The actresses have adopted a refreshingly normal approach to ageing, refusing to partake in any cosmetic treatments over the years.
They focus on non-invasive skin maintenance instead - dermatological peels, collagen-boosting treatments or simply just keeping out of the sun.
Still, they appear looking completely ageless and glowing under the bright lights and flashing cameras of runways or red carpets.
The stars who are embracing the natural ageing process appear to be changing the game, with more and more people beginning to avoid surgery or injections entirely.

Holly Clark, founder of The Complications Consultant, said she feels a 'shift' in people wanting to look far more natural.
''s comments reflect a growing shift we're seeing in clinic', she said. 'Patients are becoming far more conscious of subtlety, longevity, and looking like themselves, rather than chasing obvious or overdone results.
', when used appropriately, is a very effective and safe treatment, but the key lies in restraint and practitioner skill. Overuse or poorly planned treatments can lead to the 'frozen' or unnatural look that many patients now actively want to avoid.
'What's particularly interesting is the move towards stepping back from treatments altogether. This isn't about rejecting aesthetics. It's about patients feeling more empowered to make informed, balanced decisions about their faces over time.
'From a safety perspective, this is a positive shift. It encourages patients to seek qualified practitioners, have proper consultations, and understand both the benefits and limitations of treatments rather than viewing them as a quick fix.
'Ultimately, good aesthetics should be undetectable. The best work is when someone simply looks well, rested, and confident, not 'done.'

The 62-year-old Friends star recently told The Hollywood Reporter that her eyes became 'inflamed' after getting Botox.
'I think it contributed to my eye irritation and this weird pattern on my forehead, so I’m probably done with it now anyway,' she said of the popular neurotoxin.
Despite swearing off Botox for good, it hasn't stopped Lisa - who didn't start experimenting with Botox until her 60th birthday - worrying about getting older.
'I am scared of having to see myself looking like my grandmother one day, but I’m excited to play older roles,' she said.

Lisa has often been praised for her choice to age naturally, although she has admitted to getting a 'life altering' nose job when she turned 16.
'I went from, in my mind, hideous to not hideous,' she told The Saturday Evening Post. 'I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn't know how hideous I looked before. That was a good, good, good change.'
In 2024, Lisa opened up about her decision to avoid getting more cosmetic surgery, despite her thriving Hollywood career.
'I don't judge anyone for doing it. A lot of people look fantastic, but I also am afraid that if it doesn't heal right [I will] look older and altered,' she explained on the Armchair Expert podcast.
'Everyone but me seems to be doing this so should I? Am I allowed not to? Or is it going to be so off-putting, it's going to affect people's experience watching me?' she asked herself.

In an interview with Vanity Fair in 2010, Meryl Streep, 76, revealed she had never had Botox - and had instead chosen to age naturally.
She said: 'When I see it in people I meet, it's like an interruption in communication with them.
'It's like a flag in front of the view, and that, for an actor, is like wearing a veil—it's not a good thing.'
And the Hollywood A-lister would go on to reiterate her position in a second interview with Good Housekeeping.
She said: 'I just don't get it. You have to embrace getting older. Life is precious, and when you've lost a lot of people, you realize each day is a gift.'

Sarah Jessica Parker is another star who has forever championed ageing naturally over undergoing cosmetic treatments.
The humble actress previously declared she doesn't like looking at herself as she opened up about plastic surgery.
'I’m presentable,' the actress said on The Howard Stern Show, before revealing, 'I don’t really like looking at myself. I think I'm fine.'
The host then asked about whether she considers doing 'a facelift, botox, and all this other s**t, which she quickly responded by confessing, 'I think about all of it. I ask people all the time, is it too late?' she said.
Stern followed up by asking directly asking if she had ever decided she needed to take the plunge and get plastic surgery.
'No,' Sarah said, before admitting she does indulge in treatments from a dermatologist, which includes skin peel, for which she gives a demonstration with her hands.
'I'll do any of that stuff,' she confessed, and then make an open admission.
'I honestly think I missed out on the facelift, the old-fashioned good one that you have when you’re 44,' Sarah says, for which Stern disagrees.
'You think you should have done it? he asks of Sarah, who responds by gesturing she wasn't so sure she should have gone through with it.
'I've seen some horror stories lately. I don't know. I'm glad you didn't do it, Stern told her, while show co-host Robin Quivers could be heard laughing in the background.
The Sex And The City alum said she doesn't begrudge people for getting things like Botox and other cosmetic procedures due to the stigmas surrounding beauty and aging.
'I do understand why people make the choice because there is so much emphasis put on primarily women about looks,' she said.
Sarah then recalled back when And Just like That... premiered years ago, that there 'were so many endless articles about aging, and aging gracefully. and Sarah Jessica's hair is gray.'
'First of all it's not, but who cares,' she said. 'I’m sitting next to Andy Cohen, whose head is covered in gray hair, and you’ve not mention that at all. So I understand why women feel like there is so much chatter, peripheral opinions. I don't think it's wrong. I think people should do whatever they feels makes them walking out the door, frankly.

