And Cate Blanchett looked chic once again as she attended the official after party at Lucia restaurant in Cannes shortly after the screening.
The Australian actress, 55, stunned in a woven, fruit-print top that boasted dramatic sleeves and a flared peplum hem.
She teamed this with a pair of figure-flattering leather trousers that showcased her toned legs, pointy-toed pumps and gold earrings.
Looking youthful as ever, the svelte blonde highlighted her age-defying complexion with pink blush, taupe lipstick and liquid eyeliner, and swept her hair back into a messy up-do.

Rumours received a four-minute standing ovation from the crowd following its screening at Cannes.
‘While some of the auditorium emptied out while the credits rolled, the majority of filmgoers waited patiently to pay their respects to the film’s stars,’ the publication reported.
Cate’s co-star Alicia Vikander did not attend, however.

During the red carpet, Cate stunned in a sparkly gold gown that featured dramatic pleating on the bodice, beaded shoulders and a dramatic fishtail skirt.
She then further accessorised the sparkly ensemble with a pair of diamond drop earrings.
The star was also joined on the carpet by her co-star Denis Ménochet, 47, who cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo with a white bow.

Cannes is the world’s biggest film festival, first conceived in 1939 as an alternative to the then-fascist-influenced Venice Film Festival.
It has been held annually since 1946 except in 1948 and 1950, when it was cancelled due to lack of funds.
