaia insisted.
‘Also, no one wants to work with someone who’s annoying, and not easy to work with, and not kind. Yes, nepotism is prevalent, but I think if it actually was what people make it out to be, we’d see even more of it,’ said she.
