Nestled in the sprawling suburbia of New York, a home with well-kept hedgerows and blooming spring flowers is the quintessential model of an American residence.

But this mid-century split-level home in Mount Vernon holds dark secrets that could explain the lead-up to the gut-churning accusations that disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces as he waits behind bars for his sex trafficking trial to kick off on Monday.

This is Diddy’s childhood home, where neighbors told DailyMail.com that they witnessed ‘wild’ parties there thrown by his mother, Janice Combs, that could have been the inspiration for his later life of debauchery.

Janice, 84, reportedly invited shady figures from her Harlem days, exposing her young son to nudity and drug use in the home.

She did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment, but her son’s attorney told Newsweek in January the motivations and credibility of people talking now ‘must be questioned’.

‘Many claim to have knowledge but lack any connection to the truth, while their wild, unfounded theories are cut and sensationalized to appear factual,’ the attorney said.

Neighbors say Diddy’s mother Janice Combs, 84, hosted ‘wild’ parties at his childhood home after moving there from Harlem following his father’s death

And on the latest episode of DailyMail.com’s The Trial of Diddy, Tim Patterson, Diddy’s childhood friend said the rapper’s unstable upbringing and access to money at a young age was a recipe for trouble.

‘I do not want to condone, and I don’t condone any of the things that he’s been accused of.

‘But Sean is special to me, you know? We were big brother, little brother type of moves, and there’s no way I can sit back and allow this to happen without giving context to his life and to his story and giving some type of understanding that he was not born a monster.’

In the Peacock documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy, Patterson further elaborated on how Sean’s deranged partying habits were somewhat inherited: ‘Because Sean had no dad, all he had was his mom. Sean’s house, our house, there was always things going on.

‘On the weekend, and we did that a lot.

‘He was around all type of alcohol, he was around reefer smoke. He was around drug addicts, around lesbians, around homosexuals, he was around pimps and pushers. That was just who was in our house.’

Patterson said Diddy, 55, was not like other children who grew up in the suburbs of Mount Vernon in the 1960s and 70s.

His mother, Janice, moved the family from Harlem to the town shortly after Diddy’s father, Melvin, was killed.

Melvin, who was an associate of notorious convicted drug dealer Frank Lucas, was shot dead while sitting in his car in New York City at the age of 33.

Diddy spoke of his loss and called his father a ‘hustler’ in a 2013 interview on his former network Revolt.

‘They say you can’t miss something you never had, but that’s only a little ways right. There has definitely been times as I’ve gotten older that I’ve missed my father – his presence – not being here…,’ he said.

‘There are things that you would ask your father. There’s also things that you would celebrate with him that would make him proud.’

The move to Mount Vernon marked a dramatic contrast for Diddy, who attended Mount Saint Michael Academy, an all-boys Catholic school.

But his mother was allegedly unable to completely leave the streets behind and she reportedly invited her friends from Harlem to come visit.

One neighbor said they remembered ‘a lot of cars on the street and people coming and going and music until late’

One neighbor told DailyMail.com’s The Trial of Diddy podcast: ‘It was a long time ago but I remember there were a lot of cars on the street and people coming and going and music until late. I never went but I heard they were wild parties.’

Another neighbor expressed his shock at how somebody on their quiet street had become such an alleged monster, saying: ‘Diddy really messed up. I can’t believe how he turned out.’

Patterson, who claimed he moved into Diddy’s basement as a kid in an interview for the HBO Max The Fall of Diddy documentary, said the rap mogul allegedly was subjected to regular bullying and beatings from his peers, while also allegedly enduring harsh discipline at home.

‘Just to give you an example, Sean was in a quagmire because of him getting picked on,’ Patterson said. ‘It wasn’t the way it worked in his house. You don’t come back as a loser. You have to come back and win.

‘If someone takes something from you, you go get it back, or you have to deal with the consequences. So, Sean had to step up to the bullies. Sooner or later, and this was more in his adolescent years, but it got to a point where it just became too much for him.’

Patterson refused to comment further on the allegations but told The Trial of Diddy podcast that the missing paternal influence in Combs’ young life could’ve been detrimental for an impressional boy.

‘My dad instilled some things in me that let me know there’s only but so far people can go with you – win, lose, or draw,’ Patterson said. ‘And these might’ve been some of the things Sean could’ve gotten as a child had he had a father, right?

‘In my home, there were boots and there were high-heeled shoes in the closet. In Sean’s home, there were high-heeled shoes. There were no boots. So that makes sense. There was something missing from his maturing.’

Diddy, 55, is scheduled to begin trial with opening statements on May 12, following jury selection, which will start on May 5.

He was indicted on racketeering conspiracy, two charges of sex trafficking and two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors allege Combs drugged and coerced women into sexual activities with male prostitutes.

Investigators said they found drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil that were intended to be used for orgies known as ‘freak offs’.

Combs pleaded not guilty and has vehemently denied all the allegations, and his lawyers intend to discuss the rapper’s ‘swinger lifestyle’ and claims the threesomes were consensual.

The allegations were a shock to childhood friend Patterson, who claims Combs never showed him ‘that side’.

Patterson said Combs, who is three years younger, was destined to become a star.

Patterson points to a picture of the two in front of Combs’ childhood home in Mount Vernon. Both were smiling and posing in their bellbottom pants, but the young Combs was decked out with jewelry, a stylish bucket hat and fancier clothing.

Patterson said Combs’ sense of style, talent for dancing and knack for entertaining was influenced by the burgeoning movement of hip-hop.

‘As he got older and as I got older, you couldn’t help but not be around hip-hop because it was a culture. It was a lifestyle. It was a certain type of sneaker, was certain type of pants, it was a certain type of hat.

‘It was a certain way to talk. It was a certain way to walk. And Sean being from Harlem, he had all of this in him. He had all this flavoring.’

By the time he was 17, Combs landed an internship at Uptown Records and quickly rose the ranks as the label’s A&R director and was responsible for finding, signing, and developing musical talent.

As he started his trajectory to success, Combs brought on his ‘big brother’ Patterson to Uptown as his intern.

Combs’s angry outbursts and cursing out subordinates became legendary, but higher-ups turned a blind eye because of the talent and money he brought to the label, Patterson said.

