Describing his work, he said: ‘I specialise in building strong, high-performing finance teams by focusing on the unique needs of both clients and candidates.

‘My approach goes beyond simply filling roles—it’s about long-term, meaningful relationships and finding the right cultural fit.’

However, the child star still attends conventions around the world from Paris to Mexico where he interacts with Harry Potter fans.

Speaking about attending conventions, Louis previously said: ‘I’m lucky to travel the world and get to go to conventions, compared to what we see now, meet Harry Potter fans that now have children.’

He even reunited with Tom and Scarlett Byrne, who played Slytherin student Patsy Parkinson, during one convention at the end of last year.

The trio looked thrilled to be reunited as they posed for fun pictures backstage before meeting the fans.

Scarlett has since gone on to star in the Vampire Diaries as Heretic vampire Nora Hildegard and also appeared in Skybound and Sorority Murder.

During the convention, Louis and Scarlett revealed which scenes were their favourite from the last which actually ended up being cut.

Scarlett said: ‘In the last film we filmed the dungeon scene and we realised then how big it was going to be but it was cut, I think it was in the extras bit though but that scene only took like two takes.’

Louis added: ‘I remember Josh [Herdman] and I doing battles as well in the courtyard but they were cut as well.’

Louis also revealed how he got into acting and how he secured the role in the Slytherin trio.

He said: ‘I got into acting originally, I was Dean Thomas’ double.

‘I was actually picked out of school in year 7 and being a double for two years in two films which was the second and fourth film which got me into acting.

‘From there I got an agent and she through me into auditions and three auditions later I got the part for Harry Potter.

‘So coming back from being a double to being a main character in the films was pretty incredible to be honest.’

Emotional Warwick Davis fights back tears as he pays tribute to his late wife Samantha and admits he has found love again while accepting the Fellowship Award at the BAFTAs

Warwick Davis became visibly emotional and brought both tears and laughter from the audience during his heartfelt speech at the BAFTAs on Sunday night.

The actor, 55, was honoured with a BAFTA Fellowship, which recognises those who have made an ‘outstanding and exceptional’ contribution to the screen.

He was presented the award by his former Harry Potter co-star Tom Felton, while the audience were shown a montage of scenes from his famous projects, interspersed with clips from his fellow stars and family, praising his talents.

Taking to the stage to a standing ovation, Warwick began his speech: ‘This is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me… and I’ve been in Star Wars!

‘I’m going to keep this short, it’s been a long night… short, yes you can laugh.’

He went on: ‘I’m going to say thank you to my mum, my first agent, she’s the reason I am here tonight.’

He then thanked all his team who supported him throughout his career and shared the award with them, before amending: ‘Sod that. I’ve done all the work, it’s for me! This is all mine.’

Warwick then became emotional as he dedicated the award to his beloved wife, Samantha Davis, who tragically died last year.

Samantha, who was herself an actor, died on March 24 last year at the age of 53, and had been married to Warwick for 33 years, welcoming three children together.

Warwick said: ‘Above all I would like to dedicate and thank my wonderful wife Sammy who died almost a year ago. She was always so supportive of my career and encouraged me to grab every opportunity with both hands.

‘Since then, life has been pretty tough for me but thanks to the support of our wonderful children Annabelle and Harrison, I’ve been able to continue wokring and engaging in life.’

He then gave a special shout out to a mystery person he referred to as ‘sponge’ and thanked them for helping him ‘love again’.

Fighting back tears, he voice broke as he said: ‘Special mention should go to Sponge, you know who you are. Thank you for showing me that life can still have meaning and for helping me to laugh and to love again’.

He concluded his speech by saying: ‘Finally thank you to BAFTA from the bottom of my heart for this incredible honour, I shall treasure it always. See you in the movies!’

and those who have helped him through the difficult period following her loss.

The heartfelt speech caused the audience to become visibly emotional, while viewers at home were also left in tears.

Sporting stubble, Tom toted his essentials in a backpack and carried a camera as he and Roxanne larked around for fun snaps amid their romantic getaway.

The gorgeous jewellery designer, who is believed to have been dating the actor for four years, put on a leggy display for the outing in a pair of shorts.

She completed the look with a bell sleeved floral top and shades and appeared in great sprints as the couple made the most of the glorious weather.

The couple are said to have met in her native South Africa and she moved to the UK to be with Tom in 2022.

