Roan then allegedly sent her security to intimidate the tween – whom the British actor, 53, shares with – according to the child's stepdad, soccer star Frello, 34.
The story caught the attention of Rio de Janeiro Mayor Eduardo Cavaliere, who has since banned Roan from performing at the city's upcoming Todo Mundo no Rio concert in a declaration shared on X.
'I mean that as long as I'm in charge of our city - this young lady @ChappelRoan will never perform at Todo Mundo no Rio! I doubt that would do that! By the way, @FrelloJorginho your little one is already the guest of honor from the organization in May!' Cavaliere wrote in a statement translated from Portuguese. Todo Mundo no Rio is set to take place in May, and Cavaliere's term ends in 2028.