‘He’s 17, but he’s got carte blanche access to the music industry,’ Patterson said. ‘Every day was a mess. He was a mess.

‘You think he had decorum? You think he had it together? He’s 17. He never got it together at 25. Shawn was just like he told you. He was the little bad boy every day.’

The outbursts and outrageous spending finally came to a head when Combs was fired at Uptown, Patterson said. But when Combs was quickly picked up and brokered a deal with Clive Davis’s Arista Records in 1993, he was able to create Bad Boy Records.

As he gained more success, Combs became untouchable as his behavior and take-no-prisoners attitude became both feared and celebrated, his childhood friend said.

Combs was eventually celebrated in the upper echelon of society and partied with celebrated designers like Tommy Hilfiger and other A-Listers such as Oprah Winfrey and Donald Trump, Patterson said.

‘That type of behavior doesn’t stick today,’ Pattersons said. ‘But back then, there were no examples, no blueprints, no references of Puffy’s. He was the first 17-year-old kid hanging with Russell Simmons, Andre Harrell, Brett Ratner, Clive Davis.

‘He was the exception because there was no reference to him. He was so interesting to the Hilfigers. He was so interesting to the Trumps. He was so interesting to the Winfreys – that this kid’s got a magnetism about him and he’s the one behind these people.’

Patterson said 30 decades of money, power and thinking he is invincible has caught up to Diddy. However, the former producer is certain Combs will not back down.

‘I’m sure he’s given every thought to everything, but Sean is the type who really believes he’s innocent,’ Patterson said. ‘He doesn’t feel the things that he’s accused of is what he’s done. He doesn’t feel that. I know him.’

Patterson declined to comment about the parties when contacted by DailyMail.com and nobody answered at the door of the property.

Diddy’s lawyers and his office did not respond to a request for comment.

Diddy makes shock decision as he’s offered last-minute plea deal days before his sex crimes trial

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has rejected a last minute plea deal from prosecutors on the eve of his sex crimes trial.

The disgraced hip hop mogul told a court that he did not want to sign the agreement during his pretrial hearing in New York on Thursday.

Prosecutors said that he would have served less time with the plea deal than if he was found guilty – no specifics were read out.

Diddy’s decision means that his trial will move ahead next week with jury selection starting next Monday May 5.

His lawyer Marc Agnifilo told the court that he and Diddy had discussed the agreement with him and ‘came to a decision’ together.

Diddy was asked to stand by Judge Arun Subramanian who asked him if he had read the plea deal offer.

‘I have, your honor’, he said.

When the judge asked if he had ‘rejected the plea offer’. Diddy replied: ‘Yes I did, your honor’.

Diddy came into court wearing the usual prison issue, tan-colored top and pants: he will have to wait until Monday to wear his own clothes in front of the jury.

He was holding a black folder filled with documents and hugged his lawyers, fist bumping with one female attorney, Teny Geragos, and exchanging smiles with her.

He waved to a man in the public gallery but nobody from his family was present, unlike previous hearing.

Diddy put on some black glasses as he worked through the legal documents, reading intently as he flipped through one filing. He also needed them to read something on Geragos’ computer when she showed it to him.

The rapper’s hearing comes after his legal team had asked the judge to muzzle other attorneys from commenting on the disgraced Bad Boy mogul’s case ahead of next week’s trial.

In a letter filed Tuesday, Combs’ attorneys said despite their prior request for a gag order, several attorneys who represent alleged victims and witnesses continue to muddy the jury pool with ‘negative publicity’ towards their client.

Combs’ team specifically named Douglas Wigdor, who represents Comb’s ex Cassie Ventura, for speaking to the media.

‘Absent a Court order, we expect the publicity to not only continue, but escalate as trial commences,’ they wrote in the letter to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian.

‘Indeed in recent weeks, lawyers for government witnesses have commented on pretrial litigation and continued to broadcast prejudicial statements.’

They pointed to Wigdor’s comments concerning Combs’ request to keep the surveillance video of the rapper pulling and dragging Ventura by the hair inside a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016 as she tried to escape.

Earlier this week, a judge allowed the music mogul to wear his own clothes to his trial.

Diddy's lawyers made the application for him to wear clothes other than those from the grim Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is being held, to Judge Arun Subramanian

The disgraced hip hop mogul can ditch the prison issue, tan colored top and pants next week when jury selection begins and for the remainder of the case.

But the judge set certain conditions on Diddy, who has designed his own clothing range and once won a prestigious fashion industry award.

He can only have up to five pairs of pants, shirts and socks and only two pairs of shoes – with no laces.

There was no mention of jewelry so Diddy may be able to bring the bling if he wanted.

Diddy, 55, whose real name is Sean Combs, denies sex trafficking and other charges.

Jury selection at the federal court in New York is due to begin on May  and opening statements on May 12.

Diddy’s lawyers made the application for him to wear clothes other than those from the grim Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is being held, to Judge Arun Subramanian.

In his ruling, the judge said: ‘The defendant Sean Combs, Inmate # 37452-054, will be permitted to receive non-prison clothing at the MDC to wear for his trial scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.

‘He is permitted to have up to five button down shirts, up to five pairs of pants, up to five sweaters, up to five pairs of socks, and up to two pairs of shoes without laces to wear to court’.

Before his fall from grace Diddy was considered one of the most fashionable men on the planet.

His high point came in 2004 when he won the Council of Fashion Designers of America award for his own fashion line, Sean John, which came to prominence in the ‘Bad Boy’ era in the 1990s and was worn by Paris Hilton and Rihanna among others.

A feature in Vogue magazine in 2019 to mark Diddy’s 50th birthday said it was ‘hard to overstate the sartorial impact’ he had in the fashion world.

The stunt made global headlines and many of Kanye’s followers were quick to accuse the rapper of being ‘abusive’ and ‘controlling’ while using his wife’s body ‘as clout’.

Diddy is considering hiring a famed celebrity attorney on the eve of his trial – but is balking at his massive fees, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The disgraced hip hop mogul is believed to be in talks with hotshot lawyer Joe Tacopina, whose previous clients include Donald Trump, but charges a staggering $2,400 an hour.

