‘So far, so good. As part of my routine, I always take @symproveyourlife as my non-negotiable. It really helps me to habit stack and that keeps me on track (muscle emoji).’

‘Loads of you have been asking about my workouts and the things I wear/ use. So, here’s a snippet and I’ll link everything on stories for you!’

Last month, Frankie showed off her toned figure in a black bikini as she shared Instagram snaps from her lavish Dubai trip.

The singer looked great in the flattering two-piece as she relaxed on a sun bed with a pal.

She accessorised her look with stylish sunglasses and wore a pair of gold earrings while styling her brunette tresses into loose waves.

It comes after Frankie candidly opened up on her ongoing health battle during an episode of Loose Women last year.

She has always been open about her struggles with depression which resulted in her being hospitalised in 2011 after reaching ‘rock bottom’.

She appeared on the panel alongside Judi Love, Charlene White, and Nadia Sawalha, as the group discussed the news that Roman Kemp had stopped taking antidepressants for the first time in 16 years.

Drawing on her own experience, Frankie explained: ‘I started taking antidepressants when I was about 18 and I still ended up in hospital when I was about 21 with really bad depression and anxiety.’

‘It’s one of those things for me where they work to a degree in that I’m able to get out of bed in the morning and I’m able to come and work and be present with my friends and family.’

‘lt will be a quiet one. We always try to keep it quiet, because the children can get quite overwhelmed with the changes. So we try to keep it like a normal day but with presents.’

In October, Christine discussed how she ‘delayed dating’ anyone after the breakdown of her marriage in 2022.

Christine was in ‘no rush’ to start dating again and said she’s a ‘completely different’ person when she’s around someone she trusts.

Christine told Closer Magazine: ‘I think I delayed dating for a long time because of the worries.

‘I wasn’t in any rush at all, but then it just happened – I met somebody on my birthday, we got on really well, kept in touch and then we started dating. I’m completely different when I’m comfortable around somebody.

‘I thought the”walking on eggshells” feeling was part of my autism, but I haven’t got that anymore.’

Christine and Paddy – who have maintained a strong relationship and still live together with their children – avoided a lengthy court battle.

Previously opening up about moving on from her ex-husband, Christine revealed the moment she met her special new person and said she’s the ‘calmest she’s ever been.’

Gloria Hunniford, 84, reveals she was forced to ‘take my life in my hands’ and make changes to her diet after a stark warning from her GP

Gloria Hunniford has revealed how she was forced to ‘take my life in my hands’ and make changes to her diet following a stark warning from her GP.

The Loose Women panelist, 84, admitted how after years of dieting the shock news gave her the ‘determination’ to stick to healthier choices.

Gloria, who was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, detailed what she eats in a typical day while speaking in a new interview.

She told Woman Weekly: ‘I’d dieted before, but going on a medical diet gives you determination.

The presenter explained how she now sticks to staples and avoids sugar as much as possible.

‘I’ll have egg or sausage for breakfast, but no bread. It’s soup or salad with fish for lunch, and in the evening I’ll replace potatoes with cauliflower, which has the same sort of crunch,’ she said.

Gloria added: ‘My doctor said I was pre-diabetic and told me to take my life in my hands.’

She recently spoke about the tragic loss of her husband of more than 20 years, Stephen Way, as she returned to Loose Women in October for the first time since his death.

The broadcaster said she was ‘determined not to cry’ as she joined the panel and talked about how she was coping since Stephen died passed away at the age of 85 in August.

She admitted that her ‘life had changed’ and she didn’t know what it would be like ‘going forward’ and explained she had lost weight during her husband’s illness.

Gloria said: ‘It’s a heartbreaking situation to lose your partner. One minute you know what your life is, and then next minute you think what is this life is going forward.

‘I want to thank all of you at home and everybody at Loose Women, because the messages were just fabulous. I can’t tell you what they mean in the end.

‘It obviously changed my life. It’s amazing how sometimes your children become the parents because they take worry about you. But the letters and the cards and messages have really sunk into my soul.’

Struggling to hold back tears, she continued: ‘I’m determined not to cry today, I’m trying not to cry.’

Co-star Charlene White then asked Gloria about how the grief had affected her physically, and she admitted she had struggled to eat, but insisted she was okay.

She explained: ‘The thing is obviously when your partner is ill, the anxiety and worry and of all that – of course I’ve lost weight because you don’t eat properly and you’re always thinking about the other person.

‘But I am fine, thank you. My two sons, Paul and Michael, when they come to visit thy watch what I eat, they go, “You haven’t finished your chicken!”‘

She continued: ‘I’m struggling through lots of things, but trying to get back. I’ve worked since I was seven.

‘Work I know, I like work and I know where I am with work, whereas with all the emotional stuff and sadness, I don’t know where I am with that. So I’m glad to be back and see all of you and the crew behind the scenes.’

