Dolph Lundgren enjoyed a beach day in Miami with his wife Emma Krokdal on Wednesday.

The 67-year-old actor showed off his toned physique as he stripped down to just his swim trunks to bask in the sun alongside his bikini-clad wife, 29, on the Florida beach.

He strolled barefoot in the sand alongside his wife of nearly two years until they found the perfect spot to sit down and relax on lounge chairs.

At various points, he was seen admiring his view, both of the clear, blue waters and his wife, with whom he shares a nearly four decade age gap.

For his beach day with the personal trainer, the Rocky IV alum — who recently enjoyed a lunch date with his wife and his daughter, both the same age — wore blue, plaid swim trunks and a robe from the luxury hotel they had been staying at.

He also sported what appeared to be kinesiology tape wrapped around his ankles.

He slicked back his silvery, blonde hair and accessorized with a diamond chain as well as his wedding band.

At his side, his much younger wife — whom he married in July 2023 — showcased her slim figure in a light purple string bikini.

Krokdal sported a pair of oversize sunglasses, and her jewelry of choice was her wedding band, a bellybutton ring and dainty hoop earrings.

Later, the silver screen star was seen showing off his muscle as he moved and rearranged his chair from beneath the umbrella to get some sun.

He put on a pair of large sunglasses to shield his eyes as he laid out beside his wife and other beachgoers.

Later, Lundgren threw on a white polo shirt and slipped on a pair of brown sandals as he walked towards the hotel.

His wife was also seen walking around after going from barefoot in the sand to sandals on tile.

The Expendables star was previously married to interior designer Anette Qviberg, 59, for nearly two decades from 1994 to 2011.

Late last year, Lundgren also had good news to share as he announced that he was in remission after a nine-year battle with cancer.

He first revealed he had been battling cancer for eight years in May 2023, speculating whether his past use of steroids for bodybuilding was to blame.

During an appearance on In Depth with Graham Bensinger, he explained that he was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2015 before going into remission, but the cancer returned in 2020.

He said he was told he had two to three years left to live by one doctor but, after treatment suggested by another physician, he ended up successfully becoming cancer-free.

‘They found that there were a few more tumors around that area. They found one more tumor in the liver, so I was like aw s**t okay.’

He continued, ‘At that point it started to hit me that this was something serious. The surgeon called me and said it had grown, it was too big, it had grown to the size of a small lemon.’

‘I asked them how long do I have left, I think he said 2-3 years but I could tell in his voice he thought it was less. I thought that was it for sure.’

Lundgren said that the use of steroids had an impact on his body and said, ‘I tried steroids back in the 80s, 90s. I don’t know if that is something to do with the cancer, of course it struck me as it could have something to do with it.’

‘I thought about it, you always think you’ve made a mistake. I think maybe there is some connection between testosterone therapy and cancer.’

The Expendables actor added, ‘I was on steroids when I was younger, on and off for maybe ten years. Depending on the kind of movie I made.’

His wife, Emma, then told Bensinger that while undergoing a past treatment, ‘His mouth got really sore, his hands got sore and he couldn’t eat anything.’

He confessed that he had been battling cancer for nearly a decade and also speculated whether his past use of steroids for bodybuilding was to blame.

While making an appearance on In Depth with Graham Besinger last year, he said he was first diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2015.

He said he went into remission but then the cancer returned in 2020.

It was then he was told he had two to three years left to live, according to his doctor.

Tom Cruise, 61, Reveals the Secret to Maintaining his Youthful Physique: 15 ‘Grilled’ Meals a Day, a Rigorous 5-Day Workout Routine, and Adventure Activities

Tom Cruise is one of Hollywood’s biggest stars after he first exploded onto screens after his breakthrough role in Top Gun back in 1986.

As well as becoming renowned for executing all his own stunts, fans have also swooned over the actor’s incredible muscular physique, which he hasn’t shied away from showing off over the years.

Top Gun kicked off his successful film career as he stripped off in jaw-dropping scenes while playing volleyball.

And the star, 61, proved he’s still got it as he flaunted his shirtless physique while taking a dip in the sea in Majorca over the weekend.

Almost 40 years since he first stripped off for those jaw-dropping scenes in Top Gun, here MailOnline reveals just how Tom Cruise maintains his insane physique.

    Fitness Regime

There isn’t one secret to Tom’s ultra fit lifestyle, after the star revealed he enjoys a wide-ranging list of physical activities to keep in shape.

He told Men’s Health: ‘Sea-kayaking, caving… fencing, treadmill, weights… rock climbing, hiking… I jog… I do so many different activities.’

Constantly challenging his body, the star follows a five day workout plan which included three days of weight training sessions and cardio as well as two days of more ‘out-there’ activities like fencing or hiking.