Most recently, Tacopina represented A$AP Rocky in the rapper’s trial on felony assault charges, and got him acquitted by a jury in February.

Diddy, whose trial begins with jury selection on May 5, is mulling over hiring Tacopina but money is an issue.

Tacopina’s hourly rate is among the highest in New York, where he is based, but he claimed in a recent interview that for that his clients get ‘blood’ from him.

Diddy’s personal wealth, once, valued at $1 billion by Fortune magazine, has been downsized to an estimated $300 million. He has put his $61.5 million Los Angeles mansion on sale to cover his legal fees, thought to be in the tens of millions of dollars.

The 55-year-old, whose real name is Sean Combs, denies sex trafficking and other charges against him.

Diddy is already paying steep legal fees. He recently added Brian Steel to his legal team, an attorney who managed to get rapper Young Thug a plea deal in his recent racketeering case.

Instead of serving a 40-year jail sentence, Young Thug was ultimately given 15 years of probation and is now out of jail.

Diddy’s other lawyers include prominent criminal defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo.

Tacopina is a heavy hitter who is known for his sharp sense of fashion as much for his legal acumen: he wears tight fitting, made to measure suits with his initials on them that show off his hulking physique.

As for the A$AP Rocky case, Tacopina managed to beat the case for the rap star, who had rejected a plea deal that would have sent him to jail for six months for admitting a single charge.

Tacopina represented Trump in one of the civil cases brought against him by journalist E. Jean Carroll but he lost and a jury awarded her $5million, finding that the President was liable for sexual assault and defamation.

In a YouTube interview earlier this month, Tacopina told DJ Vlad that his rate was $2,400 an hour – and defended it because he was worth.

When he said the number DJ Vlad was so stunned, he said: ‘How much?’

Tacopina said: ‘I’ve had people say I can’t swing it. the level of demand I’m at now and what I get for that and what I give for it, I give blood.

‘That’s the number. If someone comes in and I happen to love them and I feel for them, I feel they’re being victimized and they can’t afford that I will always try and work something out’.

Earlier in the interview, Tacopina said that he cost ‘a lot – a lot’ and not just because of the A$AP Rocky victory.

He said: ‘When I take a case…it’s full immersion. With (A$AP) Rocky’s case the whole office relocated to Los Angels, we shut down, everything else is gone.

‘I had new clients coming in the door at that time and said I can’t do it, sent them away’.

Tacopina said he ran a ’boutique’ law firm with five lawyers, a paralegal and other people they bring in as needed.

He said: ‘It’s a lot of money, it’s a lot of money for a case. Rocky paid, he’s like family, he paid a lot of money.

‘It’s for what they get. If I was in a fight for my life, I’d want me because I know what I give. I don’t sleep. There will not be a stone unturned. I have abilities when it comes to juries and cross examination that I don’t think there’s anyone better.

‘I’m not being cocky….I’ve taken it to a different level. My cross examinations are devastating’.

While Tacopina was representing Trump his bare knuckle style irked some in the President’s camp who branded him a ‘loudmouth’.

Sources told Rolling Stone that Tacopina was a ‘blunt object Donald Trump wants’ but he was an ‘idiot’.

Tacopina sees it differently and told DJ Vlad that for every hour of cross examination in court he had done 25 hours of preparation.

‘I have that sixth sense: you have to have that thing where you smell blood,’ he said.

Diddy’s bold new ‘mental condition’ strategy revealed a week before sex trafficking trial is set to begin

Diddy’s bold new strategy has been revealed a week before his sex trafficking trial is set to begin.

The 55-year-old disgraced rap mogul – who was recently dealt a massive blow by the judge in the case –  will have a defense built around his mental capacity to commit the crimes as his representatives are arguing that he was not of clear mind during the alleged crimes according to a new report.

Diddy wants to have a doctor and Columbia professor testify on his behalf that he had a ‘mental condition bearing on the issue of guilt’ according to documents obtained by TMZ on Monday.

The publication indicates that the details of his alleged condition had been redacted in the documents but there are a few clues of what it could be but federal prosecutors do not believe in its relevance.

According to TMZ,  prosecutors have stated that legal precedent requires the defense to give proper notice before offering any ‘evidence of the effects of drugs and alcohol on a defendant’s memory or cognitive function.’

Another clue would be that prosecutors are describing the doctor’s potential testimony as evidence of the ‘defendant’s inability to control behavior.’

The federal indictment has included accusations that Diddy had drugged his victims into compliance during the alleged ‘freak offs’, however, now it is being called into question whether Diddy was also impaired during those acts.

However, prosecutors have argued that the doctor’s opinion on whether Diddy was ‘lucid’ is invalid as they point out that the medical professionals had never actually personally examined  the rapper and testimony would be based on his experience with other people according to the documents obtained by TMZ.

The site also reveals that the prosecutors also wanted to block a testimony of a forensic video expert regarding the video of Diddy beating up ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

This comes days after it was revealed that the jury will be able to view the video in question, the judge in the case has ruled in a hearing today.

The damning evidence is a big blow for Diddy, even as his lawyers have claimed that the security tape of him violently assaulting Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway was ‘edited’ and ‘manipulated’.

It was also revealed today that Diddy plans to argue  he was a ‘swinger’ and did nothing wrong during his sex parties, his lawyer said.

Marc Agnifilo said that the disgraced hip hop mogul will claim that he was part of a ‘lifestyle’, a reference to the term swingers use to describe having group sex.

While Diddy thought his behavior – which prosecutors have called drug-fuelled and abusive ‘Freak Offs’ – was ‘appropriate’ others may not have done so, Agnifilo said.

The comments came after Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that the jury will get to see the damning video.

Subramanian told Manhattan’s federal court that the footage was admissible because prosecutors planned to provide two witnesses who will say it accurately depicts events.

The video shows Diddy beating Ventura at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles in 2016 and was one of the key factors in his downfall.

It was aired by CNN in May 2024 and days later the disgraced hip hop mogul apologized publicly, posting on Instagram that he took ‘full responsibility’.

Diddy was arrested four months later and his lawyers have repeatedly attacked the video’s credibility, at one point demanding a hearing to ascertain whether it can be used during the trial.

