The Cyrus family have experienced their fair share of feuds and drama over the years with things coming to a head last week after Billy-Ray’s shocking audio tirade was released.

Miley’s estranged father Billy Ray, 62, called Miley a ‘skank’ and a ‘liar’ in an expletive-filled rant obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com last Wednesday.

Hours after the shocking toxic rant – which also featured the country singer belittling his ex-wife Firerose, 37, and Tish – came to light, Miley shared a photo of herself embracing her mother Tish as an apparent show of support for her other parent.

And now Noah has also shown she is standing by her mother and putting her drama with her in the past after stepping out with her in Encino, California on Monday.

It comes after Tish was at the center of shock claims she ‘stole’ her husband Dominic Purcell from her estranged daughter Noah earlier this year.

Tish and Dominic, 54, tied the knot at Noah’s famous sister Miley’s home August 19, 2023, in a ceremony that Noah skipped. 

There have been differing reports about whether there was anything going on between Noah and Dominic, however People claimed they were ‘seeing each other’ and had ‘hooked up’ before he ended up marrying her mother. 

While in Encino the ‘estranged mother and daughter spent over two hours at the center that offers financial management and law advice,’ according to witnesses. 

During Monday’s outing, witnesses reported Noah ‘arrived at Tish’s house at 1pm; about twenty minutes after her ex-boyfriend and now – stepfather, Dominic Purcell left in his pick up truck with two surfboards in the back.’

Firerose has now also broken her silence after shocking audio of her estranged husband was revealed.

Taking to her Instagram on Friday, three days after the audio emerged, Firerose expressed gratitude for those who reached out and helped her.

‘This week has been monumental in many ways and I’m so appreciative and thankful for the outpouring of support,’ she wrote on her Story.

The audio makes for difficult listening as the country singer unleashes a toxic rant – mocking, belittling, and bullying his much younger wife in a relentless and brutal onslaught.

The post came as Billy Ray confirmed in a statement it was his voice in the recording, admitting he was at his ‘wit’s end’ during the verbal assault.

‘Hell yeah I was at my wit’s end,’ he began, before unleashing a furious explanation for his temperament. 

‘As every day went by, I started realizing something was wrong. And that’s before I knew she was a fraud.’

He then went on to make a series of claims about Firerose.

‘I just knew something wasn’t right. That was before I knew she was David Hodges ex-wife. That’s before I knew her parents last name. I had no idea she was arrested for felony residential burglary. 

‘I saw before my very own eyes, everything I thought I knew about her, was a life. She was trying to take over my career, my life and usurp the Cyrus name for own gain.’

Billy Ray finished the statement with: ‘See you in court.’

Firerose claims she continually faced appalling treatment during her seven-month marriage to Miley’s father, and was subjected her to months of ‘extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse’. 

The shocking audio captured a confrontation between the pair, with Billy Ray accusing Firerose of making him late to go on stage for a show. 

‘If you had just left it the f**k alone, now I’m really f**king p***ed, once again showing you will not listen,’ he warns her.

‘I don’t know who the f**k you think you are, but you will not listen…this ain’t about nothing this is about you being a selfish f**king b***h.’

Continuing his expletive-laden rant, Billy Ray sneers: ‘I don’ think you’re real smart, I’ve changed my mind on that s**t. What I think you are is a selfish f**king b***h. That’s what you are.’

As she begs him to ‘please stop shouting’, he tells her: ‘This would not be happening if you had just shut your f**king mouth. Look what a f**king mess you’ve made. 

‘What a dumb a** [you are] …’cos you have to know I will not tolerate that s**t. You just f**ked up…f**k you. You know better than that. F**king idiot.’

Further evidence obtained by DailyMail.com shows that the Achy Breaky Heart singer’s vitriol is not limited to Firerose, but extends to several of the significant women in his life.

They include superstar daughter, Miley, whom Billy Ray refers to only as ‘devil.’ 

