After co-stars and beloved friends like Barbra Streisand and Dolly Parton paid tribute to the late Kris Kristofferson, a wave of celebrity tributes have also surfaced.
The singer and actor passed away at his home in Maui on Sunday at 88 years of age on Saturday, his family confirmed in a statement.
Now many celebrities are following in Babs and Dolly’s footsteps by honoring the multi-talented performer on social media.

The actor and singer’s family confirmed the news in a post on his verified Instagram page on Sunday.
‘It is with a heavy heart that we share the news our husband/father/grandfather, Kris Kristofferson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28 at home,’ his family said in a statement.
‘We’re all so blessed for our time with him,’ the family statement added.
‘Thank you for loving him all these many years, and when you see a rainbow, know he’s smiling down at us all,’ they concluded.