Jamie Lee Curtis, 67, has spoken about ageing in the past.
The star previously revealed that a cameraman's comments about her 'puffy eyes' on the set of Perfect in 1985 led her to make some changes.
But she later detailed her plastic surgery regrets, including Botox and lipo, as she admitted that the cosmetic procedures made her 'feel worse' and lamented: 'It didn't work, I hated it!'
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly in October 2021, the Hollywood icon insisted that she's learned her lesson.
'I have been an advocate for natural beauty for a long time, mostly because I've had the trial and error of the other part,' she said. 'I did plastic surgery - it didn't work, I hated it. It made me feel worse!
'I tried to do everything you can do to your hair. Personally, I felt it was humiliating. I would go into a hair salon, the smell of the chemicals, the feeling of that colour on my hair, sitting under the hairdryer - it was like, for what?
'So very early on in my career, I had a perm and then had to dye my hair for a movie, and it burned my hair off my head!
'And the first time I cut my hair short I went, "Oh! Oh my god. Oh wow! I look like me!" Since then I stopped dyeing it, and then I've been an advocate for not f**king with your face.
'And the term, anti-ageing… what? What are you talking about? We're all going to f***ing age! We're all going to die? Why do you want to look 17 when you're 70? I want to look 70 when I'm 70.'
In 2002 Jamie told More magazine: 'Ten years ago, before anybody did that, I had fat taken from underneath my eyes because I was on a movie and I was puffy. ... And I can remember the cameraman saying, "I can't shoot her". I remember being mortified.' she explained.
She added: 'I've had a little lipo. I've had a little Botox. And you know what? None of it works. None of it. It's such a fraud. And I'm the one perpetuating it.'
Jamie also spoke to Fast Company about her stance on plastic surgery and trendy cosmetic procedures.
She insisted: 'The current trend of fillers and procedures, and this obsession with filtering, and the things that we do to adjust our appearance on Zoom are wiping out generations of beauty.
'Once you mess with your face, you can't get it back,' warned the actress, who also sports a short, salt and pepper bob.
Andie MacDowell

Four Weddings alum Andie MacDowell, 67, has also taken a strong stance on embracing your real age and has been rocking her natural hair too.
In 2021, the Groundhog actress wowed the red carpet when she debuted a more natural grey hue at the Cannes Festival.
She decided to embrace her salt and pepper curls after tiring of her colour routine during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.
She revealed last year that she felt much 'more comfortable' with the more natural look, admitting she really liked it.
The Four Weddings and A Funeral star, 64, also shared that she would rather age naturally, explaining: 'I truly want to be where I am and look my age'.
Talking to The Times, the actress explained her relief over the positive response she received for embracing a grey haired look.
Andie also detailed that she took the plunge despite being told not to make the change, as people around her 'strongly advised against it'.
Explaining: 'People kept saying to me, "It’s not time," but I disagreed. I was kowtowing to everybody else’s beliefs, but I truly want to be where I am and look my age.'
Back in 2021 when she debuted the 'salt and pepper' look, she explained that her daughters even thought she looked like a 'bada**'' during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.

At 66, Emma Thompson has also embraced the ageing process, sporting grey streaks in her sandy hair and dressing age-appropriately.
The actress looks great every time she hits the red carpet, not letting her fine lines stopping her from looking glamourous.
Talking to The Wrap last year, Emma, said plastic surgery was a form of 'collective psychosis.'
'Why would you do that to yourself, I simply don't understand,' she said. 'I do honestly think the cutting of yourself off to put it in another place in order to avoid appearing to do what you're actually doing, which is aging, which is completely natural, is a form of collective psychosis.
'I really do think it's a very strange thing to do,' she added, specifying that she's always felt that way.
She also said she was proud that her 2022 movie God Luck to You, Leo Grande, showed her nude 'untreated body.'

Meanwhile, Sharon Stone, 68, has admitted to struggling with her ageing looks in the past.
Admitting she has previously dabbled with tweakments, including Botox, the star explained the stroke she went through in 2001 completely changed her relationship with cosmetic surgery.
However, in recent years, she has sported a more natural look on the red carpet and doesn't seem to be worried about her fine lines or crows feet anymore.
She told Vogue Arabia's September issue in 2022: 'Life doesn’t always make you feel like a winner as you grow older.'
The actress had to have 300 shots of Botox and filler to reconstruct her face after the stroke.
She said it transformed the tweakments from 'cute luxury to some kind of massive, painful neurological need.'
She also revealed that she has learned to embrace her body as she grows older, and even had a spat with a younger lover about it.
When asked by the man if she had had Botox, she told him: 'It would probably be really good for your ego and mine if I did.'
She added the pair stopped seeing each other shortly after that.

Men's looks also count when it comes to casting.
One actor who knows this well is Sean Bean, 66, whose craggy looks have earned it 'hard men' roles over the years.
While he was crowned, 2004's Sexiest Man Alive, once dubbed 'Mean Sting' for his long blonde hair by the Times, Bean has embraced a conservative attitude to ageing, promoting natural ages over any tweakments.
Lines of his forehead and baggy eyes have only added to the Lord of the Rings' actor's gruff appearance, scoring him roles like Ned Stark in Game of Thrones.
The actor has been vocal about his disdain for plastic surgery in the past.
In 2015, he told The Times: 'You look at all the old actors: Peter O’Toole, Richard Burton. I think of Pete Postlethwaite. Face like granite. An in-cre-dible actor. And I think: "Nooor! Pete wouldn’t have done that!"'
In the same interview, he also insisted he doesn't dye his hair, however, nearly eight years on, his blonde hair remains.

The Big actor has played everyone and everything, from the romantic lead to a toy cow-boy and soldiers.
Some Hollywood big names might be tempted to chase youth with a few discreet treatments, but now 69, he appears he has embraced his age.
The Sleepless in Seattle actor has been sporting salt and pepper streaks in his hair for years, and while he looks great, his skin has become to show the signs of ageing you would expect to see on a 69-year-old's face.
The big screen's every man is not one to dwell on his looks, and has scarcely discussed them.
But the actor's sudden weight loss worried fans last year, who noted that he appeared to have 'aged all of a sudden' at the Elvis' movie premiere on the Gold Coast.
'I love Tom Hanks. I saw him on screen recently and thought he was very thin. I hope he's doing well.' said one fan,' another said.