Incorporating a range of exercises into his routine, a few of Tom’s favourite include one-armed barbell presses, weighted lunges and deadlifts.

A typical workout split from the star would begin with day one focusing on triceps, shoulders and chest before he enjoys one of his ‘fun’ activities on day two.

Day three would then focus on biceps, back and traps with a range of deadlifts and hammer curls, before another ‘fun’ day on day four.

Finishing off the week with lower body and legs on day five, Tom’s final workout of the week incorporates leg press, squats and calf raises.

Dolph Lundgren, 66, also follows a five day training programme to stay in shape.

The Swedish actor and filmmaker focuses on chest and arms, then back, then shoulders and biceps before also adding in two leg and core focused days.

Expert PT Nick Lower previously told British GQ that Tom has the best team in the world who keep on top of all the latest fitness science and technology.

He explained: ‘I do know that he uses this very expensive, high-end machine that instead of just being a normal chest press machine, for example, it works you on your eccentric load, pushing you back.

‘So instead of doing a set of 10, you could do a set of five and you’ve done just as much work.

‘Whatever he’s doing, it works. You meet him in the flesh and he looks 10 years younger’.

    Diet and Nutrition

As well as exercise, Tom also follows a regimented diet plan. Instead of three main meals a day, the star reportedly opts instead for 15 small snacks.

His decision to snack fits better with his busy lifestyle, with Tom opting for fruit which helps reduce any anxiety in comparison to crisps or chocolate.

In 2020 it was revealed he was consuming as little as 1200 calories a day as part of a David Beckham devised diet plan.

Avoiding sugary snacks, processed food, and carbohydrates, Tom favours grilled foods and low-temperature prepared foods cooked for him by his personal chef.

Low temperature cooking is reportedly better for you than high-temperature cooking which has been associated with accelerated aging and chronic tissue inflammation.

Tom will opt for foods like salmon dark chocolate, raw oats, blueberries, ginger, beets, broccoli, olive oil, tomatoes, and spinach.

He also makes sure to incorporate antioxidant-rich foods like fruits, nuts, and vegetables that are also anti-inflammatory in nature and supplements his diet with added vitamins and minerals.

Singer Sting also credits his amazing shape to his macrobiotic diet which consists of a lot of vegetables and grains, and aims to avoid toxins and processed food that contain preservatives.

So devoted is the singer to his diet that he reportedly keeps his own personal chef on tour with him in order to keep it up while he is away from home.

Back in 2015, Tom’s co-star Simon Pegg revealed a little about the star’s healthy eating habits as he told E!: ‘Tom is disciplined to a T. It’s amazing’.

The comedian added that Tom offered his chef’s services on the set of the fifth installment, explaining: ‘it wasn’t like boring rabbit food or a protein shake. It was like great stews and these lovely little dates filled with peanut butter and sprinkled with coconut for snacks, and these little balls of truffle that were great.’

And debunking rumours that the movie star made the cast follow his strict diet, Simon said ‘He was like, “Here: If you want to do this thing that I do, do it, too.” It was all him. It was given to us by him.

    Stunt Training

Tom is famous for completing all his own stunts, and last has never been afraid of undergoing extreme physical training throughout his career to pull then off.

Last July Tom executed the most dangerous and biggest stunt in cinematic history  after he rode a motorbike off a cliff and fell from the sky in his latest Mission Impossible film.

The star undertook years of training, including 500 skydives and 13,000 motocross jumps, for the scene and made sure he was well-trained, both on the bike and in terms of BASE jumping.

A motocross track was built, on which the star jumped 80ft tabletops, a whopping 13,000 times across his training.

He said of the experience: ‘I have to get so good at this that there’s just no way that I miss my marks.

‘You train and drill every little aspect over and over and over and over again.’

Despite the stunt being incredibly dangerous, Tom didn’t wear a helmet for his ride off the cliff.

He doesn’t usually wear helmets for any of his stunts, and on The Sunday Project last weekend, he revealed why.

‘[It] Just doesn’t look cool,’ Tom said.

‘I wear helmets when I ride motorcycles, and when I’m training, and I wear pads,’ he explained.

‘But when you start to go film, all the pads come off. So I train in helmets, but when I’m jumping and racing high-speed bikes, then it’s not cinematic.’

Sylvester Stallone was equally committed to his films and used to change his workout regime based on his main goal for his relevant projects.

For Rocky the star concentrated on building muscle mass, and by Rocky III his body fat percentage had dropped to 2.9% which was dangerously low.

Sylvester is also parting ways with an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon 50th Anniversary, which could fetch between 100,000 to 200,000 dollars (£79,500 to £159,000) and an engraved Cartier Pasha Seatimer W301970M.

