The Voice Australia’s biggest divas have been revealed after the judging panel was overhauled in a major shake-up.
LeAnn Rimes, Kate Miller Heidke, and Adam Lambert have joined series veteran Guy Sebastian on the 2024 series, after Guy Sebastian, Rita Ora and Jessica Mauboy were axed.
Now, a huge bombshell has been dropped about which of the new celebrity vocal coaches have brought the most ‘diva antics’ to the panel.
After losing some big personalities amid the shake-up, it has now been claimed that Kate, 42, and Adam, 42, have been the biggest culprits for their diva tactics.
As the new season of the singing contest kicks off on Channel Seven, an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle: ‘On set there were diva moments that hadn’t really been seen on the Australian format before.’
They went on to claim that Kate and Adam butted heads on more than one occasion during filming, with their diva antics becoming very obvious.
‘Everyone noticed while the new coaches were pitching that there was a real competitive streak that really started to pop-up more and more,’ the insider went on.
‘The diva in Kate Miller-Heidke and Adam Lambert became unavoidable to edit around.’

Another insider close to the show recently claimed that Kate’s highly competitive style with her co-stars is being used by producers to ‘create’ drama.
One source claimed that genuine tension emerged between the usually mild-mannered Guy and his fellow hitmaker Kate during filming.
‘Bringing in two Americans like Adam, and LeAnn, producers thought there would be a battle of the countries – USA vs Australia – but the tension is between Guy and Kate, who really wanted to outdo each other in their coaching,’ a source told Now To Love.
‘They are certainly each other’s biggest rivals and the other two [Adam and LeAnn] really don’t seem to buy into that drama.’
The insider claimed that ‘producers didn’t foresee that putting two personalities like Guy and Kate up against each other would create so much tension’.
Channel Seven is said to be paying big bucks for the all-star line up after their salaries were leaked earlier this week.
A source told Yahoo earlier this week that Adam and LeAnn were raking in the biggest bucks and ‘are believed to be receiving between $750,000 and $1.2million’.

Aussie Kate is also believed to be receiving upwards of $500,000, while Guy started on $750,000 per season in 2019 but is now believed to be worth around $1million.
However, the eye-watering figures are thought to be ‘considerably less’ than the incomes of the outing coaches, Rita and Jason, while Jessica was reportedly on a lower pay bracket.
According to a production insider, the reason for the switch-up was the star’s pay cheques, and a desire from producers to keep costs down.
The insider added that salary increases are necessary to keep returning stars on the show and the price tags for the former celebrities were ‘too expensive’.
‘The company line was that Jessica, Rita and Jason were all too busy, but I don’t think anyone is too busy to pick up these sorts of pay cheques,’ they alleged.
‘It certainly did have a lot to do with keeping the costs down.’
The decision to change-up almost the entire coaching panel was made last year and the casting team reportedly looked for quite some time before finding the perfect fits for the job.
