The I Believe singer’s former 1972 Ferrari 246 Dino GTS sold at auction for a stunning $568,000.
The Moonstruck actress, 78, bought the sports car brand new in 1972 and she must have known how to drive a manual transmission at the time as the roadster sports a 5-speed manual drive.
It has a custom shade of red paint – Rosso Chiaro and a black Nero leather interior alongside its 2.4-liter V6 engine.
After a few years, Cher – who has been enjoying the south of France with her boytoy – sold it to famous race car driver Chris Cord.

This particular model of Ferrari was the first the Italian automaker made in anything close to big numbers.
It was designed to compete with Porsche’s 911 model and was named for founder Enzo Ferrari’s late son, who was integral in designing the Italian car maker’s first V-6 engine, Car and Driver reported.
Cher owned one of the 1,271 GT and GTS Spiders made from 1971 to 1974 which she bought in December 1972 at Hollywood Sports Cars, per TMZ.
She purchased the flashy vehicle at the first peak of her long and storied career when she and her late ex-husband Sonny Bono were tops of the network stars with The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour.
The vehicle came with the targa top that was new for that model year and she personalized the license plates to say ‘Chers.’
She sold the car two years later, shortly before she filed for divorce from Bono.
Houston, Texas-based Driver Source Fine Motorcars sold the car. They bought it in 2013 after the car spent 39 years in San Francisco with its third owner.
The car underwent a refurbishment before its most recent sale including fresh paint and a revitalized interior.
