Kim Zolciak has confirmed she’s dating again just days after breaking down in tears over finally being ‘free of’ her ex-husband Kroy Biermann.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum, 46, told TMZ on Tuesday that she’s seeing someone new and is ‘really happy.’

While she didn’t reveal the identity of her suitor, Zolciak — who was previously linked to Tom Hanks’ son Chet — dished that he’s ‘age-appropriate’ and ‘definitely not’ a Hollywood type.

However, she stopped short of calling him her boyfriend as she said: ‘I wouldn’t say I’ve got a new man.’

‘I’m just happy. I have my kids. I’m in my new house. I’m working,’ Zolciak gushed.

Zolciak and ex Biermann finally sold their Georgia mansion last month for $2.75 million — days before he would file for divorce for a third time.

Amid her and Biermann’s ugly split, Zolciak fueled romance rumors with Chet.

She and the 34-year-old rapper sparked romance rumors back in July after flirting outrageously with one another while starring on the MTV reality show The Surreal Life.

Their flirting caught the attention of their housemates and was caught on camera throughout the series before culminating in a suggestive exchange in one episode during a group dinner on a houseboat in Colombia.

‘I wanna bond with you more, Kim,’ Chet said as Kim smiled at him during the episode. He added: ‘I’ve been wanting to come holler at you and kick it with you ’cause like you’re cool as f***.’

‘Oh, I’m coming to you tonight. That’s what I decided earlier. So you must’ve felt that,’ Kim told Chet.

Hanks told Page Six at the time that ‘meeting Kim Zolciak’ was ‘one of the best moments of my life.’

However, he insisted that he and Zolicak were just ‘really good friends’ while wishing her ‘the best’ amid her divorce.

Last October, Zolciak was asked about romance rumors with Chet, and she simply just called him a ‘nice guy,’ DailyMail.com exclusively revealed. 

Just one month later, Zolciak and Hanks looked very cozy as they attended their pal Jelly Roll’s concert in November.

Zolciak took to Instagram to share selfies and videos from her fun-filled night as fans got a glimpse of the duo looking loved up.

Zolciak and Hanks shared VIP room snaps and were hosted by the country star and his wife Alyssa DeFord, also known as ‘Bunnie XO.’ The love birds were also joined  by their pal Jenny Doyle.

Kim penned in the caption: ‘Had the best time with @jellyroll615 and his beautiful wifey @xomgitsbunnie so fun much with @chethanx @jennydoyle1111.

‘One of my absolute favorite concerts and everyone that was/is part of this massive operation is beyond kind. There are no words for the happiness and joy that surrounded us all that night. I saw a whole lot of sparkle in the crowd.’

Since their November concert meet-up, Zolciak and Hanks haven’t been spotted together publicly nor have they posted about one another.

Zolciak’s dating news comes just days after she made rare remarks about her divorce from Biermann.

She broke down in tears while on stage with Kristin Cavallari over the weekend during the Atlanta stop of Cavallari’s Let’s Be Honest tour.

Insiders told TMZ the women stayed on the subject of Zolciak’s divorce for about 20 minutes, during which the reality TV star got visibly teary-eyed. 

It was also said that Kim labeled her 39-year-old ex a narcissist and clapped back at his claim that she has a gambling problem, noting she never patronized a casino without him. 

Kim also addressed cameras she’s said Biermann set up throughout their marital home to spy on her, sharing she is now ‘finally free.’

TMZ reported in February that Zolciak wants medical professionals to determine if the former Atlanta Falcons player has CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy), a degenerative brain disease that afflicts many long-term football players.

In documents filed in family court, she stated she believes her ex is battling the effects of the disease and asked the court to appoint healthcare workers to examine her estranged spouse. 

Zolciak claimed Biermann often has expletive-laden outbursts in the presence of their four underage children.

Additionally, the reality television personality has accused her spouse of ‘extreme sexual promiscuity.’

Elsewhere in the court filing, Zolciak claimed Kroy has tried to keep their children from contacting her, revealing he has assumed control of their cell phones.

For his part, in 2023 Biermann also asked that his wife undergo a psychological evaluation, accusing her of having a gambling problem. 

Their split was initially announced in May 2023, and has dragged on for nearly two years as the couple reconciled and broken up again. 

In February the exes sold their Georgia home for $2.5 million, after originally attempting to sell it for $6 million.

They bought the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom property in 2012 for $880,000.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, was heard telling the cops in Georgia that the former NFL star, 39, stole medication that cost her over $1,500, in new police body cam footage shared by TMZ.

Kim and Kroy were both still residing in the family home during the incident, and were in the process of moving out amid their contentious divorce.