Diddy, 55, whose real name is Sean Combs, is due to go on trial on May 5th, for sex trafficking.

    He denies the allegations.

During the hearing, Agnifilo said that he wanted to argue that Diddy thought ‘this was part of a lifestyle’.

Diddy's legal team is demanding for his ex Cassie Ventura to turn over her memoir in hopes it will provide a 'different from the story she has provided the government' that 'undermines her allegations'

He said that the ‘defendant’s intent (is) that there’s a lifestyle, call it swingers, call it whatever you will, that he was in what he might have thought was appropriate’.

Judge Subramanian ruled that Diddy will be able to draw parallels with his own activities and other people but cannot mention specific examples.

The video of Diddy attacking Ventura shows him in a white towel of the hotel and repeatedly hitting her even though they stand in the corridor.

At one point he violently shoves her and then drags her across the floor – and throws a glass vase at her.

In the court filings, Diddy’s lawyers have said that the CNN footage is ‘wholly inaccurate, having been altered, manipulated, sped-up, and edited to be out of sequence’.

The video cannot be authenticated because CNN only has a copy of the footage and not the original which it deleted, they claimed.

Diddy’s lawyers hired Connor McCourt, a forensic video analyst, who claimed in an affidavit that after performing an analysis of the CNN footage it had been ‘significantly sped up’.

There was also a ‘significant amount of distortion’ in the clip.

Other rulings Friday were minor victories for Diddy.

Judge Subramanian denied a request from the prosecution to bring in a 911 call which was set to be used against him.

The judge limited the testimony of Dr. Dawn Hughes, a clinical psychologist who gave evidence for Amber Heard in her defamation trial against Johnny Depp

Hughes will not be allowed to talk about coercive control or the ‘intent of the abuser’ but will be allowed to talk about how victims delay disclosure and have memory issues.

Prosecutors will be allowed to try to introduce evidence from one victim about a ‘medical procedure’ she underwent.

The court heard that would show the ‘harm’ caused by Diddy and that it took place because of the ‘control’ he exerted over them.

Diddy became animated at this ruling as his defense claimed Victim 3 said ‘meh’ when asked if she wanted to be anonymous. In response, he handed his lawyer Marc Agnifilio a note to address the judge.

Last week Diddy’s legal team faced another setback at his pretrial hearing on Friday, leaving them furious after the judge ruled in favor of granting anonymity to three of his accusers.

And their request for a two-month extension in his infamous sex trafficking case was denied by Judge Subramanian, claiming it was filed too close to trial. Jury selection is scheduled for May 5 and opening statements on May 12.

One of the two decisions made by Judge Subramanian, that went against Diddy’s favor, was the judge’s decision to grant sex abuse victims 2, 3 and 4 anonymity.

Teny Geragos, another of Diddy’s attorneys, said that Victim 4 had already been ‘putting herself out there’ and her law firm had been contacted by former Diddy employees saying: ‘I can’t believe they (Victim 4) are saying (this)’.

Geragos said: ‘It’s really concerning for us, this particular person’.

Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey said that Victim 3 has not disclosed the full extent of her abuse at the hands of Diddy or the ‘very personal and explosive details’ of her treatment.

The judge asked Comey to check with Victim 3 if she still needed anonymity and the prosecutor agreed.

The defense recently filed a request to postpone the trial by two months on Wednesday in response to the prosecution slapping additional new charges on April 4. Agnifilo also said the defense needed more time to review emails it wants an alleged victim to turn over.

But the judge denied it first thing once the pretrial hearing kicked off.

A win for Diddy’s side came when the judge ruled that Warner Brothers must hand over outtakes of interviews with two alleged victims – featured in the Investigation Discovery documentary, which premiered on January 27 – to the defense.

A lawyer for the media giant who was present in court said it would need a few days to get the footage together.

The battle continued between both sides, as Diddy’s lawyers objected to the prosecution’s request to call Hughes.

During that trial she testified that she had diagnosed Heard with PTSD after her alleged abuse at the hands of Depp.

Diddy’s lawyer Alexandra Shapiro said that Hughes’s definition of ‘coercive control’ was ‘so broad and amorphous as to be completely meaningless’.

Hughes said that even ‘love bombing’ could be a tactic of coercive control, as could using affection.

‘Basically anything counts,’ Shapiro said. ‘Her testimony is so meaningless as to be useless to the jury.’

In an apparent allusion to the Depp vs Heard trial, Shapiro said that with Hughes ‘if you allow her to talk about this topic it will be very difficult to restrain her from (saying) anything else that comes into her head.’

Judge Subramanian said he would rule later, but would likely limit Dr. Hughes’ testimony and exclude any mentions of coercive control.

At the end of the hearing, Diddy put his hand on his heart and waved at his mother and son Justin in the public gallery.

A security guard wearing a black hoodie which said ‘Free Puff’ stood next to them.

Diddy turned his chair around and sat down so he faced his mother and son before smiling and giving them a thumbs up. He could be heard saying: ‘I love you all’.

Diddy’s legal team is demanding for his ex Cassie Ventura to turn over her memoir in hopes it will provide a ‘different from the story she has provided the government’ that ‘undermines her allegations’

Diddy’s trial is set to kick off on May 5, with jury selection starting a week before. On May 12, opening arguments will begin.

The 55-year-old, whose real name is Sean Combs, has pleaded not guilty to five counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

And with less than three weeks for Diddy’s defense to get prepare their arguments, it’s no surprise that court documents were filed earlier this month by Diddy’s team demanding that his ex, Cassie Ventura, hand over documents related to the memoir she allegedly wrote about the disgraced rap mogul.

Diddy hopes that the memoir will provide a ‘different from the story she has provided the government’ that ‘undermines her allegations’ that  he subjected her to years of rape and abuse. But Ventura’s lawyers are resisting the request to hand it over, calling the defense’s subpoena that was sent to her on March 19 a ‘fishing expedition’.

Meanwhile, the prosecution submitted a motion on Thursday, revealing the ‘physical evidence’ taken from his Miami and Los Angeles homes during raids last year – including ‘items for use during Freak Offs’, or sex parties – could be shown to the jury.

That includes Diddy’s baby oil stash – his victims shockingly claimed he would use an entire bottle of it in less than five minutes during sex.

