Celebrity personal trainer Jono Castano is launching an exciting new fitness industry venture that promises to shake up group training as we know it.
The renowned fitness guru, who co-founded the elite ACERO gym with his ex-wife Amy Castano, has officially launched ACERO Club Classes.
The exclusive, boutique-style group training program is already attracting some of Australia’s biggest influencers and celebrities.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, club manager Amy Castano revealed the inspiration behind the new initiative.
‘We were inspired to create classes because we wanted to offer a more personalised, high-quality group training experience that bridges the gap between one-on-one coaching and traditional group fitness,’ Amy, 34, explained.
‘Unlike many other group classes that can feel crowded and impersonal, ACERO CLUB is designed to provide individualised attention in a boutique setting, with class sizes capped at just eight participants.

This ensures that every member gets the support, technique guidance, and motivation they need to train effectively and see real progress.’
ACERO has long been a favourite among A-listers, with Jono having trained the likes of Michael Clarke, Dylan Alcott, Candice Warner, Rita Ora, and Hugh Sheridan.
The announcement comes after model Simone Holtznagel, who had daughter Gia with Jono last year, returned to work earlier this month.
The model, 31, and personal trainer, 33, split in May last year, around nine weeks after welcoming Gia into the world on Easter Sunday.
Despite the couple’s acrimonious break up, they recently reunited for a family workout session at Jono’s Acero gym.
Simone also recently made a cryptic remark that she ‘couldn’t change’ the man she loved.
‘I wanted to set an example for my daughter; that’s something that shifted for me, Simone revealed to Stellar.
‘One day I was like, “What am I doing? This isn’t right.”
‘And I would hate if she was ever in this situation.’

She continued: ‘You have to do what is right for you at the end of the day.
‘No matter the number of promises or anything else that people make, when they show you who they are, believe them. Because you can’t change people.’
Simone also said she is content co-parenting Gia with Jono and that she is confident she made the right choice.
‘I’ve never felt more sure of anything, and I know I can do it by myself,’ she admitted.
Now, his latest venture aims to provide everyday Australians with the same level of elite fitness coaching – minus the hefty price tag of private personal training.
The ACERO CLUB concept is simple but effective: small, high-energy group sessions led by expert coaches, designed to provide the perfect balance between individual attention and the camaraderie of team-based workouts.
‘What truly sets us apart is the focus on community, expert coaching, and tailored programming – you’re not just another face in the crowd, but part of a close-knit environment where your fitness journey is prioritised,’ Amy continued.
‘With a range of specialised classes and a membership structure that suits individual goals, our classes are about elevating your training experience and making every session count.’

Castano first made waves in the fitness industry as a professional footballer before transitioning into personal training.
His transformation-based training programs quickly gained traction, earning him a loyal following among Hollywood stars, athletes, and social media personalities.
Amy, a former beauty queen turned fitness entrepreneur, has been instrumental in ACERO’s rise to success.
Despite their split in 2021, Jono and Amy remain business partners and continue to build the ACERO empire together.
