Christian Wilkins has fired back at critics of his flamboyant ARIA Awards dress.
After being attacked with death threats by a hateful troll on Instagram, the socialite offered a clever retort and insisted that he looked ‘hot’ in the frock.
‘Okay, say you didn’t like my dress, I don’t care,’ the 28-year-old wrote.
‘I probably don’t like whatever chino short/short sleeve shirt combo you’re in,’ Christian continued.
‘But comments like this towards me or anyone else on my page are wildly irrational, inappropriate and I will not stand for it on my page.’

The reality star finished by saying, ‘Also, aren’t there bigger issues in the world than me wearing a dress? Like sorry I looked hot.’
In the vile comment that Christian was responding to, the troll said that he wished the star would ‘catch AIDS and die’.
Christian, who is the son of entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins, left little to the imagination in the sheer dress at the ARIAs earlier this week.
The raunchy look sparked some backlash online, with viewers at home remarking that it may have been too revealing for the awards show.

‘Shouldn’t be allowed on TV. I don’t want my kids seeing that,’ one person wrote on social media.
‘He may as well be naked!’ another shocked viewer said.
‘Why was the ARIAs presenter for the children’s music awards either near naked or wearing a naked looking body suit. Is this what we want our kids aspiring to?’ a third wrote.
