Christine Quinn was seen moving out of her former marital home in LA recently – amid an increasingly ugly divorce battle with estranged husband Christian Dumontet.
The Selling Sunset star, 35, whose ex Dumontet was arrested in his bathrobe at the home in March following an alleged domestic dispute, looked somber as she loaded up some Louis Vuitton boxes.
She went braless in a white ‘WET’ vest top from Kanye West’s Yeezy collection and clinging black leggings, paired with the rapper’s quirky $20 Pod shoes as she carried numerous boxes from the home.
The star was also seen wheeling a suitcase to a moving truck as she moves on from her marriage.
Quinn has accused her estranged husband Dumontet, also known as Christian Richard, of ‘willfully’ violating her temporary domestic violence restraining order against him.

In a court filing, obtained by People the reality star alleged that her ex enlisted an ‘an unknown man’ to snoop around the home they once shared.
Her attorney provided the publication doorbell footage of Dumontet’s acquaintance at the Hollywood home, which the former couple purchased for $5 million in January 2019.
In the legal documents, it was noted that ‘the same individual’ outside Quinn’s home on May 27 ‘was observed leaving with Dumontet from a court appearance on Tuesday, June 4.’
Dumontet was previously directed ‘to stay at least 100 yards away’ from the home, where 18 emergency calls were made to the Los Angeles Police Department over the last five years, according to Us Weekly.
Quinn is accusing Dumontet of sending ‘an agent on his behalf to the property to effectively spy on Mrs. Quinn.’
The TV personality was alerted to the man’s presence at her property after getting ‘an alert on her cell phone that a person was on her property.’
While she was not home at the time, the man’s presence was captured by video surveillance, which she installed to ‘ensure that Mr. Dumontet and his agents abided by the terms of the DVRO – to stay 100 yards away.’
‘She watched an unknown man live from her phone application snooping around her garage and in front of her pool. He was located in an area of the property that was not available to the public. Mrs. Quinn did not recognize the person to be associated with Mr. Dumontet; he was a complete stranger,’ the document claims.

Quinn was reportedly left ‘terrified’ by the alleged intrusion, although she did not file a file police report.
Quinn ultimately identified the trespasser in a photo, featured in an Us Weekly article, next to her estranged husband.
‘Upon review of the US Weekly article, Mrs. Quinn immediately recognized the May 27, 2024, trespasser in the photographs. The trespasser was photographed next to Mr. Dumontet, wearing the EXACT SAME outfit that he was wearing when he trespassed,’ the legal documents stated.
Her attorney added: ‘There is no dispute that this trespasser is an agent and/or associate of Mr. Dumontet.’
Quinn claimed that the ‘trespassing is a clear violation of the DVRO by Mr. Dumontet and constitutes contempt of court’ as Dumontet ‘knew he was not permitted to be at the property, and sent his agent there to spy on Mrs. Quinn nonetheless.’
In a statement to People, Dumontet’s lawyer stated: ‘This pattern of wild, seemingly paranoid allegations against Mr. Dumontet evidences an obsession that is highlighted by Ms. Quinn’s multiple filings alleging that she has been unable to locate him and has not heard from him since March.’
Meanwhile, Quinn’s attorney told the outlet: ‘The only “pattern” here is Mr. Dumontet repeatedly sending men to the house on his behalf. It needs to stop.’
The pair share a three-year-old son, named Christian Georges.
Last month, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office confirmed to DailyMail.com that Richard has been charged with three misdemeanors over the domestic violence incidents that took place in March.
