Chantelle Houghton showed off her jaw-dropping four stone weight loss in a skimpy green bikini as she strutted along the beach in Tenerife on Tuesday.
The TV personality, 41, confidently displayed her incredible figure in the cut-out swimwear while soaking up the sun.
In a recent interview with New magazine, Chantelle lifted the lid on her dating life and shared her dismay that ‘only old men’ are interested in her.
She said: ‘I’m open to meeting somebody. I’m not closed off from it, but I certainly haven’t met anyone that I’d want to progress things with.
‘I don’t date, I’m not on any dating apps. If it’s going to happen, it will happen naturally. But I’ve spent so much time on my own that I’m alright.
‘I don’t need someone to feel whole. I’m not trying to find my happiness in somebody else. I am happy on my own; if I meet someone, they’re just going to add to that happiness.

‘Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had a few offers, but I’ve politely declined. Most of them are really old as well.’
Chantelle underwent a strict diet and exercise regime in 2021 after reaching 13 stone following her split from ex-fiancé Michael Strutt.
She previously revealed she felt ‘amazing’ after cutting out sugar from her diet after years of feeling ‘self-conscious’ and ‘trapped in her own body’ pre-weight loss.
Speaking to The Sun in 2023, Chantelle said: ‘I’ve lost about four and a half stone… physically and mentally I feel amazing.
‘I’m completely sugar-free. I don’t eat or drink any sugar. The effect of doing that has had such a positive effect on me. I’m the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been.’
‘It’s just really freeing to feel comfortable in your own body. I felt kind of trapped in my own body for a long time because I wasn’t happy with it. Now I don’t feel self-conscious. I just feel really happy and content.’
Chantelle previously admitted she is her ‘own worst enemy’ and has ‘hated’ herself for years before finding herself in a lengthy social media post.
The former Celebrity Big Brother winner, who has previously been targeted by vile trolls over her weight, said she is ‘finally in a place where I like myself’ again and has started to ‘heal’.

She showed off her slim figure as she flashed her toned midriff in a mirror selfie in a pair of black leggings and a blue cropped sports top.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘Be your own valentine….self care and self love is so important, I HATED myself for YEARS, I’d tell myself the most awful things, I was my own worst enemy.
‘I’m FINALLY in a place where I like myself, I’m ok, I’m doing great and healing. I’ve been through SO MUCH and the girl I see in the mirror NEEDS my kindness and I’m giving her that.
‘My healing journey has only just begun and I am so proud of myself for surviving what I went through and I am EXCITED for the future!! I’m LIVING instead of just SURVIVING!
‘Whatever you’re going through, take time for yourself, practice self care, meditate, read books, go for a walk, talk to friends, reach out, you are a SURVIVOR. I am NO longer a victim. I am a SURVIVOR.’
It comes after Chantelle ruled out ever having cosmetic surgery again at the end of last year – despite being tempted after she gained three and a half stone during lockdown.
She last went under the knife in 2016 when she had her breast implants removed, saying the original surgery was her ‘biggest regret’.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘When I had my breast implants removed completely, I knew that was my very last cosmetic surgery. I made a promise to myself I’d only go under the knife again for medical reasons.’