In other audio heard by DailyMail.com Billy Ray bizarrely speaks of himself in the third person before turning his attention to his daughter, Miley, and uttering the shocking statement: ‘Everyone knows that devil’s a skank.’

He is equally dismissive and derisory of Tish, his former wife of more than 30 years and the mother of three of his biological children – Miley, 31, Braison, 30 and Noah, 24 – whom he also never refers to by name but instead calls, ‘s**t.’

Billy Ray has a son from a previous relationship and adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi, 37, and Trace, 35, when they married.

In one shocking text exchange with his manager and publicist Scott Adkins, viewed by DailyMail.com, Billy Ray says of Tish: ‘She is a liar…a w***e…and a cheat. Complete skank. Scum of the earth. A fraud.’

Comparing her to Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina, 61, he texts, she ‘Makes Deanna [sic] Lohan look like Mother Theresa.’ 

Billy Ray’s marriage to Firerose – which came just four months after Tish filed for divorce in 2022, is believed to have strained his relationship with Miley. 

The former child star, who grew up on Disney Channel alongside her father, famously snubbed Billy Ray in her Grammy Awards acceptance speech in February.

Billy Ray first met Firerose in 2010 when he was still married to second wife Tish. 

The Sydney-born musician was born Johanna Scholem before legally changing her name to her current moniker, according to documents seen by DailyMail.com.

She was 22, and Billy Ray was 48 and starring alongside Miley on the Disney Channel hit show, Hannah Montana, at the time. 

They became friends but nothing happened romantically until the country singer reached out to her a decade later and asked her to duet with him on a version of Tanya Tucker’s ‘Delta Dawn.’

He was still married to Tish at the time but told Firerose they were ‘soulmates’ and promised her a romance for the ages.

The pair were married in October 2023 but today all the grand talk of old rings hollow.

Just seven months into the marriage in May, Billy Ray filed for divorce, marking the beginning of an increasingly bitter legal battle, according to filings. 

Firerose claims Billy Ray kicked her out of the marital home on May 23, 2024 – one day before she was due to undergo a preventative double mastectomy having been diagnosed with the BRCA1 gene, a gene placing her at high risk of developing certain forms of cancer, in 2020. She has since postponed her surgery ‘indefinitely.’ 

Earlier this month she filed a motion to retrieve property, claiming her estranged husband has refused to let her return to the home to remove her belongings. 

Documents obtained by DailyMail.com show Firerose had agreed to move out  after his divorce filing and to not return without his permission.

The two later agreed she could come collect the rest of her things on May 29, however those plans fell through because Firerose had been in the process of changing lawyers at the time.

Filings show the pair would go on to attempt to reschedule another suitable date over the following weeks, until July 12, when Firerose was informed she ‘would not be permitted to return’. 

‘The letter cited that wife was not trustworthy and raised complaints husband had with alleged premarital conduct of wife,’ the motion states. 

In his response to the motion, Billy Ray cited a July 11 Page Six report in which Firerose spoke about her previous arrest that saw her spend 60 days in jail. 

‘This arrest was something that Mr. Cyrus was unaware of and because [Firerose] had previously lied and concealed things about her life before Mr. Cyrus, his counsel, began looking further into [her] statements,’ the documents state. 

However, text messages obtained by DailyMail.com appear to contradict those claims, showing the country star had been involved in conversations in which his wife openly referenced the incident. 

A November 2023 group chat conversation with Billy Ray, his wife, and Adkins, shows the three discussing a new song inspired by Firerose’s dark times, including her stint in jail.

In court filings, Firerose claims that Billy Ray isolated her from everyone in her life, save for her AA sponsor with whom she insisted she remained in contact, and, after just seven tortuous months, Billy Ray filed for divorce.

In his divorce petition, Billy Ray cited Firerose’s ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ as cause and sought an annulment due to ‘fraud,’ the nature of which court documents do not detail.

Court documents filed by Firerose in response to Billy Ray’s divorce petition accuse him of being ‘unpredictable and volatile’ due to alleged substance abuse issues.

