The TV personality revealed that she has a 'long list of dreams' still but has started her 38th year enjoying the sauna and ice bath on a boat.
She wrote: 'This is 38, it’s me… of course my birthday post is fashionably late! I’m a Pisces baby - 20/03/1988… now a fully grown woman, feeling great.'

'But it is less than ideal that a slightly smaller house is on the market for £5m in the same street, and across Cheshire, there are houses of a similar size that have remained unsold for a couple of years.'
They added: 'He really needs to bite the bullet and drop the price tag.'
