Chanelle Hayes shared a series of holiday snaps at very different weights and posted a body positivity message while taking to Instagram on Monday.
The Big Brother alum, 36, has ranged from a dress size 6-18 over the years and lost 10 stone following a secret gastric sleeve operation.
Now she has reflected on showing off her body while on trips abroad while at different stages of her weight loss journey.
The images all showed her in blue swimwear while at the pool, on the beach or soaking up the sun as she told she had a ‘lovely time’ on all the holidays despite whatever size she may have been at that time.
She penned in the caption: ‘What even is a summer body anyway?! I had a lovely time on every single one of these holidays and I ranged from size 6-18 (to pregnant!).

‘I’ve chosen all blue bikinis because sometimes our body image makes us feel blue. I wish I could tell my younger self to just enjoy every single moment because it’s the memories that counts.
‘Not the bikini size. Do you feel body confident? #beforeandafter #beforeandafterweightloss #summer #summerbody #bikinibody #bodyconfidence.’
At the height of her fame in 2009, Chanelle weighed 8.5 stone, barely ate and took laxatives to try and achieve a ‘WAG body’.
Fast-forward to 2020 and the reality star had a secret gastric sleeve operation after she reached 17 stone.
Chanelle lost 10 stone and dropped from a size 18 down to an 8. The star bravely shows her scars from the operation on her trips abroad.
The star previously revealed the operation was a ‘last resort’ after a lifelong battle with her weight.
She decided on surgery after years of being unhappy and opted to have the operation at Burcot Hall Hospital in Worcestershire.
Last year she took to social media to share some before and after photos of her weight loss, adding that her operation had ‘changed her life’ and she had ‘no regrets’.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘I get so many DMs about my weight loss surgery. Was I nervous? Yes! But I did plenty of research beforehand. Do I regret it? Not one bit, it’s changed my life when I was unable to do so on my own.
‘Is it easy? No, there’s still lots of work to put in, it’s not a quick fix and it changes the way you eat/digest forever.
‘Is it for everybody? No. Nothing is for everybody really. If you’re seriously considering bariatric surgery, do your research. Exhaust other options. Speak to a professional who is able to give you medical advice.
‘Did it change my life? Yes it did and I am forever grateful…in some ways it didn’t only change my life but it saved it.
‘It allowed me to live again. My WLS allowed me to experience things with my loved ones that I wouldn’t feel able to do before. It improved my mood, my health, my quality of life.
‘Ps – always seek medical advice from a bariatric professional. This is purely my experience as a patient.’

Chanelle told OK! magazine that as a result of the further weight loss she now has loose skin which she finds ‘ageing.’
In an interview with the magazine in January, Chanelle said: ‘I’ve got more loose skin.
‘So while I still feel a million times better than I did when I was unhealthy, I’m now thinking, ‘Maybe I want to do something about this,’ so I’m considering a tummy tuck.’
She also revealed at the time that she was unhappy with her breasts and was planning on having her implants removed and booking in for a boob lift.