Billy Ray was quick to respond, returning to court last month with filings claiming that it was Firerose and not him, who was the abusive one in the marriage.

In the documents filed in Franklin, Tennessee, in June, Billy Ray claimed: ‘Defendant’s allegations of abuse were only made to sensationalise her false complaints by using the word ‘abuse.’ 

While the plaintiff would acknowledge that he was certainly vocal, frustrated, and angry with the defendant in May 2024, it is the plaintiff who, in fact, has been abused. Not only verbally and emotionally by the defendant, but also PHYSICALLY abused by the defendant.’

In an attached affidavit Billy Ray’s manager Adkins, stated: ‘During my time representing both Mr. Cyrus and Firerose, I have personally witnessed Firerose speak disrespectfully and acting out of control toward Mr. Cyrus.’

Adkins went on to state that on one occasion Billy Ray told him, ‘Scott she is hitting me again.’

Billy Ray also accused his wife of running up $96,986 worth of ‘fraudulent charges’ on his credit cards, claiming that Firerose was never authorised as a signer on his cards or accounts and last month won an injunction preventing her from continuing to use them.

For her part Firerose claimed that she felt ‘unsafe’ with him in their Nashville home. 

She went on to state that she has ‘had to seek psychological treatment from her therapist for emergency sessions on more than one occasion,’ due to the sheer toxicity of her life with the man she once loved.

It comes after Tish was at the center of shock claims she ‘stole’ her husband Dominic Purcell from her estranged daughter Noah earlier this year. 

Tish notably tied the knot with the Prison Break actor, 54, in August 2023. 

However, while some family members, including daughter Miley, were present for her wedding to the Australian actor, Tish’s daughter Noah and son Braison were absent from the nuptials – fueling speculation of a rift at the time. 

And earlier this year the insider made shock claims about what really sparked the fall-out, telling the outlet: ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,’ adding that Tish ‘was aware’ of this when she began to contact the star. 

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.’

Earlier this year, Tish appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast and opened up about her relationship with Purcell, including details about their first date. 

She explained that he had initially reached out to her in 2016 in an Instagram message – which she missed. 

‘I had followed him on Instagram and he DMed me and just said, “Hey Tish, just wanted to [say], I think you’re super cool and… you’re doing such a great job with your family.” [But] I didn’t see it for a year.’ 

However, later in 2017, Tish’s daughter, Brandi, noticed that Purcell had blocked her account. 

‘His ex had seen he hit me up and blocked me from his Instagram. I almost peed my pants because I was like… Why am I blocked? He doesn’t even know I exist, and I’m blocked. We were laughing so hard.’ 

Years later in 2022, following her split from Billy Ray, Tish reached out to Purcell and he quickly responded back. The pair soon went on a date and the next day, told each other ‘I love you.’

The couple eventually said ‘I do’ in August 2023 – but both her daughter Noah and son Braison were not in attendance – and the Us Weekly source has now alleged that the All Falls Down songstress wasn’t actually invited. 

The wedding was held at Miley’s lavish Malibu mansion, and the insider claimed that the Grammy winner had guards stationed outside in case Noah did attempt to show up.

However, Noah kept busy on the big day by spending time with her brother, Braison. She took to Instagram to share moments from their day together, including an excursion to Walmart while sporting a Billy Ray Cyrus shirt. 

At the time, a separate source informed Us Weekly, ‘It’s no secret neither of them approves of Dominic, and that’s created tension with their mom.

‘[Noah has] always been close with Billy Ray… It’s caused a rift between her and Miley,’ the insider continued. 

Tish and the Achy Breaky Heart singer tied the knot in 1993 and remained married until she filed for divorce in April 2022 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, with their date of separation taking place two years earlier.

The pair had ups and downs throughout the relationship, with the singer filing for divorce in 2010 – which was dropped. Tish also previously filed in 2013 – but that had also been dropped.