Gloria married businessman Stephen in 1998, and said he would leave ‘the most enormous void, not only in my life, but our entire family’.

‘Stephen had been heroically fighting his illness… but always with great tenacity and a positive spirit.’

Gloria added at the time: ‘Stephen was a gentleman and a giant of a man, who will leave the most enormous void not only in my life, but our entire family.

‘He was an incredibly kind, generous, and caring man, with a delightfully quirky sense of humour, which remained till the end.

‘We had a tremendously happy 25-year marriage and did so many beautiful and exciting things together that I will always cherish.’

    WHAT IS DEPRESSION?

While it is normal to feel down from time to time, people with depression may feel persistently unhappy for weeks or months on end.

Depression can affect anyone at any age and is fairly common – approximately one in ten people are likely to experience it at some point in their life.

Depression is a genuine health condition which people cannot just ignore or ‘snap out of it’.

Symptoms and effects vary, but can include constantly feeling upset or hopeless, or losing interest in things you used to enjoy.

It can also cause physical symptoms such as problems sleeping, tiredness, having a low appetite or sex drive, and even feeling physical pain.

In extreme cases it can lead to suicidal thoughts.

Traumatic events can trigger it, and people with a family history may be more at risk.

It is important to see a doctor if you think you or someone you know has depression, as it can be managed with lifestyle changes, therapy or medication.

Judi Love is set to broaden her horizons from the stage to studying as she revealed plans to embark on a PhD.

The Loose Women panellist, 44, spoke out on how she wants to expand her repertoire of work.

Speaking to The Mirror on Thursday, Judi expressed wanting to get on the road and performing stand-up again, as well as focus more on writing and directing art.

Judi even revealed she would love to host a reboot of the iconic show Blind Date – which used to be fronted by the late Cilla Black. ‘Let’s manifest it,’ she said. ‘I’m going to put that on my vision board.’

But the TV personality, who already has two university degrees, also admitted she hopes to do a PhD on how laughter affects mental health – or women’s health.

‘I want to get back on the road and do my comedy tour,’ she said.

‘I’d love to do more writing, producing and directing. I want to go back to university and do a PhD.

‘I’d like to study how laughter affects your mental health. Otherwise I’d study something connected to women’s health.’

The confession came one day after Judi shot daggers at Coleen Nolan as she was called out for a ‘rude’ habit during Wednesday’s Loose Women.

The panel, which also consisted of Brenda Edwards and Charlene White, were discussing Greggs’ latest announcement that they will refuse service to customers who keep their earphones in while queuing up.

As they discussed whether it’s acceptable or not to do, Brenda kicked off the conversation by saying: ‘When you go to a till, it is rude if you’re going to be in a conversation when someone’s speaking to you.

‘I do think that. I’m not taking off my headphones while I’m in the queue because I don’t want to hear what you’re saying in front or behind until I get to the front of the queue.’

She reasoned: ‘I don’t think that it is right to do that but I have been into some of those establishments myself and there’s a lack of manners when you’re speaking to someone who’s trying to serve you.

‘I say please, they don’t say please or thank you back, I give you the change in your hand, you give it to me on the counter. I just think it works both ways.’

Then, Charlene called on Judi for her opinion, as she said: ‘I’ve got to talk to Judi about this one because if there is a woman who loves being on the phone, mid-conversation sometimes…’

‘I do love the phone, it’s attached to my face,’ admitted Judi, ‘What I’m saying is sometimes it depends what the conversation is or who I’m speaking to.’

She explained: ‘Most of the time I will be like “Just one second babes, popping into the shop” and I might quickly do what I’m doing and acknowledge it and then I’ll go back into the conversation.

‘It would be rare that I would put the phone down depending on what establishment I’m going in.’

'I do love the phone, it's attached to my face,' admitted Judi, 'What I'm saying is sometimes it depends what the conversation is or who I'm speaking to'

‘I do love the phone, it’s attached to my face,’ admitted Judi, ‘What I’m saying is sometimes it depends what the conversation is or who I’m speaking to’

As she put forward her reasons for not hanging up, Coleen interjected with: ‘I think it’s rude. It’s rude, it’s bad manners and it’s rude’.

The live audience seemed to agree as they erupted into cheers and applause, with Judi joking that the positive reaction was for her.

Elaborating, Coleen said: ‘I think it’s rude when you’re sitting there having a conversation with someone and the phone rings and they go and answer the phone. You’re talking to me, don’t answer the phone.’

Whether it’s on the red carpet or social media, she always dresses to impress.

But Tulisa seemed keen to hide her latest cosmetic procedure on Thursday, as she hit the shops in Cheshire, shielding her face with a black surgical face mask.

The N-Dubz singer, 36, kept it casual as she opted for a white padded coat and black sports leggings for the outing.

