Chloe Ferry admitted she was still making her mind up on what plastic surgery procedure to undergo mere hours before she was due to go under the knife.
The reality star teased her fans on Friday as she pondered over whether to remove her breast implants entirely or simply swap them for a smaller size.
While speaking to her 3.9million Instagram followers, the Geordie Shore star, 28, was on her way to Istanbul, Turkey, with her mother Liz for the fourth boob job.
Despite spending over £50,000 on surgical procedures to create her bust, the TV personality is on a journey to reverse the work.
With just 11 hours before the surgery, Chloe still could not make up her mind and so left it to a social media poll to help her make a decision on what procedure she should get.

Sat in the back of a cab with her mother, Chloe revealed ‘she was still in two minds on what to do’, and shared the poll: ‘normal boobs and uplift’ or ‘small implant and uplift’.
At the time of writing, 62 per cent of her social media followers voted for the star to ditch her implants entirely and go back to her natural look.
Chloe documented her entire trip through the country as she shared wholesome snaps of her mother drinking cocktails and sharing a chicken dinner.
After the poll, Chloe shared candid pictures of her waiting on a hospital bed for her surgery.
Chloe is yet to confirm her decision but admitted she was very excited about the surgery.
Her latest procedure comes just three years after she previously put her breasts under the knife.
In October 2020, she underwent breast reduction surgery in Turkey to balance out her slimmer frame following a two-stone weight loss.
Taking to Instagram, she unveiled her new look and snapped a selfie of her bandaged chest.

She explained: ‘I’ve just woke up, guys, from my boob surgery.
‘I’m not even in a lot of pain, and honestly, I can’t tell you how well I have been looked after here. I can’t wait to see them.’
Chloe then shared a boomerang video of her hand with a drip in before gushing, ‘these nurses have made me feel so amazing they have looked after me so good @comfortzoneofficial’.
Chloe has swapped her implants for smaller ones and jetted to Turkey for the procedure.
A representative for Chloe told MailOnline at the time: ‘Following on from Chloe’s dramatic 2 stone weight loss this year, Chloe will be flying to Turkey on Saturday 3rd October 2020 for a one week stay to have breast reduction surgery to suit her new slimmer figure.
‘Chloe will be visiting the Comfort Zone surgery clinic in Istanbul to have reduction surgery as Chloe feels that a smaller implant will complement her new slimmer figure.
‘Chloe has been training hard with a strong gym regime this year not only for weight purposes but to help maintain a healthy and positive mind-set.’

Less invasive procedures also include an eyebrow lift, dental veneers, dermal cheek fillers and Botox.
Chloe previously told told Closer magazine: ‘Of course, it’s a bit addictive. But I can stop myself, I’m happy with myself now.
‘I’ve spent a lot of money, it’s expensive. I’ve worked hard for my money and I want to spend it on this.
‘My ideal body shape is a small waist with a big bum and hips … But I think people believe I’ve had more surgery than I have.’