Ventura’s lawyer Douglas Wigdor called the request for her memoir and her bank statements from the past 10 months an ‘impermissible fishing expedition’ and should be rejected

Homeland Security agents seized more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant from the properties in May 2024.

Ventura sued Diddy last year in a shocking civil case which accused him of rape and years of abuse. A video of him beating her up at a hotel in 2016 – which was leaked to CNN last year – was a major factor in his downfall.

In court filings, Diddy’s lawyers revealed they are seeking 10 months of Ventura’s bank statements and any documents or drafts related to the memoir.

The highly-redacted request also seeks diaries or journal entries written by Ventura, who dated Diddy for more than a decade before splitting with him in 2018.

They claim that it is ‘important exculpatory information in her possession’ and accuse her and prosecutors of trying to ‘conceal copies of her draft memoirs and other writings that memorialize a version of events that is markedly different from what she has told the government and will testify to at trial’.

The prosecution backed Wigdor in their own reponse to the original supoena saying the defendant’s request for her bank statements served to ‘cast doubt’ on her ‘financial incentives’ and that the defense’s push for her writings was a ‘wholly improper use of a subpoena’.

Judge Arun Subramanian, who is overseeing the case, will have to decide on whether the evidence should be used.

Prosecutors said in their filing from Thursday that during the trial the jury will see ‘physical evidence seized from the defendant’s properties – including firearms, narcotics and items for use during Freak Offs’.

That indicates dozens of bottles of baby oil are likely to be brought into court in a dramatic moment that may well resonate with the jury.

Diddy’s victims have claimed that he used to use an entire bottle of baby oil in just five minutes, with one woman called ‘Nicole’ telling Rolling Stone that after being given two pills that made her black out, she woke up several hours later in a room surrounded by empty bottles of baby oil, towels and wine bottles.

Other evidence which could come up at trial is a diary kept by a former employee of Diddy, along with texts between him and a number of his victims.

Prosecutors revealed that their main witnesses have considerable baggage which Diddy’s lawyers are likely to use to try and discredit them.

Some of them have DUIs, have used illegal drugs, committed illegal sex acts, tax offenses and one even has a felony – prosecutors said Diddy should be barred from asking about them all as they are not relevant.

Nor should Diddy’s lawyers be allowed to ask about prior domestic violence incidents.

Some of the law enforcement officers who could testify have prior misconduct cases against them – another line of attack for Diddy.

Another court document refers to a ‘minor victim, a sign that they may either testify or be referred to during the trial: allegations of abuse involving children are among the most serious he faces.

Prosecutors are seeking to allow three of the four main accusers to testify anonymously but Diddy’s lawyers are strongly objecting to that.

Gray-haired Diddy hit with pretrial blows as judge rules to shield the identity of his alleged victims and refuses trial delay

Diddy’s legal team faced another setback at his pretrial hearing on Friday, leaving them furious after the judge ruled in favor of granting anonymity to three of his accusers.

And their request for a two-month extension in his infamous sex trafficking case was denied by Judge Arun Subramanian, claiming it was filed too close to trial. Jury selection is scheduled for May 5 and opening statements on May 12.

Gray-haired Diddy sat in court wearing a tan prison top and pants. He hugged his team of lawyers when he came into the court and occasionally shook his head in disagreement during the hearing.

One of the two decisions made by Judge Subramanian, that went against Diddy’s favor, was the judge’s decision to grant sex abuse victims 2, 3 and 4 anonymity.

Diddy became animated at this ruling as his defense claimed Victim 3 said ‘meh’ when asked if she wanted to be anonymous. In response, he handed his lawyer Marc Agnifilio a note to address the judge.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo also said the defense needed more time to review emails it wants an alleged victim to turn over.

The battle continued between both sides, as Diddy’s lawyers objected to the prosecution’s request to call as an expert witness a clinical psychologist who gave evidence for Amber Heard in her trial against Johnny Depp.

During that trial. Dr. Hughes testified that she had diagnosed Heard with PTSD after her alleged abuse at the hands of Depp.

Diddy’s lawyer Alexandra Shapiro said that Dr. Hughes’ definition of ‘coercive control’ was ‘so broad and amorphous as to be completely meaningless’.

Dr. Hughes said that even ‘love bombing’ could be a tactic of coercive control, as could using affection.

‘Basically anything counts’, Shapiro said. ‘Her testimony is so meaningless as to be useless to the jury’.

In an apparent allusion to the Depp vs Heard trial, Shapiro said that with Dr. Hughes ‘if you allow her to talk about this topic it will be very difficult to restrain her from (saying) anything else that comes into her head.’

Judge Arun Subramanian said he would rule later, but would likely limit Dr.

Diddy demands ex Cassie Ventura turn over her memoir to discredit her… as it’s revealed jurors will see his baby oil stash seized during Florida raid

Agnifilo said he ‘can’t imagine’ that there were thousands of bottles of baby oil.

When told it was a sexual lubricant, Agnifilo said: ‘I guess. I don’t know what you need a thousand… one bottle of baby oil goes a long way. I don’t know what you need a thousand for. I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk.

Jennifer Lopez faces being dragged into her ex’s high-profile sex trafficking trial after prosecutors sought to use evidence from the infamous 1999 nightclub shooting she was involved in.

The singer’s name could be brought up in relation to the incident at Club New York in Manhattan while she was there with Diddy, her boyfriend at the time.

Diddy was accused of firing a gun inside the club during the shooting, which left three people injured, including Natania Reuben who was hit in the nose and suffered seizures because of seven bullet fragments still lodged in her face.

Both Diddy and J Lo were arrested on December 27, 1999, but the singer wasn’t charged and the now-disgraced music mogul was later acquitted.

In a slew of legal filings, Diddy also sought to exclude the notorious video of him beating up his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura from evidence at his upcoming trial, arguing that nobody could authenticate it.

Diddy also wants the judge not to allow evidence from his third accuser, known as Victim 3, because it would ‘outrage’ the jury.

Opening statements in the trial of Diddy, real name Sean Combs, are due to begin on May 12, but jury selection will get underway a week before then.

