Forget Joan Rivers,  now appears to be offering snarky commentary on Met Gala outfits. 

The Emmy-nominated actress, 46, left a shady comment beneath a photo of at the fashion extravaganza, which was posted to Variety's Instagram page on Monday night. 

Perry, 41, wore what commenters agreed was at the gala, teaming her white dress with a metal and mesh mask that made her look like a professional fencer. 

'Yikes,' Ricci bluntly wrote beneath the Variety post, clearly unimpressed with Perry's look. 

The actress gained plaudits on Reddit for her unfiltered remark, with many loving her critique of the couture. 

'Christina’s unfiltered commentary online is my favorite,' one said, while another added, 'Same! I never skip Christina’s posts because that lady is always spot on about everything lmao.'

Monday's Met Gala was Perry's first appearance sexual assault allegations leveled at her by Australian actress Ruby Rose.

Ricci's remark gained her plaudits on Reddit, as multiple commenters hailed her honesty on the social media platform

Perry, 41, hid her face at least for a little while as she sported a metal and white mesh mask on the iconic stairs of the yearly event which drew comparisons to the sport of fencing and even her controversial Blue Origin space mission from last year

The singer also wore a matching white long strapless gown with trailing cape

Making the allegations in a post shared to Threads, Rose wrote: 'Katy Perry sexually assaulted me at Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a s**t what she thinks.'

She added: 'I was only in my early 20s. I'm now 40. It has taken almost two decades to say this publicly. Though I am so grateful to have made it long enough to find my voice, it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes. Thank you for seeing me.'

It is not the first time the Australian actress has criticized Perry in public. She described the singer's track Swish Swish as 'purposeful poop' in 2017.

However, Rose backtracked on the comments just days later, writing on X: 'Being mean doesn't suit me and leaves me feeling dirty.

'Truth is being mean leaves more leaks in your camp than the titanic and I get so triggered when I think bullies don't get held accountable and it makes me think I should say something... but it's not [my] place.'