Tom previously dated actress Jade Olivia, who played Darco’s onscreen wife Astrid,  for eight years and in 2020, co-star Emma Watson revealed that she could remember the exact moment that she ‘fell in love’ with him while on the set of Harry Potter.

The actress – who played Hermione Granger   – reminisced about her crush on the actor and vividly recalled him making her heart skip a beat for the first time.

The pair also shared a warm embrace as they hugged with delight while reuniting on camera in The Great Hall for the TV special to mark the film’s 20th anniversary.

Tom was 14 years old when the first Harry Potter movie came out in 2001, while Emma was just 11. They both starred in all eight Harry Potter films.

She recalled: ‘I walked into the room where we were having tutoring. The assignment that had been given was to draw what you thought God looked like, and Tom had drawn a girl with a backward cap on a skateboard.

‘And I just don’t know how to say it – I just fell in love with him. I used to come in every day and look for his number on the call sheet, it was number seven, and if his name was on the call sheet, it was an extra exciting day.

‘He was three years above me and so for him he was like: “you’re like my little sister”.’

Despite being at the centre of dating rumours for years, to Emma’s disappointment nothing ever happened between her and Tom, although the actor admitted that he was fully aware of his secret admirer.

Tom said: ‘I think I was in the hair and make-up chair and someone said something along the lines of, “Yeah, she had a crush on you.”

‘I became very protective over her. Yeah, I’ve always had a soft spot for her and that continues to this day. There’s always been something that’s like, I don’t know, a kinship.’

Since Harry Potter concluded the pair have remained close friends – in 2019 he posted a snap of him teaching her how to play guitar in South Africa.

Emma has confessed in various interviews that she had a childhood crush on him in the early days of their friendship while making the movies.

‘For the first two movies, I had a huge crush on Tom Felton. He was my first crush. He totally knows,’ she told Seventeen in 2011.

Tom Felton may have wanted a broomstick to whisk him away on Thursday after the Harry Potter star’s new musical release was savaged by unimpressed listeners.

The star, 36, who is best known for playing Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise, has been making music for several years and released his latest album Orange just last week.

However, one of the singer’s new songs, Holding On has been met with criticism and gone viral on TikTok as fans rushed to X to share their thoughts.

    One fan commented: ‘Finding out Tom Felton makes music unironically ruined my night’;

Actor Tom Felton receives harsh criticism for his latest song, with listeners advising him to seek a different career path.

Tom Felton recently released a new song and fans are less than impressed with the new track as they described it as a ‘painful listen’

    ‘Tom Felton desperately needs employment. Someone get him in a hallmark movie quickly so he doesn’t release more music.’;

‘There’s no way people like Tom Felton’s new singles…’ followed by a laughing gif.

    ‘How’s it possible that there’s a worse song already been released this year that’s worse than Jojo Siwa’s Karma. What is Tom Felton doing.’;

‘That Tom Felton song has me in tears (crying emoji) It’s so bad.’

During the song, Tom could also be heard calling himself ‘just a boy on a skateboard and saying: ‘I’ll still make your heart skip now like you were 17,’

This lead some to believe that he could be referencing his co-star Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter.

A fan speculated: ‘I find that line interesting because Emma Watson describes him like that when she talks about when they were younger and she had a crush on him.’

The pair have never been romantically linked before, however, Emma has spoken about ‘falling in love’ with Tom when they were children.

Sheridan Smith’s Opening Night will now end its run at the Gielgud Theatre in London on Saturday May 18, two months earlier than originally planned on July 27

It will be running for a strictly limited 10-week season at the Gielgud Theatre, after it was revealed Sheridan Smith’s West End show Opening Night will finish two months earlier than planned due to terrible reviews.

Sheridan’s show has been plagued with issues, including audience members walking out midway through and blasting it as ‘boring’, resulting in its run being shortened by two months.

The show will now end its run at the Gielgud Theatre in London on Saturday May 18, two months earlier than originally planned on July 27 – as producers blamed a ‘challenging financial landscape’ for the shock decision.

Announcing the news earlier this month, the production team said that the play ‘may not have had the life we had hoped for’.

This means the current UK and Ireland tour of the show continues through to August, meaning 2:22 will be running concurrently in Manchester, then Dublin and London.

Tickets went on general sale for the new shows on April 24.