The 55-year-old has pleaded not guilty to five counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy’s lawyers made their pitch to the judge in motions that are usually filed this close to a trial and are one of the last chances for the defense to shape what will be kept back from the jury.

The fact prosecutors are aiming to use the Club New York shooting means that Lopez seems set to be mentioned during the trial.

After the incident, Diddy and Lopez left the club and were chased by police through Manhattan: when they were stopped, officers found a stolen gun in the car.

Lopez was not charged but Diddy was put on trial for gun and bribery charges and acquitted.

In the legal filings, Diddy’s lawyers argued that the testimony of a key witness in the Club New York shooting was ‘patently incredible’ because he claimed the rapper tried to bribe him.

While the witness in question was not named, it appeared to refer to Diddy’s former chauffeur, Wardel Fenderson, who claims he was asked to take the blame for the gun being found in the car.

Diddy’s lawyers say that his story was ‘highly questionable’ because no $50,000 diamond ring Diddy supposedly used to try and bribe Fenderson was ever found.

‘Assuming the story is true would be a “fantastical assumption”,’ Diddy’s lawyers claimed.

They also objected to prosecutors bringing up accusations that he beat up a record executive in New York in 1999: he admitted harassment and was sentenced to an anger management class.

Diddy’s attorneys said: ‘The common thread running through the government’s trial strategy is to argue that Mr. Combs has been a criminal his whole life and is a bad person.

‘The government has defined the racketeering offenses very broadly to include his entire personal and professional life, spanning two decades.

‘On top of the charges, the government now seeks to admit numerous uncharged alleged acts of sexual misconduct and supposed violence – every bad thing Combs has ever supposedly done in his entire adult life,’ the attorneys added.

‘The strategy is transparent. All the government really seeks to do is show that Mr. Combs is a violent, dangerous and deviant person who deserves to be locked up regardless of whether it can actually prove the somewhat technical elements of the charged offenses beyond a reasonable doubt. This strategy should not be allowed.’

The video of Diddy beating Cassie at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles in 2016 was one of the key factors in his downfall.

It was aired by CNN in May 2024 and days later he apologized publicly, posting on Instagram that he took ‘full responsibility’.

Diddy was arrested four months later and his lawyers have repeatedly attacked the footage’s credibility, now demanding a hearing to ascertain whether it can be used during the trial.

In the court filings, his lawyers claim that the footage is ‘wholly inaccurate, having been altered, manipulated, sped-up and edited to be out of sequence.’

The video cannot be authenticated because CNN only has a copy of the footage and not the original which was deleted.

Diddy’s lawyers hired Connor McCourt, a forensic video analyst, who claimed in an affidavit that after performing an analysis of the CNN footage it had been ‘significantly sped up’.

There was also a ‘significant amount of distortion’ in the clip.

McCourt said that the ‘possibility of editing cannot be ruled out’ and that may ‘greatly affect a viewer’s perception’ of the events.

In other legal filings, Diddy’s lawyers claimed that allegations from Victim 3 had ‘no bearing on the charged offenses’ and would be ‘unfairly prejudicial’ if they were presented to the jury.

Prosecutors are seeking to use the evidence to show Diddy’s ‘influence and control’ over the victim but his lawyers say that was not the case, the documents state.

Some of the evidence would even ‘outrage some members of the jury’, Diddy’s lawyers said, but did not give details why.

After pressing for a trial at the earliest possible date, Diddy is now seeking a two month delay and argues that he needs more time to prepare after prosecutors filed a third updated indictment earlier this month.

He is claiming the new charges amounted to ‘substantially new conduct’ but prosecutors say that isn’t the case.

A judge is expected to rule on that and what evidence can be allowed in during a hearing on Friday.

Kim Kardashian stuns in nude look as she brings kids to SKIMS party after ex Kanye West’s cruel comment

Kim Kardashian was a busy mom on Sunday as she brought three of her four kids with ex Kanye West to her SKIMS Drive-In event in Los Angeles.

The reality TV star, 44, was joined by daughter Chicago, seven, and sons Psalm, five, and Saint, nine, at Mel’s Diner on the Sunset Strip.

The iconic diner has been transformed into ‘Skims Diner’ for the week to celebrate the opening of Kim’s first West Coast store.

Kim sizzled as she showed off her hourglass figure in a nude Skims top and matching leggings while posing on the hood of a vintage car. The car’s license plate read ‘SKIMS.’

She completed the saucy look with clear heels. Her long raven tresses were styled straight for the occasion, cascading down her back.

It comes after her ex-husband Kanye’s shocking recent interview where he stated he regrets getting Kim pregnant while wearing a black, KKK-inspired garb and a Swastika chain.

Kim’s eldest daughter North, 11, was not present for the occasion. Kim and her ex Kanye, 47, are currently embroiled in a ‘nuclear’ war over North, after the rapper included their child on a track alongside Diddy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking.

Kim also shared a number of Instagram snaps from Sunday’s event, with the caption, ‘family night at Skims Mel’s Drive In.’

She wore picture-perfect glam for the occasion.

Chicago was Kim’s little mini-me in a fuzzy black jacket paired with black pants and boots.

Meanwhile Psalm had on a blue shirt, shorts and Vans sneakers.

In a clip included to her Instagram, her son Saint was seen posing with Kim and his siblings inside of a photo booth.

Kim was also seen indulging in a milkshake and Skims themed pancakes inside the diner, as she ordered from a menu created exclusively for the event.

The Skims founder’s first brick-and-mortar flagship in Los Angeles is just next door to the diner.

Shoppers at the Skims store are greeted by a 12-foot sculpture from Italian contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft, positioned among the brand’s full range of shapewear, loungewear, underwear, and accessories, priced from $16 to $228.

‘We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait for what’s ahead,’ she added.

Following the brand’s March flagship debut in New York, this L.A. outpost joins a retail expansion that included store openings last year in Austin, Atlanta, Georgetown, and Houston.

Launched in 2019 with shapewear, Skims expanded to include men’s offerings in 2023. The brand has also partnered with the National Basketball Association, becoming the official underwear partner for the NBA, WNBA, and USA Basketball.

Skims is open daily, Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and on Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Last month Kim’s ex Kanye made a shocking admission during his interview with DJ Akademiks about his past marriage and the children he shares with her.

