Chrissie Swan has finalised the sale of her Melbourne home for approximately $2.5million.
The radio star, 51, listed the Hawthorn East home on the market earlier this year for between $2.6million and $2.86million.
It is believed to have sold for just under its lower price range.
She purchased the stylish property in 2022 and spent years renovating it to give it a complete home makeover.
The property features dual residences, a larger one at the front and a small two-bedroom one out back, both of which are named after famous movie stars.
Garland House, named after the famed Wizard of Oz star Judy Garland, sits on a 600-square-metre allotment in the leafy inner-Melbourne suburb.

It also features a smaller two-bedroom home at the rear of the property, which is named Liza, after Judy Garland’s Cabaret star daughter Liza Minnelli.
Chrissie previously told fans she believed all homes needed a name as they were ‘a member of the family’.
‘The more time I spent in here, the more I fell in love with it and the more I thought, “I’ve really got to do a great job here, I’ve really got to do her justice”,’ Chrissie said of her renovation project.
The unique mid-century property is a large and spacious home perfect for entertaining.
It boasts two large bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a laundry and open-plan living space.
Situated 11km from the CBD, the home is centrally located and is just a quick stroll away from the famed Camberwell Junction.
In July, Chrissie was leasing out the property for $730 per week, but decided to sell shortly after.
The recently renovated abode also hides a large garden in the back, providing its guests with privacy, retro designs and a breath of fresh air.

Finding parking in Melbourne may seem like an impossible feat, but Garland House comes with two undercover car spaces – a rarity in Victoria.
Perhaps the property’s most attractive feature is its vibrant personality, one that comprises a nostalgic 1970s style and Chrissie’s undeniable eye for design.
With teak timber panelling, colourful accents and funky wallpaper, the home is as lively as its owner.
Natural light pours into the high-ceilinged home at all angles, making the two-bedroom abode feel spacious and liveable.
It is also close to a variety of shopping amenities, schools and public transport, making it the perfect place for families.
Chrissie rose to fame in 2003 as a reality TV star on Big Brother and has gone on to become a TV and radio presenter.