‘Tonight I realized he’s taken my medicine. I just bought my medicine,’ Kim is heard telling the officers. ‘He cleaned my medicine out of my refrigerator, and that’s kind of where I draw the line.’

‘I don’t have time for this s**t in my life,’ she stated, seemingly in reference to having to make a police report, before adding, ‘But when it comes to my medicine that I have to medically have, and it’s gone and stolen out of my fridge, I have a problem.’

‘I’m just not sure at this point how to handle it, because I’ve taken it for so long,’ she adds.

‘There’s so much money that’s been stolen from this property,’ she said at another point during the call.

She also described a previous incident when she was in California working and came back home ‘to nothing.’

‘He stole all the dressers, mirrors, every pot and pan — we have three full kitchens — plates, forks, knives, measuring cups. I mean everything.’

In the police report, a responding officer noted, ‘I was familiar with the residence as I had been there multiple times in the past for past incidents.’ 

The estranged couple’s tumultuous divorce has been marked by a series of police calls to their home. 

While on the phone Kim also referenced a previous incident where she called 911 and claimed Kroy threw her off a ladder one day before Thanksgiving.

One of their younger daughters told police that the reality star had fallen from the ladder which contradicted her claims that Kroy had thrown her to the ground.

She told the police Kroy ‘coerced’ their daughter, explaining, ‘So the very next morning I’m in the car, and her brother says to her, “Why did you lie to the police?” And I start to record. And she said, “I just did what dad told me to do.” Like I’m not a liar.’

‘I want this guy to leave me alone. I want to move on with my life. Like torture, the following me, the stalking, all these things are just exhausting.’

‘I mean, my own kids have called the police to protect me… Like, this is so bad,’ Kim shared.

Towards the end of the call she also added that she ‘took care of Christmas’ because Kroy ‘didn’t buy a gift or stocking.’

Kim and Kroy share KJ, 13, Kash, 12, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Upon marrying in 2011, Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.

Earlier this month Kim accused Kroy of stealing items from their one-time Alpharetta, Georgia home, in another police bodycam clip taken from a visit authorities made to the house last month as both moved their belongings out.

‘Kroy stole a bunch of stuff,’ Zolciak told a Milton Police Department officer in footage obtained Tuesday by TMZ. ‘So I’m just getting out.’

Milton Police previously confirmed to Dailymail.com that officers on December 15 responded to a ‘call … of civil dispute nature involving items being loaded into a moving van.’

Kim had been in the process of moving the last items she owns out of the home and loading her belongings into an Atlanta Peach Movers moving truck, an insider told TMZ December 15, when Kroy parked behind the moving truck and refused to move initially.

In bodycam footage taken from officers, Kroy expressed his opposition to Kim taking items from the home he did not believe she had claim to.

‘Well this individual seems to think everything belongs to her … and they continue to empty out property of this house that belongs to me,’ the NFL alum explained to an officer on the scene.

Kim told an officer who reported to the scene that Kroy was ‘trying to block me out of everything’ as they emptied the home of their belongings, after it was placed on the auction block last month.

Kim said that a treadmill on the premises belonged to her, but purses she owned on the property had gone missing ’cause he stole them all.’

Kim explained to the officer, ‘We have a court order for some items that are mine. I own the majority of this furniture – before I ever met [him] – like my office, dining room, all sorts of things.’

Kim told police that Biermann capitalized on her absence after she traveled out west to procure multiple items he was not entitled to, including kitchenware.

‘When I went to LA a couple weeks ago, I came home and he stole a bunch of stuff,’ Kim said. ‘I went to LA and I came home to nothing!’

‘Every pot and pan, three full kitchens. Pots and pans – you name it it’s gone – so I started to move my stuff out.’

Kim told officers that Kroy had repeatedly acted in a hostile manner toward workers with Atlanta Peach Movers amid the contentious move-out process.

‘He has harassed this company so many times … this has happened three other times,’ Kim said.

After police had previously warned the exes not to tie up their resources after having made multiple trips to their one-time Alpharetta, Georgia home, the reporting party called the regular line as opposed to 911 in this instance, the insider told TMZ.

Since their initial split in May of 2023, local authorities have had to make numerous visits to the mansion amid fiery arguments between the reality star and ex-NFL player.

In a November 18 exchange, an officer made clear to Kim that law enforcement did not have the resources to supervise the couple’s clashes amid a constant ‘time crunch’ due to more pressing responsibilities.

An officer told Kim that police were ‘supposed to be used for emergency purposes’ only and provided her with multiple avenues to explore instead of calling them every time things between she and Kroy went sideways.