She completed the look with a simple black top and a pair of white sports trainers.

Tulisa swept her brunette locks back in a slick ponytail while carrying her phone and keys on the way to pay for her car parking at a ticket machine.

On Monday, the star revealed the shocking results of her latest cosmetic procedure ahead of her upcoming appearance on I’m A Celebrity later this month.

She took to her Instagram stories to share that she has had the outline of her lips tattooed and they were looking pretty swollen.

Showcasing the finished look to her 637,000 followers, the hitmaker penned: ‘I tatted the lips to match the brows, couldn’t help myself.’

She went on to clarify that they are ‘swollen’ at the moment but ‘they will go down and the colour will tone down’.

Finally, she tagged the clinic, which is based in Altrincham, Cheshire, writing: ‘@cosmetic_tattoo_clinic loving this & brows have held sooooo well’.

It looks like Tulisa will be bringing glamour to the jungle, as she flaunted her already-tattooed eyebrows and long eyelash extensions in the short video.

Earlier in the day, she was seen preparing for the camping experience as she got her nails done for the final time at Skylar Nails in Alderly Edge.

Celebrities are not allowed to take makeup into the jungle with any cosmetic products regarded as contraband.

And Tulisa isn’t the first star to prep for the jungle after Katie Price famously had her hair put into cornrows for the show back in 2004.

Meanwhile in 2022 Charlene White admitted she had beauty treatments done before entering the camp as she prepared to go makeup free.

She said: ‘As you can see I have had my hair done, I have had my brows done, they are still a bit sore. I have had stuff done to my lashes. I have done what young people do when it comes to wandering around with no makeup.’

Back in 2017 Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo was allowed to break the no makeup rule after eagle-eyed viewers had suspected early on she was wearing foundation.

Toff later confirmed producers agreed to allow her to apply a thin layer of foundation each morning to even out her acne-prone skin, which she says has crippled her confidence for years.

Toff, who was also taking medication to help tackle the problem, said she had burst into tears when she realised she’d have to leave her make-up bag behind.

Meanwhile Tulisa has been candid about getting cosmetic enhancements in the past, after raising eyebrows when she showed off an extremely plump pout back in 2014.

During an appearance on Lorraine in 2019, the star said: ‘I went through stages, I had an allergic reaction to something, and then it took me a while to get rid of it.

‘I still get fillers in my lips, so it’s all about maintaining. I’m happy with it now. That’s where you’re giving yourself a spruce.’

She also opened up about her lip filler journey on Celebrity Juice in 2016, admitting she was ‘happy’ with her lips after perfecting a more natural look.

Asked by host Keith Lemon if getting her lips done was a ‘good experience’ she explained: ‘Well I’ve had my bad experiences with it, but now I like to think I’m alright. We’re in a good place.’

As she was praised by team captain Fearne Cotton for being so ‘honest’ about the procedure, Tulisa quipped: ‘Well, it’s a bit obvious isn’t it…’

Referring to her previous reaction to fillers as ‘not fun,’ she added: ‘I’m very happy now.’

Speaking on Good Morning Britain she added: ‘I looked like Finding Nemo… It was like, ‘Eurgh, what have I done?’

‘Luckily, they were all temporary, so they dissolve, I did actually dissolve some [of the work I had done].’

She added that it hadn’t deterred her from having further work done, however, as she explained: ‘My lips, I still have to maintain because I like them.’

Last month Tulisa revealed she finally discovered the root cause of her 12-year health battle that left her in ‘horrific’ pain and fearing for her appearance.

Tulisa, who was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy in 2020, admitted she would ask herself “What the hell is going on with my face?” before a doctor did a crucial ultrasound, which finally exposed the underlining issue.

Last month Tulisa revealed she finally discovered the root cause of her 12-year health battle that left her in ‘horrific’ pain and fearing for her appearance (pictured in December)

She revealed she discovered ‘three chronically infected cysts’ in her cheek, one of which popped during an ‘explorative operation’ due to being so bulbous.

Speaking on Olivia Attwood’s podcast So Wrong It’s Right, she said: ‘I’ve no idea what they were caused by, they weren’t filler, they were just self-occurring, but I came out of the operation and instantly my face was less swollen.

‘There’s some still there so I still have the inflammation but it’s way less. In the next two months he’s going to go in to get those ones.’

Tulisa said after having her first Bell’s palsy attack as a 24-year-old, she attempted to use fillers to ‘balance out’ her face, causing her to be locked in a ‘vicious cycle.’

Eventually doctors found three chronically infected cysts that were sat all around her cheek and kept swelling with infection, one of which even popped.

She added: ‘I’ve had all these health problems for years – sarcoidosis, immune disorders and this explains all the symptoms that I was getting and could have been causing Bell’s palsy because in total there was, I think, six of them. They could have been growing over the years, actually triggering the Bell’s.’

