Reality star Ms Jacky Oh! died as a result of complications from cosmetic surgery aged 32 on May 31 2023.
The Wild ‘n Out personality (born Jacklyn Smith) passed away in Miami, Florida after getting a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) – with the star complaining her head was ‘burning’ shortly before her shock death, according to an autopsy report obtained by TMZ.
Before her death, she announced she was heading to Miami to have a ‘mommy makeover’ done but deleted the Instagram post.
Mom-of-three Jacky flew to Miami in May to have liposuction – with the fat transferred to her backside in the BBL procedure,
The surgery was completed in May 30 with the star prescribed Cliprofloxacin (an antibiotic), painkiller Oxycodone and anti-nausea drug Ondansetron.

The star began to get a headache shortly afterwards and saw her surgeon for a post-operative appointment.
She got a message to help with her pain and was advised to take ibuprofen and to stop taking the Ondansetron.
On the evening of May 31, Jacky began to feel her head was ‘burning’ and developed difficulty speaking.
Her aunt, who she was with, called 911, but Jacky became unresponsive before they arrived. She was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11pm.
The autopsy report states Jacky had ‘swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.’
Her surgeon Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah previously took to Instagram in June to break his silence two weeks after her death.
Dr. Zach – who has sued former patients for claiming he botched their surgeries – posted a statement to his account but made no mention of the 33-year-old talent or the incident.
The message to his nearly 97,000 followers began, ‘To all my past, current and prospective patients, PH-1 Miami remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.’

Okhah’s statement finished, ‘Most importantly, my staff and I ensure that each patient is vetted, prepped and treated according to their individual patient history prior to any surgery.
‘Our mission is to help our patients achieve the best possible results in the safest and most medically appropriate way possible.’
Jacky and DC Young Fly had been together since 2015 and were parents to daughters Nova, six, and Nala, three, and son Prince, 11 months.
A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed her tragic passing in a post on the Wild N’ Out’s Facebook page.
DC Young Fly had been in Atlanta filming new Wild ‘N Out episodes when he was told of the tragic news.
Along with appearing in 81 episodes of Wild ‘N Out from 2015-2020, DC has also been seen in films such as House Party (2023) , Armed (2018) and Almost Christmas (2016).
He touts more than 12.2 million Instagram fans and followers.
