Chris Pratt has divided the internet by posting the first snap of his and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s baby son.
The Jurassic World star, 45, who welcomed Ford Fitzgerald with his 35-year-old wife in November, posted a snap of the newborn being cradled by his mom with a large nappy leak visible.
In the snap, a doting Katherine smiled at her son as she held him while navigating the blowout as an amused Pratt captioned the post: ‘S**t happens.’
Fans rushed to the comment section to quip about the very candid snap showing a ‘relatable’ insight into the early days of parenthood.
One wrote: ‘bro i just opened the app’ while a second typed: ‘Lol he’s gonna hate this one day’
A third wrote: ‘The most relatable picture.’

Others wrote: ‘Chris the f**k’, ‘And you need to show everything on social media!’ and ‘Is this okay? “Healthy child” post again’ referring to backlash that ignited over Pratt praising his wife for giving him a ‘healthy child’ after son Jack’s medical issues.
‘Bro is Arnold Schwarzenegger grandson and do things like that
‘The most human thing a person will ever have in common.
‘Omg! I remember those days… and 11 years later, I wish they were that size again.’
Ford is Pratt and Schwarzenegger’s third child together, they are also parents to daughters Lyla, four, and Eloise, two. He is also father to son Jack, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris.
In June 2024, it was revealed that the author was expecting baby number three – and the couple notably waited until the birth of their child to find out the gender.
During an interview on Today in October, the topic of the baby’s gender came up and Pratt simply explained, ‘We don’t know. I’ve got my son Jack and then the two girls. So, we don’t know. We wait.’
However, the actor added, ‘I have a feeling. I have an intuition, but I won’t say what it is now in case I’m wrong and that child sees this. One day child, you’ll know. I knew.’

Schwarzenegger revealed the news on Monday, November 11, that she gave birth to a son, named Ford Fitzgerald Pratt

After the baby news came to light, Katherine was spotted showing off her growing baby bump on various outings and on social media.
Pratt began dating Katherine in the summer of 2018, and the couple tied the knot the following year in June.
The first daughter, Lyla, was welcomed to the world in 2020, and their second little girl was born in May 2022.
He was also previously married to actress Anna Faris from 2009 through 2018 – and the former couple share son Jack.
For the past two Mother’s Day holidays, social media users pointed out that Chris had failed to give a shout out to Faris.
Last year, the Passengers actor was labeled ‘trash’ and ‘the worst’ for leaving his ex-wife out of his Mother’s Day tribute.
It came not long after he was embroiled in controversy for praising wife Katherine for giving him ‘a beautiful, healthy daughter’ after Eloise was born.
Some social media users speculated that his words were a dig at Anna Faris after their son, Jack, was born premature and struggled with medical conditions.
Pratt admitted that the backlash had sparked an emotional reaction from him. ‘That is f***ed up. My son’s gonna read that one day. He’s nine. And it’s etched in digital stone,’ he said at the time.
