Charlie Sheen was spotted in public for a rare public sighting as he stepped out alongside his youngest daughter, Lola, looking noticeably frail.

The Two and a Half Men star, 60, kept a low profile in dark casual clothing and a baseball cap as he walked beside 20-year-old Lola, who was dressed comfortably in loungewear and checked her phone while the pair made their way through a parking lot. 

Sheen, who celebrated eight years of sobriety earlier this year, appeared thin and subdued as he carried shopping bags. 

The outing comes amid a turbulent period for Sheen’s family, particularly following Lola’s deeply personal revelation earlier this year that she was baptized after struggling with depression and what she described as hitting ‘rock bottom.’

In a lengthy Instagram post, Lola shared her testimony, writing: ‘When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day.’

She continued that she believed her life would never improve, adding: ‘I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again.’

Lola said her outlook changed after embracing Christianity, writing that she met ‘my Savior but my best friend, Jesus,’ and describing the experience as ‘supernatural.’

She credited her faith with helping her overcome severe anxiety and rediscover joy, saying: ‘Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new, and completely renewed my mind.’

The Heavenly Bonded podcast host explained she chose to be baptized at the beginning of the year as a public declaration of faith, concluding: ‘Jesus is the only reason why I’m here today and made my life worth living.’

Lola is the younger daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, who were married from 2002 to 2006. 

The former couple also share older daughter Sami Sheen, 21.

While Lola keeps a relatively low profile and works a regular job at a restaurant, Sami has remained in the public eye after launching a successful OnlyFans career shortly after turning 18. 

Richards previously said Sheen was initially opposed to Sami’s decision but softened his stance after seeing her financial independence.

The sisters have also been at the center of a public rift in recent months.

In June, Sami accused Lola of being homophobic and transphobic in a series of emotional TikTok videos, alleging that Lola had reposted conservative Christian content she felt mocked LGBTQ and transgender people.

Sami said she chose to speak out publicly because the posts were visible to anyone and because she herself is part of the LGBTQ community.

‘It’s honestly disgusting, close-minded behavior,’ she said at the time, urging her sister to reconsider her views.

Sami went on to urge Lola to ‘put the bible down – it’s gonna be OK, you can live without it for five minutes – and pick up a pride flag and support the f***ing community.’

‘I don’t know if you’ve realized, it is pride month, and you reposting those things during pride month is just otherworldly,’ she continued as her fury escalated. ‘I don’t know who you are anymore. This is not you. We were not raised like this. 

‘And I am embarrassed. I am f***ing embarrassed that my own sister is a homophobe,’ Sami added before signing off. ‘Do better! Seriously!’