After years of experimenting, Tulisa said she made the decision to remove the filler from her face and now only uses it in her lips.

She added: ‘Right now, I only have filler in my lips. There’s no filler anywhere else in my face and I’ve never spoken about this publicly as I only discovered what was really going on this year.’

Loose Women star signed for 2024 I’m A Celeb series

Loose Woman Jane Moore is in advanced talks to star on the new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, MailOnline can reveal.

The presenter, 62, is set to go Down Under for the ITV show – following in the footsteps of her Loose Women co-stars, former Jungle Queen, Stacey Solomon, Charlene White, and Olivia Attwood.

Jane takes on the challenge almost two years following her high-profile split from husband of 20 years Gary Farrow, with whom she shares three children.

In December 2022, Jane announced live on Loose Women that she and showbiz agent Gary had decided to separate but they remained ‘best friends’ and she had been caring for him after he broke his leg.

A source revealed to MailOnline that Jane is at a point in her life where she wants to conquer new tasks and going on I’m A Celeb will push her to the ultimate limit.

A TV source revealed: ‘Jane is really excited for the challenge of I’m A Celeb.

‘She’s been separated from Gary now for two years and it’s about time she set herself a new goal, to really experience what she’s made of.

‘It’s been a transformative few years for Jane and doing the show, which will be completely out of her comfort zone, is something she’s really looking forward to.

‘As a journalist, she thrives among people and is hoping to make new friends in camp as well as share stories from her interesting life with whoever else is there.’

An ITV spokesperson said: ‘Any names suggested for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! are speculation.’

Jane confirmed she and Gary, whose clients included Elton John, had ended their marriage two years ago but it was an amicable split.

In 2022, Jane she said: ‘So, Gary and I are separating but it’s weird that it’s out there because we have been processing it for about a year so we’re both quite private people and we had discussed it last year and it was going to happen last year and then he fell and broke his leg.

‘He fell and broke his leg and obviously then all bets were off so we are still in the same house together and we’re going to do Christmas together, the kids know, our family know.

‘It’s weird… because I have been caring for him in that sense of the word, it’s enabled us to segway to process it first of all and to segway into a really good friendship.’

Online Racism ‘Will Never Go Away’ – Brenda Edwards

Brenda Edwards has said she believes racism from online trolls will ‘never go away’ as she discussed the ‘hateful’ comments received since joining Loose Women.

The broadcaster, 55, said last year’s first ever all-black panel – in honour of her late son Jamal Edwards – saw one vile troll say: ‘How come we’ve gone back to Africa.’

She was joined on the special by Charlene White, Judi Love, Kéllé Bryan, and hit back at the time on social media after one viewer branded the episode ‘anti-white’.

Now Brenda, who joined the ITV show in 2019, has revealed to MailOnline: ‘It’s really quite hateful, considering that Loose Women has been going for 25 years and for the majority of that it’s been an all-white panel, so I don’t get it.

‘Yes it does happen, but it wont change, there will always be a minority of people that are against black people, I don’t know why, I don’t get it, I wasn’t raised like that.’

Speaking as part of the new GenesisCare Second Chance campaign, Brenda said she was even more convinced the online racists were in the minority after the panellists received ‘amazing feedback’ from audiences during the Loose Women tour earlier this year.

‘People said “You speaking about that, that really helped me” and just one person saying they feel helped by this platform means the world to me.’

When the special aired, one viewer wrote on X: ‘Brenda’s son died a year ago, sad.

‘But why does that mean they all have to be black? Because that’s what she preferred? Seems anti-white’.

Brenda was quick to reply, writing: ‘Wow seems you’re actually the anti one. Why is it always such a big deal when we are on?

‘We’re just 4 beautiful, talented, strong women just like the panel that was on the day before, I really think you need to check yourself. I will pray for you.’

Talented music producer Jamal, who helped launch the careers of Rita Ora and Ed Sheeran, passed away after suffering a heart attack as a result of taking recreational drugs in 2022.

Elsewhere in the interview, Brenda said how she and fellow Loose Women ladies lean on each other after so many of them have been effected by cancer.

She was diagnosed with the breast cancer in 2015, while Coleen Nolan recently revealed she checks herself for signs of the disease everyday after the tragic effect it has had on her family.

She told MailOnline: ‘So many people have been affected on the Loose Women panel, including Carol McGiffin, myself, and Coleen at the moment.’

Ex panellist Carol, 64, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014 and had a mastectomy that year.

Brenda said: ‘It’s very important to keep talking, no matter how small you think something is, go check it out with your doctor.’

When asked how the women go about supporting each other, she said: ‘I’m friends with them, it’s not just on the panel, we are friends outside the show.

‘There’s a Loose Women Whatsapp group and we are all on there and that’s the time where can say if someone is feeling low and you can be sure someone will come along to raise their spirits up.’

