Celebrity Big Brother star Louis Walsh is not actually called Louis Walsh.
It turns out his parents Maureen and Frank gave him a different name at when he was born in Kiltimagh, Ireland, in 1952 – but he fancied a bit of a change.
He’s actually called Michael Louis Vincent Walsh.
Louis, 71, dropped the Michael to become the household name X Factor fans know and love.
However, despite his popularity, some fans have slammd him for being a diva after he shouted ‘Up up up’ Lauren Simon during a dispute over beds.

‘No that’s mine,’ Louis shouted at Lauren. ‘That’s mine. Up, up, up that’s mine.’
Lauren was quick to stand up and move across the room saying she did not want to argue with the Irish judge.
Fans of the show were quick to slam Louis for how he spoke to the reality star, with several calling him a ‘diva’.

‘OH, YOU UTTER DIVA!’ one person said on X, formerly Twitter. ‘I liked Louis Walsh before he entered, but I’m not liking his personality.’
‘Louis could never tell me move, what??’ said another. ‘That’s so crazy! I would absolutely become the villain on day one and double down on what bed I’m having.’
Another fan wrote: ‘First night and Louis is showing his true self and its not good, he was really rude with the whole bed situation.’
While a fourth wrote: ‘Louis yelling at her to get off the bed, it isn’t his bed anyways! I’d tell him to do one! Irritating man!’
‘Can’t believe Louis just walked into the bedroom and kicked someone off their bed like he owns the place,’ another fan of the show said.

After the judge kicked Lauren off the bed, Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith said to Louis: ‘That was strong [laughing]: “Up up up”.’

The former X Factor judge, 71, is a ‘lodger’ on the reality series and will be in the house with her fellow celebrities for five days.
Getting to know her other housemates on the first night, Sharon discussed her 42-year marriage to Ozzy with West End star Marisha Wallace.

American actress Marisha asked her how long she’s been living across the pond, and Sharon joked: ‘A long ass time!’
She continued: ‘I first moved to America in 75. And I stayed. Even though Ozzy’s from England we met over there.’