The officer advised Kim that in the future, if she wanted police present for her interactions with Kroy, she would need to either contact Fulton County Sheriff’s Office for an appointment on the issue; or pay out-of-pocket for an off-duty officer to supervise their exchanges.

Kim on November 26 accused Kroy of pushing her to the ground, which he denied doing and family members interviewed could not corroborate.

Biermann argued with officers that he had the right to block the truck because it was on private property that he owned. He said he was fine to let the workers leave without the contents inside the truck he said belonged to him.

‘It’s my property … I can prevent that truck [from leaving], it’s on my property … it’s private property,’ Biermann said.

After police advised Zolciak that they couldn’t act due to the legal gray areas involved with property ownership, the Bravo said said, ‘I get it, I get it’ and said Biermann ‘100 percent’ violated a court order in his actions.

Zolciak told the officer, ‘I am a very rational person sir, they called for Kroy, they didn’t call for me,’ in reference to the movers contacting authorities.

Footage subsequently depicted a white vehicle backing out of the driveway, allowing a moving truck to depart.

‘I don’t operate like this, I’m tired of being stolen from – and abused,’ Zolciak said.

As Biermann could be heard off-camera summarizing Zolciak’s claims as ‘all lies,’ she claimed to officers he was caught on camera on masturbating in her designated section of the house.

‘He j***ed off – want me to show you the j***-off video of him j***ing off on my camera?’ she asked officers in the room.

Biermann responded to the allegation in calling Zolciak ‘a pathological liar’ and said that she had been spying on him by placing the camera in his living quarters.

In regards to the division of the property, Biermann said that he was fine with Zolciak taking any of the ‘female stuff’ she wanted that didn’t impact his life and work.

Kim Zolciak claimed that her estranged husband Kroy Biermann threw her to the ground during an alleged argument shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday. 

The TV personality, 46 – who is selling her fake Christmas trees on social media amid ongoing money woes – claimed the incident took place at their Georgia mansion which is set to be auctioned off on Tuesday. 

Zolciak and Biermann have been embroiled in an ongoing and tumultuous divorce battle since initially announcing their split last year in May.  

According to a report obtained by TMZ, the Milton Police Department responded to a domestic violence call last week just one day before Thanksgiving on November 27. 

When authorities arrived to the home, Zolciak claimed that while standing on a ladder to take down curtains, the former NFL player had become confrontational. 

She then accused Biermann, 39, of removing her from the ladder and throwing her to the floor. 

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star then claimed that she had gotten injured during the argument, but refused to show injuries to the police. 

Two of their children – who were not named in the report – had witnessed the alleged altercation inside the house, and later spoke to authorities after they arrived to the scene. 

Kim and Kroy share KJ, 13, Kash, 12, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Upon marrying in 2011, Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship. 

However, one of their younger daughters told police that the reality star had fallen from the ladder which contradicted her claims that Kroy had thrown her to the ground. 

She also told authorities that Biermann had been the one taking down the curtains – which proceeded to make Zolciak upset. 

The media personality then climbed up onto a ladder to begin removing the curtains herself, and then fell on top of her estranged husband. 

The daughter told officers that Kroy had previously talked to her and informed her to be honest when the police asked her questions. But she said Biermann never told her what to say. 

One of their sons had also been inside the mansion at the time and came up from the basement upon hearing the argument, but also did not see Kroy pull Kim off the ladder. 

In his own version of the alleged incident, Biermann claimed that Zolciak both attacked him from behind and hit him in the face. 

However, after taking both the estranged couple’s sides of the story, police were unable to decide who the ‘primary aggressor’ was. 

It comes only days after the estranged couple were warned by police to stay away from each other. 

On November 18, Kim and Kroy had police called to their Georgia mansion following a domestic dispute, as their increasingly contentious divorce took another dramatic turn.

At the time, officers responded to the pair’s home after a 911 call reported a ‘heated argument’, according to TMZ.

Sources say the responding officers concluded that it was a verbal exchange with no physical altercation.

Cops ‘calmed Kim and Kroy down,’ took an incident report, and made no arrests, as no crime was determined to have been committed, per the insider.

This incident came shortly after the former couple slashed another $300,000 off their asking price for the mansion in an urgent attempt to sell it before Tuesday’s auction. 

Originally listed for $6 million in October 2023, the price was reduced to $4.5 million in January, then further cut to $3.95 million in August. 

But earlier this month, Kim and Kroy – who has gotten a new job amid their divorce – dropped the price once again to $3.65 million, according to real estate records obtained by TMZ.

Cutting the price down by $300k came not long after Zolciak accused Kroy of spying on her in their home.

The star filed a motion nearly two months earlier on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy.

