Poolman is slated for a limited theatrical release in America this Friday – eight months after its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The movie was savaged by the critics after its debut, to the point it currently holds a dismal 23% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
‘Not only the worst film I saw during the fall festival season but would likely be one of the worst films in any year it came out,’ wrote Variety critic Owen Gleiberman.
