The Emmy nominee definitely feels 'pressure to maintain' her appeal in Hollywood, and she appeared to hint at getting the occasional face filler: 'I'm going to do all the little things. I just haven't done the major things.'
'But I think also for women, if you were always touted as "the most beautiful woman in the world," it must be just really, really challenging,' Sevigny said.
'I don't have that. I've never felt that.'