The former spouses share five children together: biological kids Miley, Noah, 24, and Braison, 29, as well as Brandi, 36, and Trace, 34, Tish’s daughter and son from a previous marriage, who Billy Ray adopted.

Billy Ray also shares a son, Christopher, 31, with his ex, Kristin Luckey.

It was reported that Noah was ‘offended’ when her mother married the Australian star, as per People.

‘Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends with benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up,’ an insider told the publication.

‘Tish knew he had been seeing Noah,’ the source added.

Even though Noah and Dominic had stopped seeing each other when his relationship with Tish started: ‘Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married.’

It has also been claimed by Entertainment Tonight that Tish ‘hired security’ to keep Noah away from the wedding. 

Us Weekly claimed that their fallout occurred after Tish began ‘pursuing’ Dominic, who was reportedly romantically involved with Noah for ‘about 8 to 9 months.’

Dominic and Noah, who have a 30 year age gap, were said to be ‘having issues.’ 

However, a family insider told Dailymail.com last month that Noah had ‘fabricated details’ of a relationship with Dominic.

‘Noah never dated Dominic and they were not together,’ the insider said. ‘She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim.’

The source added of the rift: ‘Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up. Tish was always so Miley-sided because that is where the money was.’ 

It has been claimed Tish is allegedly ‘spiraling out of control and trying to figure out how to diffuse’ the rift with her daughter. 

The mom-of-five reportedly wants to repair their relationship, but despite her best efforts, an insider told Us Weekly that the duo are still ‘on the outs’ and the family ‘rift is real.’ 

‘Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing happened with Dominic,’ the source noted.

At one point, the outlet claims the duo briefly blocked each other via social media when this ‘all this started,’ but have since re-followed each other.

Tish – who revealed she suffered a ‘complete psychological breakdown’ before her divorce from Billy Ray- wed Prison Break actor Dominic last summer.

A source told Us Weekly that ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him’ and ‘was aware’ of this when she began to contact the star.

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her,’ the insider added.

Billy and Tish officially divorced after 30 years of marriage in 2022 and have since moved on with new partners.

Billy married Australian singer, Firerose, last year in October during an ‘ethereal celebration of love.’

Noah Cyrus was seen for the first time since her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, announced his shock divorce from Firerose as she caught a flight out of LAX on Saturday.

The All Falls Down songstress, 24 – who wowed in a sheer dress while performing in Brazil amid rumored family drama – was spotted making her way through the airport while holding a conversation on her smartphone.

On Tuesday, her father, 62, requested an annulment from his estranged wife, and cited both irreconcilable differences and ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ as reasons behind the split.

Noah – whose mother Tish Cyrus was previously accused of ‘stealing’ husband Dominic Purcell from her – kept it casual wearing a cropped, black shirt as well as a pair of baggy, dark brown sweatpants. 

She layered the ensemble with a light brown hoodie and slipped into a pair of comfy boots for a finishing touch. 

The star easily carried a large, black bag over her left shoulder to hold items she needed during the busy day of travel, and also carried a smaller purse in her hand. 

A black cap was also placed on top of her head, partially concealing her dark locks that flowed down naturally past her shoulders. 

Noah’s latest outing comes amid an alleged feud between both her and mother, Tish Cyrus – who tied the knot with Purcell in August 2023.

In February, a source told Us Weekly that Noah was ‘[seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him.’

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.’ 

But in April, Noah clapped back at a troll who confronted her about the love triangle rumors with her mother and Dominic. The next month, she also shared a birthday tribute to Tish – possibly hinting that the rift had come to an end. 

Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, has been embroiled in a messy divorce with Firerose after officially filing divorce papers last month in May after only seven months of marriage to the Australian songstress. 

A source told People in an article published on Saturday that Firerose ‘isn’t the person he thought he married.’

‘He believes that she married for other reasons but love. He believes she married him so he can take care of her financially. They’ve had drama and trust issues about money.’

