Charlie Puth has sold his luxury Beverly Hills mansion to Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing star Josh Flagg in an off-market deal.
The Grammy-nominated singer’s, 32, four-bedroom property — which he purchased in 2017 for just under $9 million — was last listed for $11 million.
The extravagant midcentury modern home originally hit the market at $17 million in November of last year. In May, the We Don’t Talk Anymore hitmaker slashed a staggering $3 million from the asking price, reducing it to $14 million, before later further lowering it by yet another $3 million.
The residence was built in 1965 by renowned architect Rex Lotery — who also famously designed Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s home in Trousdale Estates.
The property was once a vibrant social hub for Beverly Hills’ elite. It was previously owned by Freddie de Cordova, the producer of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and dubbed ‘The de Cordova House.’

The ’60s-inspired home was also reportedly used to house President Ronald Reagan’s advisers.
The exterior features a mid-century design, immaculately crafted from concrete, redwood, glass and stone.
Boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home, located in the affluent Trousdale Estates neighborhood, showcases a formal entry hall, a step-down lounge with a two-story ceiling and a built-in bar.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, there is plenty of natural light shining through – highlighting the oak window panes and bespoke wood detailing.
Additional highlights include an office with a private patio, a sunken family room with an original stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a marble breakfast bar and a laundry room.
The primary suite bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with a sauna, rain shower, skylight, tub and dual marble vanity.
Outside, the garden offers complete privacy and provides the ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.
There is a generously sized heated pool with mountain and city views, an elevated dining patio, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and fire pit lounge.
The home is also gated with a long driveway and enclosed garage, which has been transformed into a fitness studio.

The purchase of Puth’s home adds another multimillion-dollar property to Flagg’s (pictured) expanding portfolio
Puth still has properties in Studio City and Santa Barbara, indicating that he is not making a move out of California. The sale follows Puth’s recent wedding, which took place at his family’s home in Montecito, California.
As for Flagg, the purchase of Puth’s home adds another multimillion-dollar property to the star broker’s expanding portfolio.
According to recent reports, he is expanding his real estate ventures to Miami’s North Bay Road and is actively seeking properties in New York with his father, Michael Flagg, who’s the president of the Edith Flagg fashion label.
His portfolio already includes his current residence on Strada Corta Road in lower East Gate Bel Air, as well as another Beverly Hills property.