But the star of the collection is a Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime 6300, which was unveiled in 2014 and designed to be the Swiss manufacturer’s most complicated wristwatch in its history.

It comprises 20 complications, including five chiming modes, a reversible case, two independent dials and six patented innovations.

The rare watch is worth an eye-watering sum, expected to sell at auction for between $2.5 and five million (£1.99 million and £3.97 million).

It comes in its single sealed casing with a presentation box engraved with Sylvester’s name as well as a certificate of origin confirming him as the original purchaser.

While the package also includes extra goodies including an Apple iPad with a bespoke Patek Philippe leather case, Apple airpods, a travel case, USB drive and cufflinks.

Another of Sylvester’s Patek Philippe watches – the Reference 5711/1300A-001 – is expected to fetch between $200,000 and 400,000 (£159,000 and £318,000).

Sylvester said: ‘I’ve had the privilege of owning some truly remarkable watches over the years, each with its own unique character and history.

‘I enjoy the collecting process like so many others in this passionate community, who don’t just see watches as an accessory, but admire them for their history, craftsmanship, artistry – but most importantly – how they make them feel.

‘Looking at these watches, I feel truly lucky to have owned them; they serve as a reminder that hard work pays off.

‘While parting ways with this collection is bittersweet, I cherish that I’ve owned them with pride, and hope they will be appreciated and admired in their next homes.’

Geoff Hess, Sotheby’s head of watches, Americas said: ‘While many recognise Stallone as the legendary actor behind characters like Rocky Balboa and John Rambo, watch enthusiasts know the legendary actor to be a noteworthy, influential and truly passionate collector.

‘Each watch in this collection is imbued with his appreciation for fine craftsmanship and artistry; from the intricate mastery of a Patek complication, to the unexpected elegance of a piece-unique Panerai.

‘Not only does Sly’s collection offer discerning collectors the chance to acquire a rare work of horology, but one which has been handpicked and cherished by an American icon as well.

‘It’s particularly thrilling to bring the astonishing Patek Grandmaster Chime, one of the most complicated wristwatches in the world, to the rostrum at Sotheby’s.

‘With Sly being a personal friend, the opportunity to work with him and present this part of his collection to market is a privilege that eclipses virtually any watch project I’ve worked on in my career.’

  • Sylvester Stallone, 77, injured pectoral muscle during Rocky II training but refused to halt the movie

Sylvester Stallone, 77, injured pectoral muscle during Rocky II training but refused to halt the movie

Sylvester Stallone wasn’t about to let a muscle injury keep him from another shot at his star-making role.

The Academy Award nominee, 77, revealed that he tore his pectoral muscle ‘off the bone’ during a training accident before filming Rocky II, which influenced a key plot point in the 1979 sequel.

He recounted the story to pal Arnold Schwarzenegger and Harvey Levin for TMZ Presents Arnold & Sly: Rivals, Friends, Icons, noting that the injury occurred while working with his and Arnold’s mutual trainer, the late bodybuilding icon Franco Columbo.

Stallone said that the ‘very eccentric’ Columbo challenged him to a bench-pressing competition one day.

‘So, I go down, and it’s maybe only 200 [lbs]. I’m just warming up, and I hear a POW!’ he recalled, re-enacting the pain.

‘I fall on the floor,’ Stallone continued. ‘And Franco goes, “Let me see.” He jams his fingers — I’ve torn my pec off the bone.’

The Expend4bles star added, ‘I mean, bad. I could hear it go rip, and he’s jamming his fingers. And I think I’m going to black out.

‘So, I go home. I feel like my career is over. I’m supposed to start Rocky II, direct it, everything in a month and a half,’ he said, noting he had to have the injury ‘sewn up.’

Stallone said, ‘Here’s the difference — and [Schwarzenegger] would have done the same thing… I can’t use this arm, so I’ll change it in Rocky. He’ll fight right-handed.’

In Rocky II, the titular Philadelphia boxer (Stallone) is at risk of losing his eyesight, so instead of fighting Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) with his usual Southpaw, he decides to use his right hand and protect his vulnerable eye.

‘Completely illogical,’ admitted Stallone. ‘But I said, “I’m not stopping this movie just for this.” And this was a bad injury.

‘I switched arms. During [Rocky II], that was one of the key things. But it’s interesting the way these incredible journeys happen,’ he told Levin. ‘But we don’t stop, we don’t quit.’

Stallone earned his first two Academy Award nominations for Rocky (1976), receiving nods for Best Actor and Best Original Screenplay.

After Rocky II, he reprised the role in Rocky III (1982), Rocky IV (1985), Rocky V (1990) and Rocky Balboa (2006), as well as the spin-off films Creed (2015) and Creed II (2018).