Last week, Zolciak was seen officially moving out the home after the former couple failed to sell the seven-bedroom property ahead of the auction.  

Amid Kim’s financial woes, she has been keeping busy by selling fake Christmas trees on her Instagram stories. 

In one recent image, the TV personality uploaded a photo of a decorated tree inside a living room and penned, ‘This tree is for sale: Pick up only 14ft by 7ft $2500 DM me.’ 

She also listed a beach-themed tree that was priced at $1750 while a candy cane-decorated tree was listed for $4500. 

Her estranged husband, Kroy, has also recently taken a job at Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. 

The company is known for building stadiums and also renovated both the State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. 

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had police called to their Georgia mansion following a domestic dispute, as their increasingly contentious divorce takes another dramatic turn.

On Monday, officers responded to the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 46, and her estranged NFL player husband’s home after a 911 call reported a ‘heated argument’, according to TMZ.

Sources say the responding officers concluded that it was a verbal exchange with no physical altercation. 

Cops ‘calmed Kim and Kroy down,’ took an incident report, and made no arrests, as no crime was determined to have been committed, per the insider.

This incident comes shortly after the former couple slashed another $300,000 off their asking price for the mansion in an urgent attempt to sell it before an upcoming auction. 

They are now seeking $3.65 million, according to TMZ, citing real estate records.

Originally listed for $6 million in October 2023, the price was reduced to $4.5 million in January, then further cut to $3.95 million in August. 

This price drop comes just a month after Kim accused Kroy of spying on her in their home.

The star filed a motion on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy.

She’s now asking the court to step in and help retrieve her personal belongings. 

Although the motion is sealed, sources from the outlet report that Kim is alleging Kroy monitored her movements within the house.

In one bizarre incident, she alleges she found him unconscious in her closet after trying to spy on her.  

Previously, a judge ruled Kim to stay in the basement/nanny quarters of the couple’s Georgia home, while the former NFL star will be upstairs in the primary bedroom.

But now, Kim is calling foul, claiming Kroy has been sneaking into her private space while she was out and even removed the security cameras she set up to keep him at bay, according to the insider. 

Zolciak’s latest motion isn’t about kicking Kroy out of their shared home; instead, she’s looking to get her personal belongings back, which she says he’s been holding hostage. 

Plus, she wants the court to stop him from swiping any more of her stuff, including some personal notes she thinks he might have already seen.

‘As I’m breathing, I’m just crying and crying and crying, and I need this, I really do,’ the star said in a confessional. 

She then admitted to her castmates —  Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco — that she’s a ‘f***ing basket case’ due to her lack of support at home. 

‘I protect everybody else and I don’t feel like anybody’s really protecting me, from my parents to my husband,’ Kim explained.  

The Tardy to the Party vet shares Brielle, 27, Ariana, 22, KJ, 13, Kash, 11, and 10-year-old twins Kaia and Kane with Kroy. 

‘I don’t know how to let go,’ she continued in the confessional. ‘And then especially be that vulnerable in front of seven, I say strangers, but I feel safer with them than I do if I was to do that with Kroy. That’s sad.’

She added to her costars, ‘The fact that I can let go here and feel safe here, not even at home, is just crazy. You know, I’ve been a mom since 18, so you gotta stay strong.’

Before the premiere aired, Kim hinted at a potential new onscreen romance with Tom Hanks’ son, Chet, saying fans will have to ‘wait and see’ what develops between the pair. 

‘Chet’s a great guy,’ she told People. ‘I mean, he’s adorable. We’ve had a lot of incredible moments throughout the season that you’ll see. We’ve had some deep conversations and he’s great.’ 

In a separate interview with ET, Kim said she made ‘really great friendships’ during the production. 

‘I made some really great friendships, and through these friendships, including Josie [Canseco], I learned so much from her and Macy [Gray].’ 

‘Having O.T. [Genasis] there made me feel safe and reassured. Initially, I was very nervous, but having him there helped me realize it was going to be okay.

‘This experience gave me the time to think about what I truly want and the changes I need to make.

‘My own parents did things that caused a rift, and I haven’t spoken to them for years. It’s one thing to mess with me, but don’t mess with my kids. 

‘Going through this experience, I questioned who I could trust. But to breathe and get that release was one of the most incredible days of my life. I needed the clarity that release gave me.’

Meanwhile, amid their tumultuous split and financial troubles, Kim and Kroy are scheduled to face each other in a divorce trial later this November. 

Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that their divorce trial is set for November 5-6 at Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court.

However, Zolciak and Biermann have the chance to resolve their issues through mediation in the meantime.

If they can’t reach an agreement by September 25, the estranged couple will proceed to trial in November, according to the outlet.