Adding: ‘It’s nice to have that support network but I realise not everyone necessarily has that.

‘Everyone has a different way of dealing with cancer but one in two people are affected by it, whether they have had it or know someone who has, and that’s a really high statistic to prove we really need to raise awareness.’

Brenda found a lump under her right breast at the end of 2015 and began six months of chemotherapy before having a mastectomy and breast reconstruction.

GenesisCare Second Chance campaign aims to raise awareness of where in the body secondary cancer is most likely to strike and the symptoms to look out for.

Secondary breast cancer, also known as metastatic breast cancer, is when tumour cells which started in the breast move to other parts of the body.

Speaking about her own battle with the disease Brenda said: ‘Some things are out of your control, cancer is definitely one of them, but for me it was trying to be as positive as possible.

’72 per cent of breast cancer survivors are unaware of what areas of your body can be effected by secondary breast cancer to know what to look for.’

Adding: ‘The most likely areas to effected by breast cancer are your head, your brain, your lungs, your skin, your liver’.

Brenda features in the powerful new Second Chance photography exhibition which includes a series of striking, anatomical close-up images of her chest, stomach, back, head and skin. Each image aims to highlight a key area of the body where secondary breast cancer is most likely to strike and the most common symptoms to look out for.

The purpose of the Second Chance photography exhibition – which goes on display at GenesisCare centre Surrey in October – is to powerfully engage, inform, educate and drive conversation around this lesser-known yet deadly cancer and help bust the myths that often surround it.

Brenda Edwards is fronting the new GenesisCare Second Chance campaign which aims to raise awareness of where in the body secondary cancer is most likely to strike and the symptoms to look out for. Visit www.genesiscare.com/uk/second-chance for more information.

    WHAT IS SECONDARY BREAST CANCER?

Secondary breast cancer, also known as metastatic breast cancer, is when tumour cells which started in the breast move to other parts of the body.

The secondary cancer can take years to return, and does not always reappear in the breast.

Some 35,000 people are thought to be living with the disease –  some 35 per cent of women who get breast cancer will be diagnosed with secondary cancer within 10 years.

Places commonly affected by spreading cancer include the bones, brain, liver, lungs and skin.

While primary breast cancer can usually be operated on or cured with drugs or radiation, secondary cancer is incurable.

Because secondary cancer has already started spreading around the body you can never be completely cured of it.

But chemotherapy, hormone drugs and other treatments can slow down the growth and spread of tumours and improve patients’ lives.

Life expectancy varies depending on how advanced the cancer is, but many women live for years with the condition under control.

She was joined by influencer Jake, 35 who lost both his father and brother to cancer and has been campaigning to encourage people to get check ups.

The BBC and ITV presenter was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2021 before undergoing a mastectomy to have her 6cm tumour removed

In the interview, Julia revealed that her world stopped when she heard her cancer diagnosis before revealing that she almost didn’t go to her follow-up appointments.

She said: ‘I found a lump in my breast which was originally diagnosed as a cluster of benign micro-cysts, and I had to have another mammogram as a follow up.

‘The scan, which included an ultrasound and a physical examination, hadn’t returned anything alarming, so I almost didn’t go to my follow up appointment.

‘However, the follow up a year later was lifesaving as my doctor discovered a small shadow on my breast, which turned out to be cancerous.

‘When you hear the words ‘you have cancer’ your world stops. They’re words no one wants to hear – it’s a club that no one wants to be part of and yet so many are.

‘Any cancer diagnosis is a journey, and that journey is different for everyone. It’s a startling statistic that 1 in 7 women in their lifetime will get breast cancer.’

The presenter has been very candid about her cancer struggles, previously revealing on Good Morning Britain that her diagnosis changed her life.

Back in January 2023, the star took to Instagram to share a reel documenting her life since being diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2021.

Jake’s brother Oliver was diagnosed with osteosarcoma – the most common form of bone cancer – in 2010 when he was just 16 and died two years later

Julia, who is married to property developer Gerard Cunningham, underwent a mastectomy after publicly announcing her diagnosis.

Reflecting on her battle with breast cancer, Julia shared photographs of herself from across the year as she spoke about how she has changed her life.

She said she had given up alcohol, changed her diet and now prioritizes sleep as she spoke about the lifestyle changes she has implemented to reduce her risk of her cancer returning.

The reel also included some emotional moments from throughout her cancer battle, including her attending her breast screening and in a hospital bed for treatment.

TV personality Jack has previously revealed his heartbreak at losing his younger Oliver to cancer 12 years ago after his father passed away from bone cancer just two years earlier.

He told Rankin: ‘When Oliver got diagnosed, I felt like I needed to protect my younger brother, and then I couldn’t. I couldn’t help him. That’s something that stayed with me for a long time – the fact that I failed as an older brother, even though I know I didn’t, that’s how I feel.’