The insider continued, ‘He wants her out of his life. They have a prenup. He’s disappointed right now, but surely will turn it around quickly. He tends to be a very positive guy.’ 

Billy has also accused his estranged wife of overcharging his credit card, per new court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday. 

Cyrus claimed in a separate filing that Firerose made 37 unauthorized charges on his American Express card totaling a whopping $96,986.05 between May 23 and June 7. 

He has requested for a temporary restraining order to prevent the Australian-born singer, 35, from having anymore access to his bank accounts and credit cards.

He further claimed that his estranged wife – who has since denied the allegations – made the charges without his consent, and added he never permitted her to have access to his cards.

In the court documents, Cyrus added that both he and Firerose did not file joint tax returns to further back up his side.

The star has requested that a judge approve an ’emergency motion’ to halt Firerose from having access to his accounts and cards, while asking for reimbursement on the 37 unauthorized charges.

However, Billy’s estranged wife has also filed her own court documents and denied the allegations.

The singer claimed she always had access to his credit cards – which began when she moved in with the Hannah Montana star in 2022. Firerose also added that she was never given a limit in regards to what she could charge.

According to TMZ, she has also claimed she should be allowed to have continuous access to Billy’s money ‘for her personal and household expenses’ and ‘attorney fees’ while the two are still married.

Cyrus also claimed that one of the charges included $50,000 on his credit card statement.

But the law firm representing Firerose claimed that it has already returned $45,000 – adding that $5,000 was only meant to be charged instead of $50,000 at the time of the transaction.

Also on Friday, a source told Us Weekly in another update following the pair’s shock divorce that Cyrus had accused his estranged wife of cheating before filing for an annulment of their marriage.

‘Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times,’ the insider expressed to the outlet. ‘Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him.’

According to the source, his daughters Miley and Noah, as well as ‘their siblings never understood the relationship and why Billy married her so abruptly. No one approved of the marriage.’

The Flowers songstress ‘is hopeful this will give some peace to the family and she thinks this is a good step in the right direction for him.’

On Tuesday, when the shock divorce news came to light, TMZ reported that Billy cited both irreconcilable differences and ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ as the reasons for the separation. 

The Hannah Montana actor has requested an annulment, and claimed that the marriage was entered fraudulently. 

In the divorce documents – which were filed last month in Nashville – Billy also noted that their date of separation was on May 22, 2024. 

In court documents obtained by E!, Cyrus said he is seeking an annulment as ‘he gave consent to marriage based on Fraud by the Wife, that had he known he would not have entered into the bonds of matrimony.’

TMZ also reported that it appears Billy wanted Firerose, 34, out of their home by May 24. He is willing to pay as much as $500 a night over the course of 10 days for her lodging costs.

Once the 10 day period has lapsed, he is willing to pay $5,000 a month for her to acquire a suitable new home in Tennessee.

Billy is prepared to make the payments over the course of 90 days or once their divorce is officially finalized, whichever happens first. The payments must be made on the first of the month. 

The singer wed his Australian wife back in October 2023 but filed for divorce in late May – per TMZ. She was his third wife – he was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 until 1991 and Miley Cyrus’ mom Tish from 1993-2022.

Their wedding took place over a year after they initially announced their engagement, and almost two years after Billy Ray’s divorce from Tish Cyrus. 

In August 2022, Billy proposed to Firerose, however, he didn’t confirm their engagement until later that same year in November. He is now embroiled in a family feud with his daughter Miley. 

The Grammy winner shared a throwback photo of himself with daughter Miley along with a poem he wrote for her earlier last week amid a reported rift. 

Tish tied the knot with Dominic Purcell in an intimate Malibu ceremony last August, with Miley as her maid of honor. Noah and son Braison Cyrus, 29, were notably absent from the nuptials, fueling further speculation of a feud at the time. 

In February, reports surfaced that Noah was dating Purcell when Tish ‘started pursuing him,’ and she ‘was aware’ he was with her daughter. 

Another source has since told DailyMail.com that Noah fabricated the story about dating Purcell.
