The reality star has been with rugby league player Matthew for eight years, with the couple recently returning from a family holiday in Mallorca.

Emily Louise Hodgkinson, 34, told the The Mirror that she was left ‘shocked’ when the former Swinton Lions player sent her an intimate picture to her.
The pair met through Emily’s ex, who played rugby with Matthew, and followed each other on Instagram.
She said: ‘I feel so sorry for Charlotte. How could he do that to her? I’d be mortified if a partner did that to me behind my back.’
Emily said she took a screenshot of the image and added that Matthew appeared to be ‘worried’ as he asked her what she planned to do with the photograph.
According to sources, the Celebs Go Dating star was ‘completely blindsided’ when she learned Matthew had sent an explicit image to somebody he knew and it is ‘unclear’ whether their relationship will survive.
They told The Mirror: ‘She’s been completely blindsided by these revelations. To say she is hurt is an understatement, and it’s unclear where the relationship lies at the moment. Right now, Charlotte is trying to get her head around his actions.
‘She’s always stood by Matt, despite some ups and downs in their relationship, and Matt is not just her fiancé, he’s her best mate so this news has been a very hard pill to swallow.’

The shocking revelations comes after Charlotte recently got very candid about her dwindling sex life with fiancé Matt last week and joked her kids are ‘c***blocking’ her.

In the first episode, Charlotte told her co-host Janine Marsh how both Noah and Jude have negatively impacted her and Matt’s sex life.
She recalled a specific incident with Matt in an infinity pool, during a family holiday to the Maldives in April.
Charlotte began: ‘So, I was recently in the Maldives, which was fabulous. And me and Matthew felt – I think it was the heat – Matthew’s like, “Come on, we need to”.
‘It’s like we have to book sex in now. It used to be a couple of times a week, now it’s like once every two months.
‘So, Matthew’s like, “Come on, it’s been a while, now.” And I’m like, I know, but I just can’t be arsed.”
‘But, we had this lovely infinity pool, it was amazing. And we kept getting in the pool with Noah and Jude, obviously, but Jude was having a little sleep.’
Despite not being in the mood previously, something about the pool changed Charlotte’s mind.
She
continued: ‘Me and Matt and Noah were in the pool and we were just looking at each other. And for some reason we were both just like two animals, saying: “I wanna eat ya!”
‘We were looking at Noah and he was playing with his little Avengers and I was like, “What should we do? Noah’s just there.”
‘We were obviously kissing and stuff, just having a cuddle and a kiss, I think that’s nice to do that in front of your kids. Not sexual kissing like not a proper snog.
‘Sometimes it’s nice when he sees us and says, “Ah, Mummy and Daddy!” And comes and joins us and has a cuddle and really c***blocks us.’
‘So, we obviously had a kiss and a cuddle and we were looking at him, like, “What should we do, here? Do you reckon we’ll get away with it, or what?”
‘We actually voted against it. We had to vote against it which we were absolutely devastated about because we were ready and raring. It would have been a bloody belting sexual thing happening there.’