Jack’s younger brother injured his knee playing football and scans revealed he had osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer.

He tragically passed away aged just 19.

Jack added: ‘Oliver had the condition in his bones, so we could never have detected anything from the outside – but it’s really important we raise awareness of the soft tissue lump checks as they can literally be lifesaving. Just by checking our bodies properly, we can help to make a real difference, and early detection can save lives.

The former X Factor star also admitted that he suffers from health anxiety after experiencing the ‘traumatic’ deaths of his family members.

In a bid to encourage people not to be afraid of getting checked for cancer, Jack had a testicular cancer check live on Loose Women in 2022.

TV presenter Charlene White also joined the campaign in the hopes of encouraging people to donate to Macmillan’s coffee mornings.

Natalie Cassidy Opens Up About Self-Image Issues

Natalie Cassidy has shared that even after her recent weight loss, she still struggles with body insecurities and calls herself ‘ugly.’

The actress, 41, who has played Sonia Fowler on the soap for 31 years, faced cruel bullying as a child over her size before slimming down six years ago, and in a new interview shared how she still ‘doesn’t have that confidence’ about her figure.

Natalie told The Sun that her relationship with food stemmed from her late mother, who she described as a ‘feeder’, and shared that bullies would call her ‘Fat Nat.’

Describing her insecurities, she said: ‘I can be somewhere and feel a million dollars and not even think about my weight.

‘But put me in another situation, with a different group of people, and I’ll feel like the ugliest person in the room. And that is me being 100 per cent honest.

‘I don’t think I’ve ever — no matter what weight I’ve been — thought, ‘I look really good today’, standing naked in front of a mirror.’

Natalie, who is engaged to cameraman Marc Humphreys, also famously slimmed down while recording a weight loss DVD, Then & Now, in 2007, which she shared she still bitterly regrets, as she was ‘bordering on having an eating disorder’.

The star said she lost a total of four stone in three months, before regaining it all again ‘and more,’ despite being paid £100,000 for the project.

In recent years, Natalie said that while her weight has fluctuated, but now credits intermittant fasting as helping to maintain her healthy figure.

Natalie also shared that she is mindful about how she discusses her weight around her two daughters Eliza, 13, and Joanie, seven, as her eldest has already experienced some teasing at school.

It comes after Natalie was left red-faced during an episode of Loose Women as she made a confession about her personal hygiene.

She stunned Coleen Nolan, Kelle Bryan and Charlene White into silence when they misheard a statement she made.

Natalie appeared on the Daytime TV show as a guest panellist and at one point discussed opinions on a bidet.

A bidet is a porcelain bowl often situated next to a toilet, designed to wash other regions.

The actress said: ‘I like a bidet, it reminds me of my family bathroom when I was little. Mum and dad’s bathroom, there was always a little bidet there.

‘I haven’t got a bidet now but I do sometimes – on a warm day when I haven’t got time for a shower – fill up the sink and have a flannel wash.’

But when discussing her views of the European feature, Natalie horrified the panel when they misheard the world ‘flannel’.

After quickly realising what Natalie really meant, Kelle, in stitches of laughter, said: ‘She said flannel wash’.

Charlene added: ‘Oh! Flannel wash! Few!’

Coleen joked: ‘Oh I wish you would have said the other one!’

    Natalie shouted: ‘FLANNEL!’

After audience members and panellists gasped in shock before realising, it seems fans at home also heard the mistaken word behind screens.

It comes after Ricky Gervais delighted fans by teaming up with Natalie for his first show since his widely-popular comedy-drama After Life.

The comedian and actor, 63, is reportedly working on an animated series about cats, with Natalie lending her voice to the new project.

A TV insider told The Sun: ‘The project is still in its early stages, but Ricky is super excited as he’s always wanted to make a show about cats.

‘He’s a big animal lover, so mixing comedy and pets is an ideal combination. And with his star cast on board, it’s bound to be hilarious.’

According to the publication, a voice recording session took place in London last week and The Office star has signed an exclusive deal with Netflix.

Aside from the details of it being an animation that features animal characters, and revealing some cast members, Ricky is largely keeping the project under wraps.

Loose Women legend Jane McDonald has revealed why she wouldn’t return to the show – and it’s because the friends she knows and loves are not on the panel.

The singer, 61, appeared on the ITV programme for ten years before quitting in 2014, however, it had been rumoured that she may be returning this year for the 25th anniversary special.

She told Woman Magazine: ‘Never say never. But it was a period in time when everything was different. We could get away with things that we could never do now.’

‘And it was an era of girls who were not just colleagues – we were a force to be reckoned with. We were like Sex And The City when we hit the town. We’d have taken a bullet for each other.’

‘I don’t think I could go back without my friends on the same panel.’