During a wildly offensive and unhinged hour-long conversation, which was uploaded on YouTube, the rapper, who now goes by Ye, said he regrets getting ex-wife pregnant.

‘That was my fault,’ he said. ‘I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that wasn’t God’s plan.’

Recently, the Chicago native took aim at Kardashian in a series of tweets, in which he said that he was put off by a white woman being in control of his black children.

West and Kardashian were previously married for six years from 2014 to 2021.

Last month Kanye was furious when he threatened to ‘go to war’ with Kim after releasing a song by Diddy which features North’s voice.

Diddy is currently in jail awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking – he has pleaded not guilty to all the charges – and after the song was uploaded, a source has shared that Kim has sought legal action to prevent its release and have it taken down from X.

Returning to X, Kanye hit out at the Kardashians as he compared getting visitation rights to see his four children to being ‘in jail.’

He also claimed that his ‘rights have been taken away by the Kardashian mob, Hulu and Disney, and branded any stars with opinions on him as ‘slaves to the Jews.’

It comes amid recent reports that Kanye was ‘dumped’ by his second wife Bianca Censori.

Last week, the troubled artist appeared to hint that he and Bianca, 30, split in a new leaked track titled Bianca – in which he alleged that she ‘tried to get him committed.’

The album, which is titled WW3, has not yet been released but DJ Akademiks also shared a sample of the song.

The lyrics to the song were uploaded to Genius – appearing to confirm the ongoing divorce rumors.

He also raps in the song that she suffered panic attacks over his shocking anti-Semitic posts.

During a YouTube livestream, Akademiks said: ‘Breaking news, new Kanye West album is happening some time tomorrow.’

The chorus, sung in a woman’s voice, continues: ‘Bianca, I just want you to come back/Come back to me/I know what I did to make you mad.’

The song then goes into the shocking verse, comparing his relationship with Bianca to Cassie Ventura and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ romance.

Disgraced rapper Diddy, 54, is currently behind bars after he was charged with a host of sex trafficking and racketeering offenses following his September 16 arrest.

Cassie played a pivotal role in the downfall of Diddy after she accused him of repeated physical abuse and rape in a bombshell $30million lawsuit.

KIM KARDASHIAN’S NEW SKIMS PLANS REVEALED

    By Heidi Parker

Kim Kardashian is launching perfume and skincare as part of a Skims beauty line, it was revealed on Wednesday.

The reality TV star has already made several attempts to establish a beauty business by starting KKW Beauty in 2017 and Skkn By Kim in 2022, which was licensed through Coty.

But she has now reacquired her Skkn brand and will be relaunching it through her clothing and shapewear company Skims.

In statement obtained by DailyMail.com, Kim said: ‘Expanding into beauty isn’t just about growing Skims – it’s about building on the strength of the brand and bringing our approach to a whole new category.

‘Skims has always been about redefining essentials, and now we’re doing the same with beauty, skin care and fragrance.

‘With the global community we’ve built and my experience in beauty, this felt like the right next step. We’re bringing the same level of innovation, inclusivity and quality that people expect from Skims into products that will truly make a difference.

‘I’m so excited for our customers to experience beauty in a whole new way with Skims.’

Jens Grede, chief executive officer and co-founder of Skims, explained the Skkn brand will disappear and become a new line under the Skims umbrella, saying: ‘We are not going to be continuing the Skkn by Kim brand that Coty was doing. We are relaunching the categories under Skims.’

Kim has huge plans for Skims coming up, including a collaboration with Nike called NikeSKIMS, and she even hopes to one day hold her own fashion shows.

She told WWD.com: ‘I can absolutely see us doing a show, not like a regularly on the fashion schedule show, but maybe something a little bit more unique. ‘It would have to be an experience more than a regular show, but I would never rule anything out.’

In the interview, Kim went on to insist she’s very hands-on with her brand and even though she doesn’t design every piece, she makes sure each item gets her approval.

She explained: ‘I know every single product that we have, I have fit every single product that we have coming out. And I know if there is something that slid by me, that I didn’t get the final approval on from the detail on the stitching.

‘And while I don’t design everything for me… if I can, I try to at some point, even if I’m just in my closet, show people how I would wear it versus how it was styled on someone else. I love always showing our hosiery and shapewear. I think it’s really important, because I wear shapewear with everything, and I think before [Skims] – it’s not that it wasn’t accepted – it just wasn’t cool.’

Kim Kardashian has reportedly contacted pin-up Bianca Censori after learning she split from Kanye West recently.

The 44-year-old – who posed with no underwear for a Thursday SKIMS post – has yet to hear back from the Ye architect, it was claimed.

The Skkn founder wanted ‘to show her support and let Bianca know she’s there to talk if she needs.’

It is believed that Kim and Bianca, 30, have some sort of bond as they both deal with the West children: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

The site added that Kim wanted to lend an ear to the Australian bombshell because only she knows how difficult it can be to romance the 47-year-old Paranoid rapper.

West’s new leaked track has seemingly confirmed he was dumped by wife Censor over his disturbing social media tweets following weeks of divorce speculation.

In his latest album, titled WW3, the controversial rapper features a track named BIANCA in which he alleges that his wife ‘tried to get him committed’ and has suffered from panic attacks over his posts.

Despite the album – which has a red swastika on the cover – not yet being released, lyrics purporting to be from unreleased track – were uploaded to Genius on April 3.

DJ Akademiks – who recently conducted a wildly offensive interview with close friend Kanye – shared a snippet of the track and announced that the artist’s new album will be released on Friday.

Kanye has previously denied ‘absurd’ rumors he was ‘battering his wife’.

In March 2024, shocking surveillance footage emerged, showing Combs violently attacking Cassie at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles hotel in 2016. Although he maintained his innocence at first, Diddy was later forced to apologize.

Kanye added he had to track Bianca using the Maybach app after she ‘ran off’ with his chrome Mercedes-Maybach.

‘With the global community we’ve built and my experience in beauty, this felt like the right next step. We’re bringing the same level of innovation, inclusivity and quality that people expect from Skims into products that will truly make a difference.

