Charlie Albone has put his gorgeous home on the New South Wales Central Coast up for sale.

The 43-year-old Better Homes and Garden star has listed the sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property with a price guide of $3million-$3.2million.

Located in Ourimbah on 2.07hectares, the main feature of the rural retreat is a beautiful ‘Engish’ style cottage, surrounded by superbly maintained sculptured gardens.

Charlie purchased the property with his wife Juliet Love in 2012 for $840,000, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Other highlights include a separate ‘unit’ which boasts its own kitchen and bedroom.

There’s also a delightful secluded backyard entertainment deck, which is hidden under a vine-covered alcove, and a saltwater pool.

Other features include a classic verandah, a vegetable garden and a fire pit.

The property also contains a set of stables, while the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with bath.

The listing indicates the median house prices in Ourimbah, which is 12km from Gosford, now sit at $800,00,

In 2020, Charlie and his interior designer wife snapped up a fixer-upper in Maroubra for $2.355million.

The serial renovators later modernised the house, just as they had done for the Ourimbah acreage retreat which is now up for grabs.

The purchase followed Charlie’s decision to quit Foxtel’s Selling Houses Australia in 2019 to join the Better Homes and Gardens team, replacing Jason Hodges.

Jason was brutally cut from Channel Seven lifestyle show after 16 years.

But Charlie was thrilled to get the position.

He fans on Instagram in February: ‘Excitement overload! For those that don’t know yet I will be joining the amazing team at Better Homes and Gardens.’
