Christine McGuinness Dismisses Ex Paddy’s Dating Life

 has taken a swipe at ex-husband Paddy, after he was snapped looking cosy with All Saints while still married. 

The TV personality, 38, split from the funnyman, 52, in 2022 after 13-years of marriage. Together they share twins Leo and Peneople, 12, as well as nine-year-old Felicity, all of whom are autistic.

While Christine has declared she is 'looking for a wife' and has been linked to boxer and Dk Roxxxan, she is uninterested in Paddy's romantic life.

In a new interview she said: 'I'm not sure what his dating life is like, and I don't really care. I've got enough going on in my own life! If I was going to be heartbroken about it, then I wouldn't have divorced him'.

'I'm not being disrespectful, it's a heartbreaking situation, of course. But I'd already seen him all over the press with other women when I was married to him, so it's not going to hurt me seeing it now'.

Christine told The Sun: 'Now I'm divorced and all over the press with other women and he doesn't say: 'What's going on there? I can't really say anything. My life is a circus!'.

After she was spotted on Paddy's arm during their night out in London, it was revealed that the pair have been exchanging tweets since the previous autumn.

Back in September 2017, the TV personality tweeted that he was making himself a cup of tea before settling down to watch his BBC show Even Better Than The Real Thing.

Nicole responded with the love heart eyes emoji to which Paddy replied with an emoji blowing a kiss and writing: 'u numero uno!' [sic]

The cheeky banter continued in November when Paddy posted a montage of saints, including a picture of Nicole's band to celebrate All Saints Day.

He wrote: 'Morning! Whatever your preference have a peaceful All Saints Day from the McGuinty’s. #AllSaintsDay'

Nicole's response included the blushing emoji as she told Paddy 'Thanks!'

In her autobiography, A Beautiful Nightmare, Christine opened up further on the drama, revealing she felt 'physically sick' after seeing the photos.

She revealed her husband still regrets not picking up her calls after the pictures began circulating online, prompting such a strong reaction in Christine at the time that she vomited.

The reality star penned: 'It was a bit of a heartbroken moment. I was absolutely devastated by these pictures.'

'Patrick had spent weeks in London. He was filming The Keith & Paddy Picture Show and was due to come back, but rang me to tell me he was exhausted. "Stay down there," I told him, calmly. "Get your work done and come home when you're ready."'

Ultimately, she decided to take him back due to wanting her children to have a dad at home, which is something she had not experienced herself growing up.

According to The Sun, the Top Gear presenter kissed another woman behind Christine's back, with her finding out when she took part in The Games.

 A source told the publication at the time: 'Everyone was talking about it. The crew all knew about the Paddy rumours, and there they were, now working really closely with Christine 'It was one of those shows where everyone bonded and everyone loved Christine.

'Paddy wasn't around at all during The Games and the more people got to know Christine, the more they felt she deserved to know what he'd been up to.

'A number of them told her about the kiss and that he'd been unfaithful. She was very hurt and upset.'

Speaking about her love life since her marriage split Christine told Daily Mail: 'It's all been a bit of a whirlwind' and admitted: 'Someone might have caught my eye.' I'm single. It's exciting. I'm enjoying life. The past couple of weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind. 

'I'm struggling to keep up with my own life. Someone might have caught my eye. I just want to see how it goes. I want to do what feels natural to me. I haven't got anything planned. I'm happy and I'm excited.'

She added: 'Dating is supposed to be fun. I feel ready to date and I haven't felt ready before. There are still things I want to work out before I have a relationship.'

Christine previously said on LGBTQ+ podcast, It Started With A Kiss, that she was a 'five-star lesbian' and was looking for a wife.

Speaking on the BAFTA red carpet, she told the Daily Mail: 'I didn't expect to keep getting messages saying, 'Thank you for talking about it, it's given me the motivation and inspired me to date women.'

'It's lovely. It has helped me feel more comfortable in my own skin. It feels like it's the right time. I thought saying it once would make me feel comfortable being myself, but it didn't. There was still something holding me back. I'm not sure what that was.'
