The Aussie TV presenter, 51, who has recently undergone a major transformation,  purchased the retro-style property back in 2022 for $2.535million and is now looking for tenants to occupy the home.

Garland House, named after the famed Wizard of Oz star Judy Garland, is made up of only two residences sharing the 600-square-metre allotment, one of which could be your new home.

The unique mid-century property is an easily liveable home, boasting two large bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a laundry and open-plan living space – great for entertaining.

Situated 11km from the CBD, the home is centrally located and is just a quick stroll away from Camberwell Junction.

The recently renovated abode also hides a large garden in the back, providing its guests with privacy, retro designs, and a breath of fresh air. 

Finding parking in Melbourne may seem like an impossible feat, but Garland House comes with two undercover car spaces – a rarity in Victoria. 

Perhaps the property’s most attractive feature is its vibrant personality, one that comprises a nostalgic 1970s style and Chrissie’s undeniable eye for design. 

With teak timber panelling, colourful accents and funky wallpaper, the home is as lively as its owner.

Natural light pours into the high-ceilinged home at all angles, making the two-bedroom abode feel spacious and liveable.

The Nova radio host previously listed the property in May with a price range of $2.6million and $2.86million.

It is not known whether she sold the property.

The media personality took to Instagram to share a series of images that were taken 20 years ago, back in 2005.

The photos showed Chrissie, then 31 years old, just two years after her runner-up turn on season three of Big Brother.

One image showed a much fuller-faced Chrissie, smiling as she posed in the passenger seat of a car.

The other, taken around the same time, showed Chrissie posing with ‘bestie’ Rebecca Thompson.

‘I was a baby,’ the Nova radio star captioned the first image.

‘A cute little juicy baby with layers and foils. Happy to see the love of the giant hoop earrings started early,’ she added.

The throwback photos serve to highlight Chrissie’s remarkable weight loss journey, with the radio host losing a reported 90 kilograms in the past three years.

She has drastically transformed her physique, citing a new diet, daily walks and sobriety as the secret behind her slim-down.