Jane’s rep also previously shut down any reports of her going back on the show by saying,: ‘There are no discussions taking place with regards to Jane returning to Loose Women whatsoever.’

‘She always thoroughly enjoys going back as a guest and catching up with the ladies but there’s no plans to go back as a panellist.’

During her time on the show, Jane appeared alongside the likes of Carol McGiffin, 64, Lisa Maxwell, 60, Denise Welch, 66, the late Linda Bellingham, 66, and Andrea McLean, 54.

However, the show now features a wide range of women including Charlene White, 43, Coleen Nolan, 59, Linda Robson, 66, and Olivia Attwood, 33.

In the past, there have been some reports of drama between the women and Coleen previously admitted that she ‘fell out of love’ with the show for some time.

She confessed to The Sun: ‘It was because certain people behind the scenes weren’t being nice and I wasn’t enjoying it.’

‘Then those people went onto other things and great people came in, and I’ve loved it ever since.’

Since quitting the show, Jane has appeared as a guest several times to talk about her various programmes and the death of her beloved partner Eddie Rothe.

It comes after Jane revealed she feels ‘lucky and blessed’ to have known ‘real love’ with late husband Eddie, who died from lung cancer in 2021.

The singer and TV presenter joined Ranvir Singh on an instalment of Lorraine last month, to discuss how getting back on stage has helped her cope with grief.

Jane gushed over ‘the most amazing thirteen years’ she shared with Eddie, and also revealed how she plans to pay tribute to both him and her mother Jean, who died in 2018.

Opening up on her loss and choosing to stay positive, Jane admitted: ‘You have to find your way of dealing with it, it’s not easy. It never leaves you either.

‘Everybody thinks, ”Oh, she’s back on track”. No, it never leaves you. I have to make a decision every morning what my day is going to be like, because you can go that way, or you can go that way.

‘I choose to go the positive way and it’s not always easy. It’s not always easy and if you have a bad day, that’s fine. Have a bad day.

‘But in general, now I look at my life and I think, ”I’ve got a lot more good days in my life than I have bad days now”. I’ve come on leaps and bounds and I think the music and touring again, and getting back with my band, and writing new stuff again is just, it’s given me such joy and a purpose.

‘My purpose is to go out and entertain. Yeah, I think once you’ve found your purpose in life, everything just comes together and I feel my purpose now is to get back on that stage.’

Later in the interview, she said: ‘It’s that purpose thing again. You know, my life is different now to what it was and my plans have all changed now to what they were.

‘I have a great group of girlfriends that I go out with a lot, we go on holiday together. I laugh again and there’s that one moment when you look in the mirror and you think, ”I know you”.

She also revealed that the women on the show weren't just her colleagues they were her friends: 'I don’t think I could go back without my friends on the same panel'

‘I feel as if I’m back! It’s the music and seeing the fans again on tour that are going to bring all that joy. That’s why I’ve called it With All My Love because I love the [fans] so much and they helped me through such an incredibly difficult time.’

Remembering Eddie, Jane emotionally told Ranvir: ‘I had the most amazing thirteen years with this man. That’s what I think of, how lucky and blessed I’ve been to have that time with him and know real love.’

Discussing her upcoming tour, Jane revealed: ‘I wrote a secondary song for my mother. I wrote a song called The Hand That Leads Me, which is going to be a weeping moment in the show.

‘So get ready fans – bring your tissues! It’s me just sat acoustically at the piano, playing this song for my mother and singing it. Then You Still Lead Me was the follow up but just as Ed became ill, I’d recorded that song so it’s got a double meaning.’

Charlene White recounts a recent crime scare in London: ‘I nearly witnessed a street robbery, hearing a woman scream as her phone was stolen’

Charlene White has revealed a recent crime scare where she saw a group of young balaclava-wearing cyclists moments before a woman’s phone was stolen.

The broadcaster, 43, spoke about the phone theft while appearing on Loose Women on Thursday.

Charlene had been at the bus stop when two young people on bikes came past her, both wearing balaclavas. The pair turned a corner and the journalist then heard a woman scream.

She explained how she was ‘annoyed’ at herself as she had suspected that they might be planning on stealing a phone and was tempted to take a photo of them, but didn’t.

‘As I was walking towards the bus stop two bikes came in front of me,’ Charlene said. ‘I looked up and I realised they were wearing balaclavas.

‘Now living in London, there’s load of cyclists and cyclists do wear balaclavas because it protects them from the cold air. But it’s very rare to see it on younger cyclists. So I was like “Something doesn’t seem right”.

‘I’m really annoyed with myself because I said “It doesn’t seem right because I know what they’re about to do, the likelihood is that they’re going to try to steal somebody’s phone”.

‘So I was like “I need to take a picture” and then I didn’t, and then they turned a corner and about 20 seconds later I heard a woman scream and they had stolen her phone.’