'I can't use this arm, so I'll change it in Rocky. He'll fight right-handed,' he said, noting that it contributed to a 'key' plot point in the movie

Although he did not return for last year’s Creed III, it’s unclear if he will be in the upcoming Creed IV, which is currently in development.

Stallone previously explained that he didn’t agree with the ‘direction’ longtime producer Irwin Winkler and Creed star Michael B. Jordan were going with the franchise.

‘It’s a different philosophy,’ he told The Hollywood Reporter in November 2022. ‘I wish them well, but I’m much more of a sentimentalist.

‘I like my heroes getting beat up, but I just don’t want them going into that dark space. I just feel people have enough darkness,’ added Stallone.

Meanwhile, Stallone has been developing another Rocky installment since 2019, but the sequel has apparently stalled over his soured relationship with Winkler.

In July 2022, Stallone called out Winkler and Dolph Lundgren over their planned Ivan Drago spin-off

Former professional football player Weathers shot to worldwide fame playing heavyweight champion of the world Apollo Creed in 1976’s Rocky.

Creed gave ‘Italian Stallion’ underdog Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) his shot at the title in the iconic film – and Weathers reprised his role in 1979’s Rocky II in which Creed had a title rematch with Rocky, 1982’s Rocky III in which he faced off with Clubber Lang (Mr.T) and 1984’s Rocky IV – which saw his character killed in the ring by Russian heavyweight Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren).

His character also formed the crux of the storyline for acclaimed Rocky spin-off film series, Creed – which stars Michael B.Jordan as Apollo’s secret son and boxer Adonis Creed.

Weathers previously revealed he had insulted Stallone’s acting abilities during his Rocky audition – which landed him the role.

He said: ‘There was nobody to read with, and they said you’re going to read with the writer [Stallone].

And we read through the scene and at the end of it, I didn’t feel like it had really sailed, that the scene had sailed, and they were quiet and there was this moment of awkwardness, I felt, anyway.

‘So I just blurted out, ‘I could do a lot better if you got me a real actor to work with.’ So I just insulted the star of the movie without really knowing it and not intending to.’

Stallone felt the jibe was something Creed would say, with Weathers adding: ‘Sometimes the mistakes are the ones that get you the gig.’

He shared: ‘Emma is a great support. She’s very clever.

‘We’re working on a comedy. She helped me on [‘Wanted Man’] as well. She helps me with the script and in production and post-production – just giving me a second opinion.’

The loved-up couple tied the knot in Mykonos, Greece, on July 13, 2023.

They previously told PEOPLE: ‘We chose to celebrate our love by getting married at our villa in Mykonos with family and a few close friends. With both COVID and a long road of challenging medical treatments, we’ve had to push our marriage plans many times.

‘We felt it was finally the right time to celebrate love, life and happiness – in the land of the Gods.’

Dolph – who is perhaps best known for playing Ivan Drago in Rocky IV – actually teased his wedding on social media before he tied the knot.

Alongside a photo of the couple enjoying the summer sunshine, he wrote on Instagram: ‘Tomorrow is the day. Mykonos [heart emoji].’

Dolph and Emma first announced their engagement in June 2020.

The Hollywood star took to Instagram at the time to share a photo of Emma and her sparkling engagement ring.

Dolph – who was born in Spanga, Sweden – captioned the post: ‘Something very special happened here in Sweden.’

Meanwhile, Lundgren thinks that The Expendables 4 failed for a multitude of reasons.

The actor reprised his role as Gunner Jensen in the action film that disappointed both critics and audiences and thinks that a mediocre script as well as a lack of creative involvement from Sylvester Stallone contributed to the poor response to the picture.

Dolph told Screen Rant: ‘That project had issues from the beginning, and it usually starts with the script, it really didn’t have a good script.

‘I’m not playing the lead, so it’s hard for me to weigh in on some of the issues, but I know Stallone wasn’t involved, like he usually is.

‘He just played a character in it, and when he’s in charge, the quality is going to be pretty good, it doesn’t drop below a certain level.

‘But he wasn’t involved, so I think the problem was with the script, and then the director was replaced, like, a month before shooting.’

Dolph also felt it was unwise to release the movie during the SAG-AFTRA strike last year as it meant members of the heavyweight ensemble cast – including Jason Statham, 50 Cent and Megan Fox – were prevented from doing any promotional work for the project.

The star said: ‘Also, the picture opened during the strike, which wasn’t very clever, so they couldn’t do any publicity.

‘If you would have had a big star-studded premiere with Megan and 50 and Stallone and Statham, and the rest of them, myself, Andy Garcia, there would have been more eyeballs on it. And I’m sure it would have done better, but it’s too bad. I was disappointed.’

Dolph is in good health these days.

The star was originally diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2015 and underwent treatment while continuing his work on Aquaman and Creed 2.

After treatment, he is doing fine, he said.