In April 2021, the children of Porter celebrated the 90th birthday of Lila Mae alongside their famous father as they shared several images on Instagram.

Back in October, Diddy’s children broke their silence after their father’s sex trafficking arrest in September 2024, in a desperate plea to halt conspiracy theories surrounding their mother Porter’s death.

Three of the controversial rapper’s children posted a joint statement on Instagram on September 24, 2024.

The bombshell message was signed off by Diddy’s three children with Porter; Christian, 26, twins Jessie, and D’Lila, both 17, and Porter’s eldest son Quincy, 33.

Quincy’s biological father is singer Al B. Sure! but Diddy adopted him while in a relationship with Porter.

Porter – who was an American model – passed away of lobar pneumonia after several days of ‘flu-like symptoms’ at the age of 47 in November 2018.

In the wake of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ arrest and as more women come forward to accuse him of abuse, many have questioned whether she too was subjected to maltreatment.

The kids, in their statement, defended their father and asked for speculation surrounding their mother’s death to stop.

The statement from her children read: ‘WE HAVE SEEN SO MANY HURTFUL AND FALSE RUMORS CIRCULATING ABOUT OUR PARENTS. KIM PORTER AND SEAN COMBS’ RELATIONSHIP. AS WELL AS ABOUT OUR MOM’S TRAGIC PASSING. THAT WE FEEL THE NEED TO SPEAK OUT.’

Porter and Diddy – born Sean Combs – were in an on-off relationship from 1994 until 2007.

At the time of the social media post there was a book which was alleged to be Porter’s memoir and includes claims of Diddy assaulting his late girlfriend, taping himself having sex with a male teenage popstar, and sex parties with an Oscar winner and his wife.

The 60-page book published on September 6, titled Kim’s Lost Words, claims to be a collection of the diaries of Porter, the mother of three of his children who died of pneumonia in 2018, was leaked by her friends.

The statement took aim at the book as Porter’s four children continued: ‘CLAIMS THAT OUR MOM WROTE A BOOK ARE SIMPLY UNTRUE. SHE DID NOT, AND ANYONE CLAIMING TO HAVE A MANUSCRIPT IS MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES. ADDITIONALLY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ANY SO-CALLED ‘FRIEND’ SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF OUR MOM OR HER FAMILY IS NOT A FRIEND. NOR DO THEY HAVE HER BEST INTERESTS AT HEART.

‘OUR LIVES WERE SHATTERED WHEN WE LOST OUR MOTHER. SHE WAS OUR WORLD. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN THE SAME SINCE SHE PASSED.’

Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey For Justice, From The Other Side… was yanked from the Amazon bookstore in October 2024 a month after hitting the bestseller list.

Since her death there have been many conspiracy theories surrounding the way in which she passed which have only amplified since Diddy was indicted for racketeering and sex trafficking.

The statement from Porter’s four children continued:  ‘WHILE IT HAS BEEN INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO RECONCILE HOW SHE COULD BE TAKEN FROM US TOO SOON, THE CAUSE OF HER DEATH HAS LONG BEEN ESTABLISHED. THERE WAS NO FOUL PLAY. GRIEF IS A LIFELONG PROCESS. AND WE ASK THAT EVERYONE RESPECT OUR REQUEST FOR PEACE AS WE CONTINUE TO COPE WITH HER LOSS EVERY DAY.

‘WE ARE DEEPLY SADDENED THAT THE WORLD HAS MADE A SPECTACLE OF WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST TRAGIC EVENT OF OUR LIVES. OUR MOTHER SHOULD BE REMEMBERED FOR THE BEAUTIFUL. STRONG. KIND.

‘AND LOVING WOMAN SHE WAS. HER MEMORY SHOULD NOT BE TAINTED BY HORRIFIC CONSPIRACY THEORIES.’

The four children finished off the strongly-worded statement by requesting that their mother is respected in her death.

They concluded: ‘WE ASK THAT EVERYONE PLEASE RESPECT OUR MOTHER, KIM PORTER.

‘AND HOLD HER LEGACY IN HIGH REGARD SO THAT SHE MAY REST IN PEACE. IT’S WHAT SHE DESERVES.

‘WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MOMMY.’

In addition to the four children Combs shared with Porter he also has three children with three other women: son Justin, 30,  and daughters Chance, 18 and Love, 23 months.

Meanwhile, if convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison on the racketeering charge and a minimum of 15 years for sex trafficking charge.

The 55-year-old is accused of running a decade-long criminal empire including orgies called ‘Freak Offs’.

Women participants were allegedly drugged and forced into marathon sex sessions, sometimes with male prostitutes, according to prosecutors.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Federal prosecutors said there will be at least 20 potential witnesses, including the three main female alleged victims.

Combs has claimed the three women were former girlfriends, including Cassie Ventura.

During a hearing earlier this month, Prosecutor Mitzi Steiner told a judge many of the potential witnesses are ‘incredibly frightened’ their names could be released to the defense and the public.

The judge, however, said the witnesses’ identities must be disclosed to the defense.

Potential jurors will be filling out questionnaires on April 28 before jury selection begins on May 5.

Picking jurors could be tricky for both sides, Gelman said.

The former prosecutor said Combs’ defense team may already have their ideal potential jurors in mind.

‘So, number one, they’re probably gonna want minorities,’ Gelman told DailyMail.com. ‘I would anticipate that because I assume one of their themes is going to be that they’re [prosecutors] are going after an African American, wealthy male. So I think they’re gonna try to get as many black people on the jury as they can.

Combs pictured at one of his famous 'White Party' events in East Hampton, NY in 2007

Gelman added the defense will more than likely pack the jury pool with women.

‘I also think they’re gonna try to get women on the jury because women are, they’re more sympathetic when it comes to these types of cases than men,’ Gelman said. ‘I know it doesn’t sound like that … but studies have shown that women being on the jury are more sympathetic.

In a case where Combs’ has to defend himself against three alleged female victims, Gelman said female jurors could be more sympathetic to the Bad Boy defendant for another surprising reason.

‘Women judge [other] women harsher than a man judges a woman,’ he said. ‘This is all science, not me. So there’s ways that you want to pick a jury, and those are two of the characteristics that Diddy’s team is going to be looking for.’