Last month, Charlene was overcome with emotion as she reflected on the loss of her mother during Loose Women.

As the panel recalled their own experiences of grief in light of the one year anniversary of the passing of Paul O’Grady, Charlene was left in tears as her fellow hosts rushed to comfort her.

The broadcaster lost her mum Dorrett when she was 20-years-old after she passed away aged 47 from bowel cancer.

Recalling her passing, the mother-of-two explained that her pregnancy with her son Alfie was particularly difficult as she faced motherhood without her own mother to support her.

She first explained that, upon finding out she was pregnant, Charlene ‘was fine’ but grief caught up with her unexpectedly.

Charlene previously opened up about her mother’s death during an appearance on Lorraine last April as she joined the host to discuss her personal connection to the No Butts campaign which supports raising the awareness of the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer, the UK’s second biggest cancer killer.

Charlene revealed at the time that she was the same age as her mother was when she was diagnosed with cancer, and she sadly passed away four years later.

She said: ‘It feels weird to know that I’m the same age as she was when she found out.

‘I was 16 and my younger brother was only three when she was diagnosed and she died before she hit 50.

‘And I am now at that sweet spot from when she was diagnosed when she was 43, which is what I am now or will be this year, and she died when she was 47.

‘Part of the reason my mum didn’t go to that appointment was because she got caught up with parenting. If she went for that early blood test it could of saved her life.’

Charlene went onto stress the importance of early diagnosis urging people to ‘check before they flush.’

The No Butts campaign was set up by Dame Deborah James to raise money for cancer research.

COLON CANCER: WHAT ARE THE WARNING SIGNS?

Bowel, or colorectal, cancer affects the large bowel, which is made up of the colon and rectum.

Such tumors usually develop from pre-cancerous growths, called polyps.

    Symptoms include:

    • Bleeding from the bottom
    • Blood in stools
    • A change in bowel habits lasting at least three weeks
    • Unexplained weight loss
    • Extreme, unexplained tiredness
    • Abdominal pain

Most cases have no clear cause, however, people are more at risk if they:

    • Are over 50
    • Have a family history of the condition
    • Have a personal history of polyps in their bowel
    • Suffer from inflammatory bowel disease, such as Crohn’s disease
    • Lead an unhealthy lifestyle

Treatment usually involves surgery, and chemo- and radiotherapy.

More than nine out of ten people with stage 1 bowel cancer survive five years or more after their diagnosis.

Unfortunately, only around a third of all colorectal cancers are diagnosed at this early stage.

The majority of people come to the doctor when the disease has spread beyond the wall of the colon or rectum or to distant parts of the body, which decreasing the chance of being successfully cured of colon cancer.

According to Bowel Cancer UK figures, more than 41,200 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year in the UK.

It affects around 40 per 100,000 adults per year in the US, according to the National Cancer Institute.

Bob Marley: One Love’s new trailer was released in December giving a glimpse at what viewers can expect from the upcoming biopic.

The film – released on February 14, 2024 – stars Kingsley Ben-Adir, 37, as the legendary musician and Lashana Lynch, 36, as his wife Rita.

The dramatic full trailer set up Marley’s rise to fame in Jamaica as a reggae star with his band, the Wailers.

It then gave a glimpse at the 1976 shooting at his home and his subsequent performance at a Jamaican peace concert.

‘No guns can stop this message,’ Ben-Adir’s Marley said in the clip, over the iconic song Three Little Birds.

The film synopsis reads: ‘Bob Marley: One Love celebrates the life and music of an icon who inspired generations through his message of love and unity.

‘On the big screen for the first time, discover Bob’s powerful story of overcoming adversity and the journey behind his revolutionary music.’

Production on the shoot began in December 2022 in London, England, and wrapped this spring.

During his illustrious career, Marley recorded 13 studio albums, beginning with The Wailing Wailers (1965), and ending with Confrontation (1983), which was the only album to be released posthumously.

‘Nothing happens before it’s time and now is the time for the story of our father Bob Marley to be represented in a biopic theatrical release coming next month.

‘You’ve heard the music and you think you know the man but do you really understand what he went through and what moments shaped him into the person he became,’ he teased.

He added, ‘Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and starring Kingsley Ben Adir as Bob with Lashana Lynch as his wife Rita, this film will bring you to witness for the first time what it was like to be around the legend, to see his pain his sorrows, his joys and his redemption.’

The note continued: ‘Filmed in England and Jamaica, the cast and crew represents one of the most unique creation to ever come out of a Hollywood studio.

‘Authenticity fills the screen with numerous Jamaican actors doing us proud in representing the culture.’

Bob’s firstborn son noted that the movie was ‘filmed at the actual places where Bob walked, played football and sang like Trench Town and Bull bay in Kingston.’

He said it is ‘an artistic creation that we are proud of and want you to enjoy to be entertained but also to be inspired.
